Objective The hsa-miR-106b-25 gene cluster is involved in various biological processes of carcinoma .This study aims at a prediction and function analysis of the hsa-miR-106b-25 gene cluster, miR-106b, miR-93, and miR-25, so as to provide some evidence for further studies on the functions of the three miRNAs and the mechanisms of their interaction . Methods We obtained the sequences of miR-106b, miR-93, and miR-25 from the miRBase, predicted their target genes with TargetScan , PicTar, and miRanda, and used 3 or more experimentally verified target genes from the miRTarbase as the gene set for further bioinformatic analysis .We predic-ted the biological processes of the target genes by GeneOntology analysis and enriched KEGG ( Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) by pathway analysis, produced protein-protein interaction ( PPI) networks with STRING . Results The target genes of the miR-106b-25 gene cluster were significantly enriched in such biological processes as the regulation of macromolecule metabolism , regulation of metabolic process , and cell cycle process , while the KEGG pathway mainly in glioma, melanoma, prostate cancer , and gallbladder carcino-ma.The proteins encoded by the targeted genes of showed complicated interactions , and those encoded by the KAT2B, PTEN, TP53, CDH1, MDM2, E2F1, RB1, and SMAD7 plaid a core role in the interac-tion network. Objective To evaluate the association between hyperglycaemia at admission and in-hospital outcomes in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Three hundreds and fifty-four patients with AMI and underwent PCI were divided into 3 groups according to the glucose level on admission: group A (n=132), ＜7.80 mmol/L;group B (n=120), 7.80-11.00 mmol/L;group C (n=102), ≥11.00 mmol/L. Results Patients in group C had higher cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides levels than those in group A. Compared with group A, there were higher incidence of multi-vascular diseases and higher corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC) in angiography in group B and group C. Cardiac events and in-hospital mortality in group B and group C were higher than those of group A, while statistical difference was found between group C and group A. Conclusion Elevated admission glucose level in AMI patients with primary PCI is associated with worse prognosis, increased major adverse cardiac events and higher in-hospital mortality.

Objective To synthetically evaluate the relationship between miR-31 and the prognosis of carcinoma and to investi-gate its related mechanism.Methods The correlative literatures of tumor prognosis were retrieved from the electronic databases PubMed,EMBASE and ISI Web of Science.The pooled hazard ratios (HRs)and 95% confidence interval(95%CI )were extracted. The prognostic data were performed the synthesis analysis.Results A total of 7 trials conformed to the inclusion criteria including accumulated 2 012 cases of carcinoma.Meta-analysis revealed that the decrease of miR-31 expression in the tumor patients had the poor prognosis (HR=0.784,95%CI :0.630-0.974);in the subgroup analysis,the synthesis results adopting the multivariable a-nalysis and China subjects were 3.512 (95%CI :1.797-6.865)and 1.574 (95%CI :1.062-2.333),which indicating that the in-crease of miR-31 expression predicted the poor prognosis;miR-31 had no statistical significance in the digestive system (P >0.05). Conclusion The prognostic role of miR-31 may possess the histological and regional specificity and has the potential as a novel marker.

Objective To summarize perioperative care and effect of surgical treatment of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) in newborns and babies within 6 months.Methods From September 2001 to May 2013,ninetytwo consecutive patients with TAPVC received surgical correction under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) with moderate or deep hypothermia.The anatomic subtype included supracardiac type 48,intracardiac type 36,infracardiac type 6 and mixed type 2.There were 36 newboms.Pathological diagnosis was made by echocardiogram,computerized tomography and operative findings during operation.The option of procedure was determined by findings.Respirator assisted breathing after operation and cardiac function was maintained by a variety of positive inotropic drugs,to prevent the happening of the pulmonary hypertension crisis.Results Severely low cardiac output syndrome occurred in 8 patients and they died within 24 hours after operation.The remaining cases postoperative recover smoothly and receive postoperative follow-up about 1 month to 12 years,3 cases of postoperative pulmonary vein stenosis (PPVS) occurred.Conclusion Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection should be surgical treatment as soon as possible with satisfied effect.The key of perioperative care is maintenance of left heart function,negative balance of liquid,prevention and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil on postoperative cognition and hemodynamics in patients underwent colon cancer surgery.METHODS:One hundred undergoing colon cancer sur gery in our hospital during Jun.2013-Apr.2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was given Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection 2-4 μg/kg for anesthesia induction,with maintenance dose of 0.5-2 μg· kg/min;observation group was treated with Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride for injection 0.5 μg/kg and remifentanil 2-4 μg/kg for anesthesia induction,with maintenance dose of Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride for injection 0.4 μg·kg/h+Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection 0.5-2 μg·kg/min.MMSE score and the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) were observed in 2 groups 1,2,3 d after surgery,and the occurrence of ADR was record ed.RESULTS:The incidence of POCD in observation group 1,2,3 d after surgery were 16.0％,4.0％,6.0％,which was signifi cantly higher than 36.0％,12.0％,10.0％ of control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in MMSE score between 2 groups 1,3 d after operation (P＞0.05).2 d after surgery,MMSE score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in hemodynamic indexes,the incidence of ADR as blood pressure increasing,amyostasia,nausea and vomiting between 2 groups 1,2,3 d after surgery (P＞0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil can significantly improve postoperative POCD in patients underwent colon cancer surgery and have little effect on hemodynamics with good safety.

Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum levels of granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods:126 cases of patients with RA in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2016 were selected as RA group and divided into two subgroups as active RA group (69 cases) and remission RA group (57 cases) according to the severity of the disease.55 healthy cases who receive physical check in our hospital at same time were selected as the control group.The serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared between different groups,the correlation of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels with DAS28 were analyzed.Results:The serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels of RA group were significantly higher than those of the remission RA group and control group (P＜0.01),and the serum GM-CSF,IL-6 TNF-α levels of remission RA group were also significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.01).Positive correlation between serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were found(P＜.0.01).The level of DAS28 was significantly correlated with the levels of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α (r=0.473,0.584,0.675,all P＜0.01).Conclusion:The levels of serum GM-CSF,IL-6 and TNF-α were up-regulated in patients with RA and positively correlated with the activity of RA,which might be of important clinical significance in the early diagnosis,disease evaluation and prognosis of RA.

Objective: To establish a method to determine the serum concentration of FA. Methods: The serum concentration of FA in rat was determined by fluorospectrophotometry and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by computer. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.6～40?g?mL -1 with r =0.9987. The limit of identification was 0.2 ?g?mL -1 . The RSD (%) in within day and between days were no more than 2.5%. The recovery of FA was 100.49% . The pharmacokinetic behavior of FA showed zero order absorption. Conclusion: Flavohumic acid ointment was a ideal preparation with stable and lasting potency.
