The sperm antigens were examined using the method of ELISA and specific monoclonal antiboby against human sperm. The results of ELISA method of 10 fresh seminal fluid samples and 15 seminal stains showed 100% positive rate. Even diluted the fresh seminal fluid to 10~6 times of seminal stains extract to 51?0~5 times, both were positive also. However,it was negtive for testing other specimens such as saliva stains, urine stains, colostrum stains, sweat stains, vaginal secretion stains and human seminal stains after vesoligation. The result certificate that using specific antibody to the sperm, the ELISA method is high sensitive and specific for the sperm antigen assay.

The ABO blood group antigens in the spermatozoa from 40 donors were studied using the indirect immunofluorescence method.Group A antigens in the spermatozoa from group A donors and group B antigens in the spermat- ozoa from group B donors were detected. Some of the spermatozoa from group AB donors carry the A antigens and others carry the B antigens. The spermatozoa from four ABO blood group donors all carry H antigens. The blood group antigens in the spermatozoa are inherent, not from the seminal plasma. The amount of ABO blood group antigens from different individuals was different and was independens of the secrete status and the amount of ABH substances in the secretor's seminal plasma. The ABO blood group antigens of spermatozoa were mainly distributing in the regions of spermat- ozoals neck and acrosome.

Objective To explore the feasibility of tubeless 2 μm laser vaporesection in treating pediatric ureter cysts by ureteroscopy.MethodsClinical data of 33 ureter cysts patients who received tubeless 2 μm laser vaporesections by ureteroscopy were reviewed. The median age of patients was 4 years with a range from 1 to 7 years. The operations were carried out by RevoLix 2 μm laser through ureteroscopy without ureter stents and catheters indwelling.ResultsAll operations were successfully performed. And no serious complications occurred after the operations.ConclusionsTubeless transurethral 2 μm laser treatment by ureteroscopy was a superior micro-invasive surgery method for pediatrics with ureter cysts, with advantages of little blood loss, high safety, convenient operation and infrequent complications.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of imaging signs of giant cell tumor(GCT)of the hand and foot bones. Methods The clinical,X-ray,CT and MRI images of 18 cases of GCT of hand and foot bones diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. And compared with 54 cases of long bone GCT imaging manifestations. Results Among the 18 GCT cases of hand and foot bones, there were 8 cases of hand,10 cases of foot, including 12 cases of short tubular bone and 6 cases of tarsal bone. All lesions were dilatant osteolytic bone destruction involving the joint surface,in which the short tubular bone GCT showed central growth, the tumor occupied the entire wide diameter of the bone, the lesion range was long, consistent with the bone axis, easy to invade the surrounding soft tissue, sclerotic edge, bone ridge, lobed and periosteal reaction were rare, and prone to recurrence after surgery. The GCT of tarsal bone and short tubular bone showed eccentric growth, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The probability of pathological fracture in GCT of long bone was significantly greater than that of short tubular bone. There was no significant difference between the two groups in swelling growth, involvement of bone end and ethmoid sign of bone cortex. Conclusion Compared with long bone GCT,hand and foot bones are rare occurrence site of GCT,which is more aggressive than long bone GCT and prone to recurrence after surgery.Full attention should be paid to its imaging characteristics to provide more accurate image information for clinical treatment strategies.

Objective To analyze the influence of general anesthesia (GA) on bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation (STN-DBS) in treating Parkinson's disease (PD) through microelectrode recording (MER),and discuss the differences between different modes of anesthesia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 31 PD patients accepted bilateral STN-DBS in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017.Nine patients accepted surgery under GA (A group):4 patients were treated with intravenous anesthesia (A1 group),and 5 patients were treated with inhalation anesthesia (A2 group);22 patients accepted surgery under local anesthesia LA group.MER indexes, including STN discharge frequency,STN recorded length, and maximum target error, and short-term (6 months) efficacy were recorded.A linear regression analysis was performed to find possible influence factors on discharge frequency and improving rate of UPDRS scores. Results The discharge frequencies of B group,A1 group and A2 group were 51.42 Hz±6.28 Hz,35.79 Hz±7.02 Hz and 43.18 Hz±5.87 Hz,respectively, with significant differences (F=12.181,P=0.000);as compared with that in the B group, the discharge frequencies of A1 group and A2 group were significantly lower (P<0.05).The STN recorded lengths of B group,A1 group and A2 group were 5.48 mm±0.33 mm,5.06 mm±0.15 mm and 5.22 mam±0.16 mm,respectively, with significant differences (F=4.115,P=0.027);as compared with that in the B group, the recorded lengths of A1 group and A2 group were significantly shorter (P<0.05).A1 group had the maximum target error, but no significant differences were noted among the 3 groups (P> 0.05).Six months after the surgery, the UPDRS-Ⅲ scores and Schwab-England scores of A group and B group were decreased and daily levodopa equivalent (LEDD) was decreased. As compared with B group,A group had significantly better improvement in Hoehn & Yahr grading (P<0.05).Disease durations were positively correlated with discharge frequency (r=0.539,P=0.002);age and improving rate of UPDRS scores were negatively correlated (r=-0.572,P=-0.001);preoperative LEDD and improving rate of UPDRS scores were positively correlated (r=0.725,P=-0.000).Conclusions Bilateral STN-DBS performed under GA in PD enjoys good efficacy, which shows no obvious difference as compared with that under LA.Inhalation anesthesia had less influence on electrophysiology than intravenous anesthesia.

Objective:
To analyze the effectiveness and response status of China Infectious Disease Automated Alert and Response System (CIDARS) in Hunan province from 2012 to 2016 for improving the system.
Methods:
To collect the early warning signals, the number of suspected events, the result of on-site investigation, the signal response time and the result of public health emergencies, and the χ2 test, correlation analysis and non-parametric test were used to analyze the information on CIDARS in Hunan Province during the period from 2012 to 2016.
Results:
A total of 108 188 signals were generated by the CIDARS in Hunan Province; The warning involved 30 kinds of infectious diseases and 138 counties (districts), and each county (district) received 3.00 weekly warning messages on average; 100% early warning signal was responded, 2 h response rate was 92.43%; The median response time (P25-P75) was 0.28 (0.11-0.77) h in the single case warning, and the five-year timely response rate showed an upward trend year by year (trend
