This article was based on the investigation of ethical research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clini-cal trials among 240 ischemic stroke patients and 105 experts specialized in this field. Analysis was given on the re-search results. This article was intended to regulate the ethical review of ischemic stroke, and to protect the rights and interests of the subjects better.

Objective To investigate the effects of mir?483 on the proliferation,invasion and migration of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells . Methods RT?qPCR was used to detect mir?483 expression level in different nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells(CNE?1,CNE?2)and the alteration of mir?483 expression level in these cells after radiation. CNE?1,one of the NPC cells,was selected. Cationic liposomes transient transfection was used to construct cells which overexpressed mir?483 or negative control . MTT assay was conducted to test the cell proliferation ability. Wound scratch assay and transwell migration assay were used to detect the effects of mir?483 on NPC invasion and migration ability. Results In terms of radiation resistance ,the expression level of mir?483 was higher in CNE?1. Overexpressing mir?483 can enhance the proliferation ,invasion and migration ability of CNE?1. Conclusions Mir?483 enhances the proliferation,invasion and migration ability of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.

ObjectiveLoss-of-function mutation of p53,a tumor suppressor gene,is an important mechanism for the development of human cancers.In this study we tried to transfect p53N15-based fusion peptide into H1299,a lung cancer cell line,and evaluate the anti-tumor effects of the fusion peptide.MethodsAdeno-associated virus ( AAV) vectors were used for transfecting p53N15 fusion peptide into p53-null lung adenocarcinoma H1299 cells.The anti-replication effects of p53N15 fusion peptide were evaluated with inverted microscopy,MTT test for cell viability and flow cytometry.ResultsFusion peptides in H1299 cells was highly expressed and had detectable suppressive effects on cell proliferation.A large amount of dead cells were seen under microscope after the transfection of recombinant viruses for 72 hours.Cells activity was reduced significantly in the virus-transfecting groups as demonstrated by MTT test.The flow cytometry showed that a large number of dead cells were present in the virus-transfecting groups.ConclusionThe growth of H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells could be inhibited in vitro by being transfected with p53N15 fusion peptide,which may be a potential gene therapy alone or as an adjuvant option in the treatment of lung cancer.

This paper constructs numerical models of bioprosthetic heart valve and blood. The fluid solid interaction is carried out using penalty function method. The mechanical property of the bioprosthetic heart valve during cardiac cycle is simulated with ANSYS software. Results show that the Von Mises stress concentrates at the junction of attachment edge and coaptation edge. The open time of bioprosthetic heart valve is consistent with that of actural measurement. The peak velocity of blood is in the range of physiology. This model provides more realistic mechanical property of bioprosthetic heart valve during cardiac cycle compared to pure solid model, and facilitates design and optimization of bioprosthetic heart valve.

Objeetive To discuss the correlation of creatinine reduction ratio(CRR2)from posttransplant day 1 to day 2 and early graft function recovery status after kidney transplantation. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients after renal transplantation from Jan 2005 to Mar 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into three groups according to the post-operative serum creatinine level:53 patients within IGF group[cereatinine＜265.2 μmol/L by post-operative day(POD)no.5],14 patients within SGF group(creatinine＞265.2 μmol/L on POD no.5,but no need for dialysis),and 13 patients within DGF group(need for dialysis in the first week post-transplant).Then the value and 99%CI of CRRz of these three groups were calculated. Results The value of CRR2 of IGF,SGF and DGF was(46.8±14.6)%,(25.6±13.5)%and(0.7±17.7)%respectively.And CRR2 99%CI of IGF,SGF and DGF was 41%-52%,15%-36%and-14%-16 0A respectively.There was significant difference in the value of CRR2 among IGF,SGF and DGF group.So a criteria for early diagnosis of IGF,SGF and DGF by CRR2 99%C1 was established:IGF(CRR2≥40%),SGF (15%＜CRR2＜40%)and DGF(CRR2≤15%). Conclusion CRR2 has a good correlation with early graft function recovery after kidney transplantation,and can be used to predict the occurrence of SGF and DGF.

Objective: To understand the prevalence of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) testing and associated factors among sexual active college students in Zhuhai City. Methods: From November to December, 2019, an anonymous electronic questionnaire was administered among 12 235 students in six colleges and universities in Zhuhai City by multistage sampling. A total of 1 789 college students ever had sex were selected. Pearsons Chisquare test and nonconditional Logistic regression model were applied to analyze the factors associated with uptake of HIV testing. Results: Among these students ever had sex, 7.55% (135/1 789) had been tested for HIV mainly through hospitals (71.85%). The main reasons for testing were regular testing (50.37%) and intending to know their infection status (23.70%). Multivariable Logistic regression showed that homosexual individuals (OR=4.62, 95%CI=1.07-19.95) and those who had heterosexual commercial sex in the past year (OR=3.77, 95%CI=1.96-7.26) were more likely to test for HIV, while female (OR=0.41, 95%CI=0.24-0.69) were less likely to test for HIV. Conclusion The proportion of HIV testing was low among sexual active college students in Zhuhai City. Interventions should be tailored including strengthening the HIV testing propaganda education and enhancing students awareness of HIV testing, and the influencing factors such as gender, sexual orientation and commercial sexual behavior should be taken into consideration, so as to improve the HIV testing coverage of this population.

OBJECTIVE：To interpret the key points in local standard Specification for Pharmacy Intravenous Centralized Admixture（DB11/T 1701-2019）（Beijing Local Standard for short ）in Beijing ，and to provide guidance and reference for managers of medical institutions and staff of PIVAS to deeply understand the standard and further improve the quality of PIVAS in medical institutions. METHODS ：The background and main content of Beijing Local Standard were interpreted in detail ，and then compared with Quality Specification of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture （National Specification for short ）promulgated by Chinese National Ministry of Public Health and Quality Specification of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Guangdong Provincial （Trial）（Specification of Guangdong Province for short ）promulgated by Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS：Beijing Local Standard had been promulgated and implemented by Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on April 1st，2020. The text of Beijing Local Standard is divided into 7 parts，mainly including the scope of application，normative references ，terms and definitions ，basic requirement ，environmental requirements （design，location， layout），equipment and facilities （ventilation system and console ，operation and maintenance ），and admixture requirements. Beijing Local Standard further refines the relevant contents on the basis of following the requirements of National Specification . Like Specification of Guangdong Province ，the applicability and operability of the standard are enhanced by combining their local characteristics and practice status. As the first local standard in this domain ，the local standard is expected to promote the improvement of the working quality of PIVAS in Beijing ，enable the PIVAS of proposed construction ，under construction and operation maintenance to meet uniform standards and reduce the failure of acceptance or reconstruction after completion.

Objective:To analyze the association between visceral fat area (VFA) and fatty liver based on quantitative CT (QCT) in people receiving health examination with normal body mass index (BMI).Methods:A cross-sectional study. A total of 1 305 physical examiners who underwent chest CT and QCT examination in the Department of Health Management of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from January to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as subjects. The physical components at the central level of the lumbar two cone were measured with QCT, including subcutaneous fat area (SFA), VFA and liver fat content (LFC). And the metabolic indexes, such as blood lipids and blood glucose, were collected. The t-test and χ2 test were used to analyze the correlation between the detection rate of fatty live and LFCr and age and gender. According to level of VFA (<100 cm 2, 100-150 cm 2 and≥150 cm 2), the subjects were divided into three groups, and one-way ANOVA and χ2 test were used in comparison between groups. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between VFA and metabolic indexes and LFC. Results:Of the 1 305 subjects, there were 634 males and 671 females. The detection rate of fatty liver in normal BMI population was 65.67%, and it was 72.71% and 59.02% respectively in men and women ( χ2=27.12, P<0.001), and the detection rate of fatty liver and LFC increased with age (both P<0.05). With the increase of VFA, the age, BMI, SFA, LFC, total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), blood uric acid and prevalence of fatty liver increased (all P<0.05), and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) decreased ( P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that after adjustment for age factors, regardless of male or female, LFC was independently positively related with VFA, BMI, and ALT (male β=0.206, 0.145, 0.174, female β=0.194, 0.150, 0.184; all P<0.05). FBG was positively correlated with male independently ( β=0.134; P<0.001). The indicators related to female independently were TC, TG, and blood uric acid ( β=-0.121, 0.145, 0.141, all P<0.05) Conclusion:In the population receiving health examination with normal BMI, the VFA measured by QCT technique is closely related to fatty liver.

Objective: To investigate the relations between dietary intake during pregnancy and the incidence of their babies with small for gestational age (SGA). Methods: Data on demographics, dietary intake of protein, fat, and carbohydrates of the pregnant mothers during the first, second and third trimester, were collected. Information related to birth weight and gestational age of the infants were also gathered. A total of 8 102 women, who delivered their babies at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from March 2012 to September 2016, were enrolled in this project. Among them, 961 mothers had infants with SGA but the other 7 141 of them having normal infants. Unconditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the effect of dietary nutrient intake on SGA the first, second and third trimester. Results: We found that low dietary intake of protein during the first trimester and following trimesters during pregnancy were positively associated with higher risk of SGA (OR=1.534, 95%CI: 1.217-1.934; OR=1.268, 95%CI: 1.005-1.599; OR=1.310, 95%CI: 1.036-1.655). When adjusting for maternal pre-pregnancy BMI, we found that when mothers were with a pre-pregnancy BMI less than 18.5 or with low maternal intake of protein during the first trimester, positive association with higher risk of SGA (OR=1.872, 95%CI: 1.033-3.395; OR=1.754, 95%CI: 1.125-2.734), was noticed. However, for mothers with a pre-pregnancy BMI between 18.5 and 24.0 or with low protein intake during the first trimester, significant association with higher risk of SGA (OR=1.465, 95%CI: 1.089-1.972) was found. Conclusions Through our observation, maternal dietary intake during pregnancy seemed to be associated with the risk of SGA but the effects of dietary intake were different, according to the BMI of pre-pregnancy population. Early pregnancy appeares as the key period for dietary intake which may influence the SGA.

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for improving emergency capacity of the hospital pharmacy department in response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia （COVID-19） epidemic. METHODS ：According to the related regulations and requirements of Law of the People ’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases ，combined with the situation of COVID- 19 epidemic prevention and control ，and management experience of relevant hospitals ，on the basis of in-depth analysis of drug supply and quality assurance ，drug dispensing management ，provision of clinical pharmaceutical services and other related material support of hospital pharmacy department，integrated emergency management model was constructed for COVID- 19 epidemic prevention and control ，and the precautions and response measures of each link were sorted out. RESULTS ：Integruted emergency management mode for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in hospital pharmacy department included but was not limited to human resource management，drug and disinfection products supply management （mainly including key treatment drugs and disinfection product list formulation，control，inventory increase ，etc.）；drug dispensing management （mainly including prescription ，pharmacy window ， planning quantitative reserve ， drug return ， etc.）；clinical pharmaceutical care management （mainly including providing pharmaceutical information support ，online pharmaceutical service ，monitoring drug safety ，etc.）；personnel protection and disinfection （mainly including personnel protection ，environment and window ，equipment and container ，paper prescription disinfection，etc.）；special management of donated drugs ；prevention and control knowledge training ；pharmaceutical education and scientific research management ，etc. CONCLUSIONS ：The integrated emergency management model for epidemic prevention and control is helpful for hospital pharmacy to manage public health emergencies. During the outbreak of COVID- 19，hospital pharmacy department should start integrated emergency management mode for epidemic prevention and control ，strengthen the risk control of each link ，and play a good role in the key functional departments in the special period.
