Using microspectrophotometric quantitative analysis showed that LDH activity was somewhat increased while SDH activity was obviously decreased (P
4.The correlation of leptin, IGF-1 and adiponectin in fetal cord blood with intrauterine growth retardation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(13):1972-1973
Objective To study the correlation of leptin,insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and adiponectin in fetal cord blood with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR).Methods Sixty-one fetus with IUGR were enrolled into the observation group and eighty healty fetus were enrolled into the control group.Leptin,IGF-1 and adiponectin were detected. Results The levels of leptin,IGF-1 and adiponectin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (t =11.239,11.680,13.640,all P < 0.01).The body mass in the observation group was (2 157 ± 243) g,which had significantly positive correlation with leptin (r =0.274,P < 0.05),IGF-1 (r =0.532,P < 0.05) and adiponectin (r =0.539,P < 0.05).Conclusion There was a close relationship in leptin,IGF-1 and adiponectin with IUGR.
5.Diabetes mellitus or insulin resistance resulted from intrauterine growth retardation related epigenetic transformation
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):606-609
Diabetes mellitus is poly-genetic inherited disease, which is influenced by both genes and environment. The environment may increase the susceptibility of diabetes mellitus via epigenetic way. While those from the same paternal and maternal imprinted genes in the role of offspring are not identical. Adverse intrauterine environment can be regarded as an integral part of the environment, therefore, intrauterine growth retardation may cause fetal epigenetic changes, which are also called imprinted genes. This paper will introduce the latest researches of the diabetes mellitus or insulin resistance-related imprinted genes, for example,GLUT4, IGF-2/H19,PGC-1 α and so on, to explore the relevant therapeutic targets of diabetes mellitus or insulin resistance at the level of epigenetics.

AIM: To establish the optimum preparation process for Bupleurum dropping pill. METHODS: A series of signal tests have been studied for the choice of substrate、 its proportion of substrate to drug、 the dropping and cooling agent temperature and dropping speed to make average pill weight, weight variation and roundness up to grade. RESULTS: The best pills formatting process were a ratio of PEG4000 to PEG6000(3∶1). CONCLUSION: This preparation method is suitable for both the laboratory test and the industrial production for Bupleurum dropping pill.
7.Extraction of Prekallikrein Activator
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(01):-
The FactorⅫ(FXII or a-Ⅻa)in Cohn's FIV was adsorbed by diato- mite, and then the FXⅡ(or ?-Ⅻa) was activated into ?-Ⅻa(Hageman factor fragment,PKA,MW31000)by the co-adsorbed kallikrein with sub- sequent releasing it toabuffer solu- tion. Finally, the product was purified by DEAE-Sephadex A_(50).The activity of prepared PKA was 8 963IU/ml,and the preparation can lead to signifi- cant reduction in blood pressure in rats.
8.Research progress of octamer-binding transcription factor 4 and sal-like gene 4 in germ cell tumors
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(9):646-648
Tumor marker research is a hot field of oncology.Previous studies of tumor markers such as placental alkaline phosphatase,alpha-fetoprotein,c-kit and CD30 and so on,lack sufficient sensitivity and specificity for the early diagnosis of germ cell tumor.Recent research demonstrated that octamer-binding transcription factor 4 (OCT4),sal-like gene 4 (SALL4) can be used as new germ cell tumor markers. This paper reviewed the research progress on the OCT4 and SALL4 in recent years,to provide the reference about the early diagnosis, tumor typing, condition estimation, prognosis and targeted therapy of germ cell tumors.
9.Observations on the Efficacy of Wax Therapy plus Functional Training in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2014;(10):931-932
Objective To investigate the efficacy of wax therapy plus functional training in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Method One hundred patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The treatment group received wax therapy plus functional training and the control group, functional training alone. One course of treatment consisted of seven days in both groups. The therapeutic effects clinical were evaluated after two course of treatment. Result Joint pain severity and morning stiffness time improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and did more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). The total efficacy rates in the two groups were 84.0%and 66.0%, respectively;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Wax therapy plus functional training is safe, reliable, convenient and easy to perform in clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
10.Research progress on pharmacologic action of Atractylodis Rhizoma and its effective constituent in in digestive system
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(3):411-419
The pharmacologic action of Atractylodis Rhizoma and its effective constituents in digestive system includes mainly anti-ulcer activity, acceleration of gastric emptying, regulation of gastrointestinal propellant movement, antidiarrheat effect, choleretic effect, hepatoprotection, and promotion of digestive and absorptive function.Atractylodis Rhizoma decreases gastric acid secretion via blockade of H2-receptor,and inhibits overexpression of inflammatory cytokines in gastric tissues to produce anti-ulcer effect.Atractylodis Rhizoma increases gastric mucosal blood flow, and improves growth and reparation of gastric mucosa to produce anti-ulcer effect by blockade of 5-TH receptor, and elevating levels of gastrin and trefoil factor in serum and gastric tissues.Atractylodis Rhizoma accelerating gastric emptying and gastrointestinal propellant movement is relative to decreasing release of central corticotropin-releasing factor, and stimulating vagal nerve, and promoting secretion of gastrin and motilin, and inhibiting secretion of vasoactive intestinal peptide, and blocking 5-HT-3receptor,and increasing amount of interstitial cell of Cajal.
