1.History, Current Situation and Thinking of Acupuncture Treating Malignant Tumor

Malignant tumors and the relative medical treatment of western medicine greatly affect the quality of life. This paper described the history and current situation of using acuponcture treating malignant tumor, and pointed out predominance of traditional Chinese medicine in treating tumor is treament based on syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the time of a day, which provides new ideas for acupuncture treatment of malignant tumors.
3.Effect of different concentrations of sevoflurane combined with propofol on CPR and complement in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective To explore the effect of different concentrations of sevoflurane combined with propofol on CPR and complement in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 80 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into A group with 27 cases, B group with 27 cases and C group with 26 cases.3 groups of patients were underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery, and preoperative anesthesia with different concentrations of sevoflurane, A group with 2.5% sevoflurane anesthesia, B group with 3% sevoflurane anesthesia, C group with 3.5%.The clinical efficacy, CRP, complement levels and adverse reactions were compared among 3 groups.Results Compared with A group, the Karnofsky score of group B and group C was higher(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in Karnofsky score between the two groups of B and C, and the level of CRP in 3 groups increased and C3 and C4 decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group A, the level of CPR in group B and C were lower(P<0.05), C4 and C3 were higher( P<0.05 ) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among 3 groups.Conclusion 3% concentration of sevoflurane combined with propofol in the induction of anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy has better anesthetic effect, and has little effect on the CRP and the complement of the body .
4.Effect of rehabilitation treatment on diffuse axonal injury

ObjectiveTo study the effect of rehabilitation treatment on diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods24 inpatients with DAI were performed a 3 month rehabilitation program.Before and after rehabilitation treatment,evaluation of locomotion function, walking ability,activities of daily living(ADL) and cognitive ability were performed and compared with each other.ResultsThe hand function showed no distinct change(P>0.05), while the locomotion function of upper limb was improved significantly(P<0.05), and that of lower limb was improved more significantly (P<0.01) as while as the walking ability.ADL and cognitive ability were improved very more significantly (P<0.001).ConclusionsIntegrative rehabilitation treatment cannot significantly improve the hand function of patients with DAI, but can significantly improve the locomotion function of upper and lower limb,ADL and cognitive ability.
5.Anti-thrombotic, Choleretic and Anti-ulcerous Actions of Rhizoma Ligustici

OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-thrombotic, choleretic and anti-ulcerous actions of Rhizoma Ligustici.METHODS: Experiments were carried out on conventional models of choleresis and ulceration, and on a thrombotic model of using direct current continuously to stimulate the unilateral carotid artery of anesthetic rat.RESULTS: Alcoholic extract of Rhizoma Ligustici 3g herb/kg and 10g herb/kg id or ig, increased choleresis and prolonged the time for arterial thrombosis induced by electric stimulation in rats, but did not prolonged coagulative time, PT and KPTT.The extract 5g herb/kg and 15g herb/kg ig, inhibited the formation of gastric ulcers induced by water immersion, stress, HCl and indomethacin-alcohol in mice.CONCLUSION: Rhizoma Ligustici has anti-thrombotic choleretic and anti-ulcerous actions.
6.Exploring for professional curricular system of graduate education for professional master degree of oral medicine with resident standardized training

To push on the process of the effective link between graduate education for profes-sional master degree of oral medicine and resident standardized training, a professional curricular con-struction was explored. The system contents included drawing up teaching program, writing reference books and building examination question bank. To realize the objective that combine theory study and clinical practice for graduate education and resident standardized training, the main courses were des-ignated for base professional knowledge, clinical operative skills and research progresses of oral medi-cine, by making multimedia courseware and lectures video frequency.
7.Pharmacokinetics of Flavohumic acid ointment in rat

Objective: To establish a method to determine the serum concentration of FA. Methods: The serum concentration of FA in rat was determined by fluorospectrophotometry and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by computer. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.6~40?g?mL -1 with r =0.9987. The limit of identification was 0.2 ?g?mL -1 . The RSD (%) in within day and between days were no more than 2.5%. The recovery of FA was 100.49% . The pharmacokinetic behavior of FA showed zero order absorption. Conclusion: Flavohumic acid ointment was a ideal preparation with stable and lasting potency.
8.The clinical effect of Body-Fix(R) device in improving the positioning accuracy of the hypofractionated radiotherapy in the vertebral metastatic patients

Objective To study the immobilization effect and keep the accurate treating position of Body-Fix (R) device in the patients with vertebral metastatic tumor treated by hypofractionated intensitymodulated radiotherapy.Methods From October 2008 to February 2010,six nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with 10 treated lesion with vertebral metastasis who were treated by hypofractionated intensitymodulated radiotherapy and immobilized by the Body-Fix (R) device were enrolled in this study.Three sets cone beam CT images were taken and recorded when patient was underway the initial setup,position correction and after radiation delivery.Comparing these images with the planning CT images to get the setup errors and the intrafractional position shifting,and the immobilization effect of Body-Fix (R) device was analyzed.Results In the upper,middle and lower sections of the vertebrae,the intrafractional setup errors in the left-right direction were (-0.6±0.5) mm,(-0.1 ±1.0) mm,(0.0±0.4) mm,with in the superior-inferior direction (1.0 ± 1.4) mm,(4.8 ± 5.7) mm,(0.0 ± 0.3) mm and in the anterior-posterior direction (1.2 ± 5.2) mm,(-0.3 ± 0.3) mm,(0.0 ± 0.5) mm,respectively.Conclusions With Body-Fix (R) device,the intrafractional setup errors can be minimized within 2 mm which make the accurate spinal radiosurgery technique possible.
9.Comparison of effects of allogeneic blood transfusion and hemodiluted autotransfusion on cellular immune function in patients undergoing cesarean section

Objective To compare the effects of allogeneic blood transfusion and hemodiluted autotransfusion on cellular immune function in the patients undergoing cesarean section.Methods Sixty patients,aged 20-35 yr,weighing 50-80 kg,of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective cesarean section,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =30 each) using a random number table:hemodiluted autotransfusion group (group HAT) and allogeneic blood transfusion group (group ABT).Both groups received epidural anesthesia.The radial artery was cannulated after epidural anesthesia,and the autologous blood was collected in group HAT.The autologous blood transfusion timing:intraoperative blood loss was expected to exceed 20% of blood volume.For the patients in whom intraoperative blood loss was not expected to exceed 20% of blood volume,bleeding was stopped,and autologous blood was infused intravenously after peritoneum closure.The allogeneic blood transfusion timing:when hemoglobin < 70 g/L,packed red blood cells 1-5 U were infused intravenously;when prothrombin time,or activated partial thromboplastin time > 1.5 times of the normal value,the fresh frozen plasma 100-400 ml was infused intravenously;when platelet count<50× 109/L,platelets 10-40 U were infused intravenously.When entering the operating room (T0),on 1st day after operation (T1),and on 5th day after operation (T2),blood samples were collected to detect the levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ (using FACScan flow cytometer),and serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and IL-6 concentrations (by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).CD4+/CD8+ ratio was calculated.Results Compared with the values at T0,the levels of CD3+ and CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio,and serum IL-2 concentrations were significantly decreased,and the serum IL-6 concentrations were increased at T1,2 in group ABT,and at T1 in group HAT (P<0.05).Compared with group ABT,the CD3+ and CD4+ levels,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and serum IL-6 concentrations were significantly increased at T1,and the serum IL-2 concentrations were increased at T1,2 in group HAT (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with allogeneic transfusion,hemodiluted autotransfusion has less inhibitory effect on cellular immune function in the patients undergoing cesarean section.
10.Levels and clinical significance of serum SP-D and MBL in infants with cytomegalovirus pneumonia

Objective To investigate the levels of serum surfactant protein D (SP-D) and mannosebinding lectin (MBL) in infants with cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia with the severity of disease.Methods A total of 101 hospitalized infants with CMV pneumonia were enrolled from January 2011 to December 2012.These patients were divided as the severe pneumonia group (n =48) and the mild pneumonia group (n =53) according to physical sign of lung and complication.Another 55 infants who were hospitalized in the same period with non-infectious diseases were used as the control group.Serum levels of SP-D and MBL were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Blood gas analyzer was used to measure arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) of the blood in severe patients.Results The mean serum SP-D levels in the severe pneumonia group [(150.08 ±52.59)ng/ml] and the mild pneumonia group [(109.67 ±31.39)ng/ml] were significantly higher than those in control group [(41.33 ± 16.42) ng/ml] (P < 0.01), and higher in the severe pneumonia group than in the mild pneumonia group (P < 0.01).However, there was no significant difference in serum MBL between all groups (P > 0.05).In severe patients, serum SP-D levels were negatively correlated with PaO2 (r =-0.565, P < 0.01).Conclusion Serum SP-D is associated with the severity of CMV pneumonia, but MBL shows no relation.The serum SP-D levels has an important clinical significance in judgment the sererity of infants with CMV pneumonia.
