Objective To investigate the clinical significance of multi-tumor biomarkers combined variation in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Methods Multiple serum tumor biomarkers,including AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 were detected in 25 patients with IPF and 23 healthy controls by chemiluminescence method,and the blood gas analysis,pulmonary function parameters and other clinical data were also collected simultaneously.Results All serum biomarkers measured in this study were significantly higher in IPF group than control,AFP([2.41±0.95]μg/L vs.[1.29±0.13]μg/L,t=4.32,P＜0.05),CEA([7.12±2.68]μg/L vs.[2.14±0.57]μg/L,t=3.69,P＜0.05),CA125([118.52±31.64]kU/L vs.[23.97±8.47]kU/L,t=4.15,P＜0.05),CA153([47.58±14.57]kU/L vs.[9.24±4.21]kU/L,t=5.87,P＜0.05),and CA199([165.78±21.13]kU/L vs.[14.51±5.74]kU/L,t=4.22,P＜0.05).The serum levels of AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199 were negatively correlated with blood oxygen pressure(r=-0.15--0.55,Ps＜0.05),vital capacity(r=-0.09--0.49,Ps＜0.05),lung diffusion capacity(r=-0.17--0.61,Ps＜0.05),while no significant correlations were found between different biomarker levels and ESR and CRP(Ps＞ 0.05).In addition,the serum level of different tumor markers increased along with the progress of pulmonary fibrosis,which showed statistical significance(Ps＜0.05).After hormone medication therapy,the serum tumor marker levels decreased significantly in IPF patients[AFP[2.41±0.95]μg/L vs.[1.67±1.22]μg/L,t=5.41,P＜0.05,CEA([7.12±2.68]μg/L vs.[3.75±1.96]μg/L,t=4.63,P＜0.05,CA125([118.52±31.64]kU/L vs.[53.22±13.56]kU/L,t=3.97,P＜0.05),CA153(47.58±14.5 vs.19.35±8.74 kU/L,t=5.15,P＜0.05),CA199(165.78±21.13 vs.58.85±17.31 kU/L,t=6.34,P＜0.05)].Conclusion Multiple serum tumor biomarkers significantly increased in patients with IPF,and had a close correlation with lung function damage.The changes of these biomarkers indicated the progress of pulmonary fibrosis,which served as the predictors of poor prognosis.

Hematoma and femoral artery infection were seen in the PCI group, but happened less compared with manual compression. The removing of the arterial sheaths will not be limited by the anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapies, and it could be performed immediately after CAG and PCI, making hemostasis more easy to archeive. It could also reduce the burden of the medical staff, and be accepted by the patients. Conclusion Femoral arterial closure following PCI using regular and intensive anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapies could be safe and effective with vascular complication rates similar to or lower than with manual pressure.

Objective To investigate the technical features, postoperative complication and therapeutic regimen of immunosuppressant in pediatric and adolescent renal transplantation. Methods From February 1998 to December 2004, clinical data of 46 pediatric and adolescent patients who underwent renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed to observe the patient and graft survival rate, growth and development of recipients and postoperative complication. Results Ten episodes of acute rejection (AR) were diagnosed in 46 cases. Four cases suffered delayed graft function (DGF), one urinary leakage and 8 drug-induced hepatic injury occurred. Eight cases suffered pulmonary infection, 3 cases suffered bone marrow depression and 2 granulocytopenia. One allograft artery stenosis and one ureteral necrosis occurred. Renal functions were returned to normal in all recipients 4 weeks after operation. The 1-year patient and graft survival rates were all 100 %, and the 3-year patient and graft survival rates were 100 % and 97.4 % respectively. Conclusions Renal transplantation is an effective treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients with end-stage renal disease. In addition to its higher AR incidence than adult, pediatric renal transplantation has especial treatment in the operation process and therapeutic regimen of immunosuppressant.

目的探讨以运动会形式进行糖尿病患者运动教育的效果。方法选择100例糖尿病患者,在饮食控制及降糖药或胰岛素治疗基础上举办一次运动会形式的运动教育,其中54人参加低、中、高强度项目比赛,监测其运动前后的血糖。对所有到场者进行现场教育及运动治疗知识问卷测试,了解患者运动治疗认知度的提高程度。结果运动教育前后平均答卷积分分别为4.23和8.26,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过运动会形式进行现场教育能提高患者对运动治疗的认知度,从而提高患者自觉进行餐后运动的意识。

ObjectiveTo observe the relativity between cerebral infarction and dyslipidemia in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).MethodsThe blood glucose and lipid of 66 DM cases and 30 normal healthy persons (as control group) were tested.ResultsIn the blood lipids of the diabetes group without vascular disease, only densities of triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ (apoA-Ⅰ), apolipoprotein B (apoB), apoA-Ⅰ/apoB changed significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05), others without significant change. But blood lipids level of cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). In DM group, the patients with cerebral infarction had higher fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), TG, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-ch), apoB, α-lipoprotein (LPα), but lower apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1) and apoA-Ⅰ/apoB than those of the without vascular disease group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionDyslipidemia has some relativity with the cerebral infarction of DM.

目的比较国产重组链激酶与尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗老年人急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床疗效。方法97例60岁以上AMI患者随机分为链激酶组(54例)和尿激酶组(43例)进行静脉溶栓治疗 ,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果冠状动脉血管开通率链激酶组75.9%,尿激酶组55.8%;并发症中,血痰:链激酶组5.6%,尿激酶组4.7%;血尿:链激酶组1.9%,尿激酶组2.3%;局部出血:链激酶组7.4%,尿激酶组4.7%;低血压:链激酶组3.7%,尿激酶组4.7%;过敏反应:链激酶组1.9%,尿激酶组2.3%;5周预后两组患者无显著性差异。结论国产链激酶静脉溶栓治疗老年人急性心肌梗死的冠状动脉血管开通率较尿激酶高,不良反应发生率与后者无显著性差异,可作为老年急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗的首选药物。

Objectives To explore status of health prevention knowledge awareness and the formation of healthy behaviors of community residents in Guagzhou and provide evidence for health-management-related departments to put forward pertinent intervention strategies. Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among 2 790 community residents in Guangzhou by multistage stratified random sampling. Results The awareness rate of residents′ basic health prevention knowledge was 78.14%, the awareness rate of key knowledge was 74.77%, the rate of health behavior formation was 48.14%. The rate of women′s behavior formation was higher than that of men′s. The awareness rate of basic knowledge among the residents aged over 50 years was lower than that that among those aged less than 50 years , but the awareness rate of key knowledge and behavior formation rate were higher. The level of knowledge awareness and the rate of behavior formation rate of urban residents were higher than those of rural residents and migrants. The knowledge awareness and behavior formationi were positively correlated with degree with statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusions The health belief and behavior of the community residents should be cultivated and strengthened , the basic prevention knowledge should be made universal for middle-aged and old people , the health education of key prevention knowledge should be strengthened for the middle-aged and young people , the public health services should be made more open and equal further promoted, and the community comprehensive intervention focusing on the health education should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the protein markers that specifically expressed in patients with acute rejection (ACR) after liver transplantation, and to explore preliminarily the mechanisms. Methods Serum samples from three patients with pathologically confirmed ACR after liver transplantation in Tianjin First Central Hospital were collected as ACR group. Three serum samples from patients with normal liver function indicators after liver transplantation were collected as No-ACR group. And six serum samples from healthy examination were mixed with equal amount as healthy control group. Isobaric Tags for Relative and Absolute Quantitation (iTRAQ) was employed to separate, screen and identify the differentially expressed proteins between three groups. KEGG and STRING software were applied to deeply analyze the data of three groups. Results A total of 88 differentially expressed proteins were found between ACR group and healthy control group. There were 39 differentially expressed proteins between No-ACR group and healthy control group. Ten differentially expressed proteins were acquired between ACR group and No-ACR group. Comparing 88 and 10 differentially expressed proteins, 9 proteins were the same. Among 88 differentially expressed proteins, 30 of them showed a direct interaction, and can be positioned in 13 signaling pathways based on KEGG and STRING software. Fourteen (46.67%) of the 30 proteins were located in the complement and coagulation cascade pathway. Among 39 differentially expressed proteins, which were detected between No-ACR group and control group, 10 proteins showed a direct interaction including 9 proteins concentrated in the complement and coagulation cascade pathway. Conclusion By proteomic analysis, nine differentially expressed proteins are obtained, which may be regarded as the candidate bio-markers for ACR early diagnosis after liver transplantation. The complement and coagulation cascades system is significantly adjusted after liver transplantation, indicating this pathway plays an important role in the occurrence of ACR.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of HOTAIR and cellular radiosensitivity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Four ESCC cell lines ( K150, K450, TE-1, and Eca109 ) were used in this study. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was applied to measure the expression level of HOTAIR in the above cell lines;colony-forming assay was applied to measure the survival fraction of different cells irradiated by different doses of X-ray. The t-test or analysis of variance was applied for analysis of differences. The correlation analysis was used by Pearson methods. Results The four cell lines all showed high expression levels of HOTAIR and radioresistance. Compared with the other three cell lines, Eca109 had a lower expression level of HOTAIR, a lower survival fraction at each radiation dose point, and significantly lower D0 and Dq . Objective:To modify Ganodermalucidum polysaccharides(GLP) with sulfate and observe the protective effect of Ganodermalucidum polysaccharide sulfate (GLPS) on the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in the rats,and to investigate its mechanism.Methods:GLP was modified by sulfation to obtain GLPS.A total of 100 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, GLP group (40 mg·kg-1·d-1), GLPS group (40 mg·kg-1·d-1) and nimodipine group (1 mg·kg-1·d-1).The cerebral ischemia reperfusion models were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion method in the rats.The neurologic deficit score and the content of water in brain tissue of the rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were detected and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected.The levels of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB),tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the brain tissue homogenate were detected by ELISA.Western blotting method was used to detect the protein expression levels of HSP70 and p-Akt in the brain tissue of the rats.Results:Compared with model group, the neurological function scores of the rats in GLP group and GLPS group were decreased(P<0.01),the water contents in brain tissue were decreased(P<0.05), the SOD activities were increased and the MDA levels were decreased(P<0.05), and the levels of NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 were decreased(P<0.05);the effect in GLPS group was significantly better than that in GLP group(P<0.05).The results of Western blotting method showed that the p-Akt protein expression levels in the brain tissue of the rats in GLP and GLPS groups were increased compared with model group (P<0.05);compared with model group, the HSP-70 protein expression level in the brain tissue of the rats in GLPS group was increased(P<0.01),but the effect in GLP group was not obvious.Conclusion:Sulfation can significantly improve the protective effect of GLP on the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in the rats and its mechanism may be related to regulating the HSP70/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and inhibiting the inflammatory reaction damage to the nerve cells of reperfusion.
