Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the hippocampus and spatial learning ability in APPswe/PS1△9 transgenic mice,and provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of Alzheimer' s disease (AD).Methods Mice were divided into wild-type (WT) group,APP/PS1 transgenic group,curcumin-treated group,quercetin combined with curcumin-treated group.The 5-month-old mice in curcumin-treated group received 150 mg · kg-1 · d-1 curcumin by intraperitoneal injection for four consecutive weeks.In addition to curcumin,the mice in quercetin combined with curcumin-treated group also received quercetin 50 mg· kg-1 · d-1 intraperitoneally for four consecutive weeks.The expression of HSP70 in the hippocampus of APP/PS1 mice was detected by Western blot.Learning and memory ability of APP/ PS1 mice were measured by Morris water maze test.The latency of finding the platforms and the number of crossing the platforms were observed.Results The results of Western blot analyses showed that the expression of HSP70 in the hippocampus of APP/PS1 transgenic mice decreased significantly compared with that of WT mice (OD:APPswe/PS1△9:0.31±0.14;WT:1.14±0.51;P＜0.01).The expression of HSP70 in curcumin-treated group significantly increased compared with that of APP/PS1 transgenic group (OD:0.91±0.20 in curcumin-treated group;P＜0.05).The results of water maze test showed that compared with WT group,in APP/PS1 group,the latency of finding the platforms was significantly longer (APPswe/PS 1 △9:(82.3 ± 6.8) s;WT:(19.5±4.4) s),and the number of crossing tbe platforms were significantly decreased (APPswe/PS1 △9:(2.7± 1.1);WT:(5.2± 2.1)).In curcumin-treated group,the latency of finding the platform ((47.7±7.6) s) was significantly shorter and the number of crossing platform ((4.5±1.9) s) was more than those in APP/ PS1 group.However,in quercetin combined with curcumin-treated group,the latency of finding the platform was significantly longer ((69.7±9.1) s) and the number of crossing platform (3.2±1.6) was decreased compared with those in curcumin-treated group.Conclusion Curcumin can promote the expression of HSP70 in the hippocampus of APP/PS1 transgenic mice,thus improve spatial learning ability of APP/PS1 transgenic mice.These results provide evidences that curcumin may have potential therapeutic value for the treatment of AD.

Objective To find out the proper concentration of ZnSO4?7H2O as foliar fertilizer used for Pinellia ternata, and to provide reference for high yield of P.ternate,effects of zinc on the carbon and nitrogen metabolism in leaves of P.ternata and the yield were studied.Methods Seedlings of P.ternata were employed as the experiment material.At the stage of full seedling,ZnSO4?7H2O of different concentration was sprayed on the leaves,the indexes of carbon and nitrogen metabolism were determined on the day 10,the weight of tubers and bulbils were measured at the sprout tumble stage.Results The yield of P.ternata has an exceedingly significant positive correlation with the contents of soluble sucrose and starch in the leaves,a significant positive correlation with the content of photosynthetic pigment and the aldolase activity,and a negative correlation with the amylase activity.In addition,the yield shows both an exceedingly significant positive correlation whith the nitrate reductase activity and a significant positive correlation with the content of protein.At the stage of full seedling,zinc sprayed on leaves can increase the content of photosynthetic pigment and improve the capability of photosynthesis.Meanwhile,spraying zinc can also promote the accumulation of soluble sucrose and starch in the leaves because of its stimulation on aldolase and inhibition on amylase.Besides,spraying zinc on leaves could improve the activity of nitrate reductase and the content of protein,and finally increase the yield of P.ternata.Conclusion The concentration of 600 mg/L is the best for ZnSO4?7H2O used as foliar fertilizer for P.ternate at the stage of full seedling.

Objective To verify the accuracy of ARS scale.Methods A cohort study was conducted in 10 counties (city)the in-troduction of the ARS scale from 2013 November to 2014 May (6 months),the registrations were undertake score,and score < 4 were compliance group,more than 4 cent were nonadherence group.Follow-up observation include review at the end of 2nd month after treatment and medicine compliance.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,nationality and whether the floating population between the compliance group and non compliance group (P >0.05),initial treatment and retreatment was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).1 824 patients had a mean score of 3.40±1.40,including compliance group mean score was 2.34± 0.73,is not in compliance with group mean score was 4.69±0.81.Mainly concentrated in the 2-5 scores accounted for 86%.The ARS score of 2 at the end of the packet and judge review the results of test,the Kappa coefficient was 0.403 (P <0.05).The sensi-tivity was 71.1%,specificity was 70.2%,the correct index 0.41.Multivariate Logistic and review the compliance of patients re treatment ARS score,at the beginning of the results of regression analysis showed that ARS score,under the same conditions,re-treatment review compliance was initially treated patients with difference (OR=0.41,P <0.05);in the initial treatment and retreat-ment premise under the same circumstances,review of compliance with the ARS score less than 4 points.It′s 5.65 times greater than or equal to 4 points (P <0.05).Conclusion The ARS scale can accurately judge the patient compliance,with high sensitivity and specificity,suitable for application in Guizhou Province,but we should consider other interference factors of promotion.

Objective To explore the altered functional connectivity of the amygdala in adolescents with internet gaming disorder (IGD) using resting state functional connectivity (rsFC) and dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) analysis.Methods Thirty adolescents with IGD (IGD group) and 30 demographically matched healthy controls (HC group) were recruited.The right and left amygdala were selected as seed regions,the rsFC and dFC between 2 groups were calculated.The regions showing altered connectivity in IGD were adopted as ROIs for correlation analysis.Results Compared to HC group,IGD group had higher rsFC with the right amygdala over the right inferior temporal,middle temporal gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,lower rsFC with the right amygdala over the left inferior temporal,superior temporal and the right inferior occipital gyrus,superior occipital gyrus.The IGD group had lower rsFC with the left amygdala over the right rectal gyrus and thalamus.Compared to HC group,the IGD group showed higher dFC variance with the left amygdala over the right middle temporal and the left media frontal gyrus,and lower dFC variance over the right precuneus,inferior parietal lobe,posterior cingulate and the left postcentral gyrus.The IGD group showed higher dFC variance with the right amygdala over right middle frontal gyrus and lower dFC variance with the right amygdala over the right middle temporal,the left media frontal gyrus and paracingulate cortex,inferior parietal lobe.The rsFC between the left amygdala and right rectal gyrus was negatively correlated with Chinese Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS) scores.The dFC variance between the left amygdala over the left postcentral gyrus was positively correlated with CIAS scores.The dFC variance between the left amygdala and the right inferior parietal lobe were negatively correlated with CIAS scores.Conclusion The amygdala participates in the development of IGD.

OBJECTIVETo study the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Pinellia ternate from different sources, in order to provide basis for cultivation and breeding.

METHODPigment contents were compared among different sources by the Lichtenthaler method. The light-response and diurnal photosynthesis course of P. ternata from different sources were analyzed by LI-6400 system, and chlorophll fluorescence parameters were analyzed by PAM-2100 system.

RESULTThe difference of photosynthetic characteristics among the sources were remarkable. The light compensation point (LCP) of P. ternate from different sources were 11.57-17.88 micromol x m(-2) x s(-1), the light saturation point (LSP) were 1 000-1 300 micromol x m(-2) x (s-1). All the sources have obvious "midday depression". P. ternate cultivated in Xinjiang showed a higher light saturation point (LSP) and better chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.

CONCLUSIONP. ternata cultivated in Xinjiang showed better photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters than the others.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate efficacy of dexmedetomidine in preventing shivering after general anesthesia in women undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

METHODSEighty patients scheduled for laparoscopic gynecological surgery were randomized into dexmedetomidine group (n=40) and control group (n=40) to receive 1.0 µg/kg dexmedetomidine or an equal volume of saline slowly injected (for over 10 min) at 30 min before the anticipated completion of surgery. The postoperative incidences of shivering and the side effects were recorded.

RESULTSThe patients in the control group showed a significantly higher postoperative incidence of shivering (37.5%) than those in dexmedetomidine group (P<0.05). Heart rate and mean arterial pressure showed significant variations postoperatively in dexmedetomidine group (P<0.05), which had a significantly greater sedation score (P<0.05), a higher incidence of dry mouth (P=0.000), but a significantly lower incidence of nausea and vomiting than the control group (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONDexmedetomidine can lower the incidence of shivering after general anesthesia for laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of ATP stress myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI) in detecting coronary heart disease (CAD) with quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) as the gold standard.Methods:A total of 95 consecutive patients (65 males, 30 females, age (56.2±8.5) years) who underwent ATP stress/rest MPI and coronary angiography (CAG) within one month in Fuwai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from May 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled prospectively. The adverse reactions of ATP stress test were observed. Semi-quantitative analysis was performed on MPI results, and the summed stress score (SSS), summed rest score (SRS) and summed difference score (SDS) were obtained. Quantitative analysis was performed on CAG images, and the degree of QCA coronary artery stenosis was analyzed. Using QCA as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficiency of ATP stress MPI was calculated. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyzed the relationship between SSS and the degree of QCA coronary artery stenosis.Results:In 95 cases, the incidence of adverse reactions in ATP stress test was 73.7%(70/95), which could be relieved automatically after drug withdrawal. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of ATP stress MPI in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis ≥50% were 45.3%(24/53), 81.0%(34/42), 75.0%(24/32), 54.0%(34/63) and 61.1%(58/95) respectively, which were 15/16, 78.5%(62/79), 46.9%(15/32), 98.4%(62/63), and 81.1%(77/95) respectively in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis ≥70%. There was moderate correlation between SSS and the degree of QCA coronary artery stenosis ( r=0.418, P=0.017). Conclusion:ATP stress MPI has a clinical value in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in CAD.

Objective To investigate the effect of intravertebral labor analgesia nursing intervened by anesthesia nurse on labor analgesia and delivery outcome.Methods Two hundreds cases of parturients who received intravertebral labor analgesia in The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July to December 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing by midwives,and the observation group was given anesthesia nursing by an anesthesia nurse.The degree of labor pain,the outcome of labor,the incidence of anesthesia-related complications,and the satisfaction of labor analgesia nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of labor pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of labor in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of anesthesia-related complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parturient analgesic care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Labor analgesia care intervened by anesthesia nurses can effectively reduce labor pain,shorten the labor process,reduce the incidence of anesthesia-related complications,improve the satisfaction of labor analgesia nursing,and provide a safe,comfortable,and effective labor process for women,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

The guidelines for curriculum ideological and political of nursing ethics explored the ideological and political elements of Chinese nursing， and proposed the curriculum’s ideological and political goals. The development framework and basic ideas of guidelines were formed from the aspects of the integration path of curriculum ideological and political， and professional teaching， searching for the entry point of curriculum ideological and political， reforming the teaching methodology， enriching the form of teaching， and constructing the case base of curriculum ideological and political. It promoted the deep integration of nursing professional knowledge transmission and ideological value guidance， created a distinctive education system of curriculum ideological and political for nursing ethics， and provided a reference for the curriculum ideological and political construction of national nursing ethics.
