1.Lipid-regulatory Efficacy and Safety of Rosuvastatin (10mg?d~(-1)) for Chinese Population:A Meta-analysis

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the lipid-regulatory efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin (10 mg?d-1) for Chinese population. METHODS: The pertinent literature comparing the serum blood lipid level before and after treatment with rosuvastatin (10 mg?d-1) between 2001 and 2008 were collected by retrieving Wanfang database,CNKI,Weipu electronic periodicals;and the data were given a meta-analysis using RevMan 4.2 software,meanwhile the safety of rosuvastatin was evaluated. RESULTS: A total of 346 patients were enrolled in 5 trials. After treatment with rosuvastatin (10 mg?d-1),the low density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C) was lowered by 1.71 mmol?L-1 on average;the total cholesterol (TC) was lowered by 1.98 mmol?L-1 on average;high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was increased by 0.17 mmol?L-1 on average;and the level of triglyeride was lowered by 0.79 mmol?L-1 on average. A total of 54 adverse events were reported,and the adverse drug reactions manifested chiefly as upper respiratory infection,mild notalgia,debilitation and gastrointestinal upset. No severe side effects were reported. CONCLUSION: It has been confirmed by domestic clinical trials that rosuvastatin(10 mg?d-1) is safe and effective for Chinese population.
2.Analysis on the use of antibacterial drugs during preoperative period of cesarean sections

Objective:To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period of a cesarean section and observe the differences before and after antibacterial drug remediation. Methods:1 569 cesarean cases from 2010 to 2012 were investigated, and the use of antibacterial drugs, drug categories, drug combinations, medical expenses, and so on was statistically analyzed with the use of the statistical software SPSS13. 0. Results:The rate of antibacterial drug usage within the 1 569 cesarean cases was 100%;for pre-operative antibacterial drug remediation, azithromycin, cefathiamidine, and ornidazole were the top three, while the top three antibacterial drugs for post-oper-ative remediation were arecefathiamidine, cefuroxime, and clindamycin. There was no significant difference between the two groups of incision infections, and the rate for combined use of drugs dropped. The analysis of drug costs is of statistical significance. Conclusion:The analysis of antibacterial drug remediation is useful for the rational use of anti-bacterial drugs and a reduction of costs.

4.Comparison of different anode filter combination with full-field digital mammography: imaging quality versus radiation dose

Objective To compare imaging quality and radiation dose of different anode filter combination for full-field digital mammography.MethodsThe image of FLUKE NA 18-220 phantom were taken at full-field digital mammography (FFDM),system with Mo/Mo,Mo/Rh,Rh/Rh anode/filter combination by automatic exposure control,record the exposure factors and doses.The images on monitor with the best window width and window level were read by 4 independent radiologists,the images of specks groups,nylon fibers and masses was assessed by the 4 experienced readers at the criterion of American College of Radiology 1999 mammography quality control manual.Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance.ResultsThe nylon fibers scores of Mo/Mo,Mo/Rh and Rh/Rh were 5.50 ± 2.12,4.50 ± 1.85 and 4.38 ± 1.38 ; the specks groups scores of Mo/Mo,Mo/Rh and Rh/Rh were 5.38 ± 1.98,4.25 ± 1.56 and 4.38 ± 1.38;the masses scores of Mo/Mo,Mo/Rh and Rh/Rh were 5.38 ± 1.98,4.38 ±1.68 and 4.25 ± 1.56,the detection of specks groups,nylon fibers was not statistically significant ( F =4.56 and 4.32,P > 0.05 ),but the detection of masses was statistically significant ( F =36.65,P < 0.05).The radiation doses were different,the entrance surface dose (ESD) and average glandular dose (AGD) of Rh/Rh were (5.11 ± 1.89) and ( 1.08 ± 0.13 ) mGy,the ESD and AGD of Mo/Mo were (6.66 ± 2.33 )and ( 1.29 ± 0.38 ) mGy,the ESD and AGD of Mo/Rh anode/filter combination were (5.67 ± 2.02) and ( 1.29 ± 0.38) mGy.ConclusionsThe radiation dose of Rh/Rh and Mo/Rh anode/filter combination of FFDM were lower,and the imaging was clear,so Rh/Rh and Mo/Rh anode/filter combination of FFDM prefer to mostly patients,especially when the thinkness is large,Rh/Rh anode/filter combination is preferred,because the kV values was higher,the penetration of X-ray was stronger.The Mo/Mo anode/filter combination was used when the needs of high-resolution,because the detection of masses of it was better.
5.Comparison of full-field digital mammography system and dual-sided CR mammography system for imaging quality and radiation dose

Objective To compare imaging quality and radiation dose on full-field digital mammography (FFDM) system and dual-sided reading CR mammography (DSCRM) system.Methods The TRM of ALVIM statistics phantom was exposed by FFDM system and (DSCRM) with the same radiation dose.The exposure parameters and the entrance surface dose (ESD) were recorded.Then,the phantom was exposed by DSCRM system with different mAs and same kV,and the ESD was recorded.The images obtained above were read by three radiologists on the monitor of diagnosis work station with the same window width and window level.The evaluation of the images were given using a five-level confidence scale.ROC curves were drawn and probability Pdet were calculated.Results The ROC analysis of microcalcifications and masses showed A(z) values of 0.730-0.925 and 0.670-0.945 for FFDM,and 0.632-0.815 and 0.575-0.785 for DSCRM when the radiation dose is 1.36 mGy.The radiation dose with DR system could be reduced compared with dual-sided reading CR system at the same probabilities Pdet,the ESD reduced from 1.63 mGy to 1.36 mGy by 19.8%,the AGD reduced from 0.65 mGy to 0.56 mGy by 16.0%.Conclusions The observable details with FFDM system were proved to be superior to DSCRM system at the same radiation dose.With the similar image quality,the radiation dose of FFDM system was less than the DSCRM system.
6.Cutaneous intravascular NK/T cell lymphoma: a case report

An 18-year-old female presented with painful erythema and nodules on both legs for more than 2 years.Dermatological examination showed irregularly sized,mildly indurated,tender,deep subcutaneous nodules arising in diffused infiltrated dark erythematous patches in the inner and posterior region of the left leg.Histopathology showed no significant changes in the epidermis.There were perivascular lymphoid cell infiltrates in the dermis and subcutis.Multiple sites of necrosis of blood vessel walls with vascular occlusions were noted.The lumens of some blood vessels were filled with lymphocytes,among which were many atypical cells with hyperchromatic nuclei and pathologic mitotic figures.Immunohistochemistry showed that lymphocytes in the cavities of blood vessels were positive for CD3(+++),CD3ε(+++),CD2(+),CD56(+++),granzyme B(+++),perforin(+++),CD30(+),Ki67 (+++,100% ),but negative for CD20,CD5,CD7,CD4,CD8,TdT,anaplastic lymphoma kinase,early membrane antigen (EMA) or pan cytokeratin (pCK).The endothelial cells lining the blood vessels stained positively for CD34.The intravascular lymphocytes were also positive for EBER1/2 by in situ hybridization.A diagnosis of cutaneous intravascular NK/T cell lymphoma was made.
7.3D measurement assisted personalized full nose reconstruction

Objective A database of normal people's external nose was established through 3D measurement. This database was used to customize the external nose for patients with nasal defects and to assist the operator to carry out the whole nose reconstruction surgery, so as to carry out the postoperative evaluation.Methods 3D scanning of the subject's face, measurement of relevant indexes of the nose and establishment of a database, the operator used normal nose database to customize the customized external nose for 17 patients with nasal defects, assisted them in the whole nose reconstruction surgery, and used independent sample t test for data statistics to evaluate the expected effect of surgery. Results There was no statistically significant differences between the postoperative actual data and the preoperative personalized data (P> 0.05) in right root wing distance, left root wing distance, nose length, nasal base width, nose width, right side vertical bisect nasal line, left side vertical bisect nasal line, nose height, medial malleolus spacing, face width, mouth split width, facial height, nasal width index, nasal width index, interondylar-nasal width index and nasal high index. The actual data of nasal deep was statistically different from preoperative personalized data (P < 0.05). Conclusions Analysis showed no significant difference between the actual data nasal surgery and preoperative customization data. 3D measurement of normal human external nasal establishment database to customize the external nose for patients with nasal defects, can assist the surgeon to perform total nasal reconstruction surgery and improve predictability and make surgery more precise. Postoperative assessments can also be performed to compare preoperative and postoperative outcomes.
8.Long-term clinical effect of aspheric multifocal intraocular lens implantation for developmental cataracts in childhood

Objective To observe the long-term visual quality and clinical effect of aspheric diffractive multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for congenital and developmental cataracts in childhood.Methods A retrospective cohort study on multifocal IOL implantation for congenital and developmental cataracts in childhood (aged 8 to 14 years) was performed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2013 to January 2015.The clinical data of 67 eyes from 46 congenital cataract patients who received phacoemulsification with IOL implantation were collected.The AMO (ZMB00) IOL was implanted in 34 eyes of 24 patients in the multifocal IOL group,and Bausch & Lomb (MI60) IOL was implanted in 33 eyes of 22 patients in the monofocal IOL group.The distance,intermediate and near vision acuity were analyzed in 3,6 and 12 months after surgery,including uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA).The wavefront aberrations,modulation transfer functions (MTF) and stereopsis were obtained with iTrace Analysis System,Optec-6500 Visual Functional Analyzer and Titmus Stereo Test Chart,respectively in 12 months after surgery.The near additional degree,removing glasses rate and myopic shift were compared between the two groups in postoperative 12 months.Results The intermediate and near UCVA in the multifocal IOL group were obviously better than those in the monofocal IOL group 3,6 and 12 months after surgery (intermediate:Z=-3.74,-4.36,-3.66;all at P=0.00.near:Z=-2.67,-2.50,-2.33;all at P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in total aberration,high and low order total aberrations,comatic aberration,trefoil aberration,spherical aberration and secondary astigmatism under the 5.0 mm optical zone in 12 months after surgery (all at P>0.05).The MTFs under the 5.0 mm optical zone and 5,10,15,20,25,30 c/d in the multifocal IOL group were insignificantly lower than those in the monofocal IOL group (all at P>0.05).In addition,the near stereopsis,near additional degree and myopic shift (AD) were reduced in the multifocal IOL group compared with monofocal IOL group (both at P<0.05).The glasses removing rate was 93.3% in the multifocal IOL group,which was significantly higher than 33.3% in the monofocal IOL group (x2 =23.25,P =0.00).No significant difference in the incidence of posterior capsular opacification was found between the two groups (P>0.05).The myopic shifting rates were 16.7% and 83.3% in the multifocal IOL group and monofocal IOL group,with a significant difference between the two groups (x2=15.02,P=0.00).Conclusions The aspheric multifical IOL implantation can achieve good and stable distance,intermediate and near visual acuities,provide better near stereopsis,reduce postoperative dependence on spectacles and decrease the incidence of myopic shift in child cataract patients.
9.Neurobiological mechanism of post-stroke depression

Post-stroke depression (PSD) is one of the common complications of stroke, which can seriously affect the functional rehabilitation of patients with stroke and increase their mortality and disability rate. As for the pathogenesis of PSD, endogenous theory emphasizes that it is closely associated with biological mechanism, while reactive theory believes that it is associated with psychosocial factors. At present, the research on the pathogenesis and treatment of PSD focuses on inflammation, immune response, stress, nerve regeneration, brain network, biological rhythm disorder, sleep disorder, melatonin and so on. This article reviews the research progress on the neurobiological mechanism of PSD and the related treatment for the pathogenesis.
10.Study on a mouse model of aldosterone-induced multi-organ damage

Objective Establishment and evaluation of a mouse model of aldosterone-induced multi-organ damage.Methods Twenty mice were randomly divided into four groups,with five mice in each group:a blank control group(0 μg/(kg·d)),a low-dose aldosterone group(150 μg/(kg·d))),a medium-dose aldosterone group(300 μg/(kg d)),and a high-dose aldosterone group(450 pug/(kg·d)).Aldosterone-containing osmotic minipumps were surgically implanted under the skin,and aldosterone was infused for 4 weeks to establish the aldosterone-induced damage model.The body weight and blood pressure of the mice were recorded weekly.After the 4 week modeling period,the mice were euthanized,and their tissues were collected for observation and analysis of blood pressure and histological morphology of various organs.Results(1)After 4 weeks of aldosterone infusion,the serum aldosterone levels were significantly increased in the medium-dose and high-dose aldosterone groups,but not in the low-dose aldosterone group.(2)After the implantation of osmotic minipumps,the systolic blood pressure was significantly increased in the low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose aldosterone groups during the second and third weeks,but decreased in all these groups during the fourth week.(3)The kidney and heart in the low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose aldosterone groups showed varying degrees of damage,interstitial edema,collagen deposition,and fibrotic lesions.The liver in the low-dose aldosterone group showed a small amount of collagen deposition,while the medium-dose and high-dose aldosterone groups showed varying degrees of hepatocyte damage,collagen deposition,and fibrotic lesions.Conclusions Aldosterone can induce multi-organ damage in mice.Under this modeling method,organ damage is mainly manifested as edema,collagen deposition,and fibrotic lesions.
