Objective This study aimed at observing expression and clinical significance of metadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma and exploring the potentially regulating mechanism of metadherin in invation and migration of gastric cancer.Methods Expressions of metadherin and E-cadherin in primay lesion of gastric cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry and their correlation to clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis were analyzed by Chi-square tests.Transwell assay and wound healing assay were applied for the ability of invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer cells.Then,the down-regulatied metadherin expression in MKN45 cells by RNA interference (siRNA) was carried out and furthermore,the regulation role of metadherin in epithelial-mesenchymal transition was analyzed also in invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells.Results The positive expression of metadherin was correlated to invading depth (P =0.029),lymph node metastasis (P =0.001),TNM stage (P =0.014) and inhibiting E-cadherin expression (P =0.001).The patients with positive metabherin shared poorer prognosis.Furthermore,the down-regulated metabherin in MKN45 cells would result in the increasing expression of E-cadherin,as well as decreasing expression of N-eadherin,Slug and Snail.At the same time,the abilities of invasion (P =0.027) and migration (P =0.008) of MKN45 cells was decreased.Conclusion metabherin induces EMT in metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma via activating either Slug or Snail but not twist,which would result in the poorer prognosis.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chuankezhi Injection atomization inhalation in treating capillary bronchitis.Methods 93 ninety-three children cases of capillary bronchitis were in our hospital from January to December 2015were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(50 cases) and control group(43 cases) according to the random number table method.The two groups were given the same routine treatment.The treatment group was simuhaneously given 1 mL of Chuankezhi Injection adding into 4 mL of 0.9％ Sodium Chloride Injection,the mixture was inhaled by oxygen atomization at a speed of 4-5 L/s for 10-12 min,with 7 d as one treatment course.The clinical effect,clinical symptom disappearance situation and hospitalization time in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.0％ (49/50),which was higher than 79.1％ (34/43) in the control group;the disappearance time of cough,dyspnea and pulmonary wheezes and crackles and rales,and hospitalizatiorn time in the treatment group were (6.15 ± 1.50)d,(4.5 ± 1.90)d,(4.60 ± 1.70)d,(5.52 ±1.31)d and (6.55±2.30) d respectively,which were significantly better than (7.19 ± 1.85) d,(5.7 ± 2.10) d,(5.81 ± 1.82) d,(6.50 ± 1.83)d and (7.48 ± 2.51) d in the control group,the differences of various indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chuankezhi Injection in the assisted treatment of capillary bronchitis has significantly effect and better clinical application value.

Objective We conducted a survey on the awareness rate of stroke in Yangquan residents and analyzed factors affecting awareness to provide basic information for Yangquan residents to prevent and treat stroke in Shanxi.MethodsA questionnaire regarding awareness and basic knowledge of stroke was used in this study and applied to Yangquan residents.A cluster stratified sample of 7983 residents were questionnaired by cross-sectional method.Results7921 returned copies were valid.The awareness rate of stroke in 7921 selected Yangquan residents was 30.14％ (2387/7921). Upon the occurrence of stroke,the awareness rates of the way to see a doctor,the right department to look for medical care and test manners to diagnose the illness as stroke were relatively high in these investigated people,which were 74.03％ (5864/7921),78.17％ (6192/7921) and 84.04％ (6657/7921),respectively.However,the number of people who knew characteristic symptoms and complications of stoke,risk factors that cause stroke and how to treat stroke was 2021 (25.51％),841 ( 10.62％ ),and 902 ( 11.39％ ),respectively,which was relatively low. After multivariate analysis,the awareness rate of stroke in Yangquan residents was positively correlated with an education degree.ConclusionsYangquan residents know little about stroke.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the level of their knowledge regarding stroke by extended propaganda and encourage them to live a healthy life to be able to treat stoke in time and to reduce the possibility of stroke occurring.

Objective:To investigate the incidence and determinants of vaccine hesitancy towards national immunization program in China and understand the current status of parents' hesitancy to different vaccines used in national immunization program.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in Beijing, Sichuan and Gansu. The methods of proportional probability sampling and convenience sampling were used to select the eligible study subjects for questionnaire surveys.Results:A total of 3 592 parents were enrolled in the study, in whom 38.22% fully accepted all the vaccines, 59.35% agreed to let their children to receive all the vaccines but showed slight concern, and 2.42% had hesitancy to the vaccines. The vaccine with the most hesitancy was polio vaccine (0.89%), followed by diphtheria pertussis tetanus vaccine (0.70%) and hepatitis A vaccine (0.64%). The dominant reason for vaccine hesitancy was the risk-benefit perception of vaccination (31.03%), followed by the low awareness of the parents (21.84%) and the inconvenience caused by distance and time (21.84%).Conclusions:The incidence of vaccine hesitancy towards national immunization program was low in parents in China, but over 50% of the parents showed concern to the vaccines. It is essential to improve the service quality of national immunization program and strengthen the health education about the vaccination to reduce the incidence of vaccine hesitancy in parents.
