A sophisticated effort is made to uplift the clinical nursing quality in hospitals, which aims at improving hospital nursing quality by means of enhancing the management functionality of the nursing department, enhancing nursing systems, implementing clinical paths, and quality service campaigns. These efforts are designed to effectively improve hospital nursing quality.

Hypofractionated conformal radiotherapy is capable to deliver much higher doses to the cancer than is possible with standard techniques. Recently there is data suggesting that the early stage nonsmall cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) which is not suitable to surgery is likely to benefit from this regimen, with low lung toxicity. Manyphase Ⅰ-Ⅱ studies showed that the patients with locally advanced NSCLC are well-tolerated to hypofractionated conformal radiotherapy. The model of radio-physic and relative clinical studies suggest that hy-pofractionation would not increase the risk of radiation pneumonitis compared to standard therapy.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control standard of anticancer herbal suppository METHODS:The polygonaceae and cantharidin were qualitatively and quantitatively detected by TLC and UV-spectrophotometry respectively RESU_LTS:TLC was suitable for qualitative analysis of polygonaceae and UV-spectrophotometry for quantitative analysis of cantharidin CONCLUSION:TLC and UV-spectrophotometry can be used in quality control of this preparation

Objective To analyze the influence of individualized health education on self nursing ability of patients with colon stoma.Methods 120 patients with colon stoma were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The patients of the control group were given conventional basic knowledge education,and the patients of the observation group were given personalized custom health education.Self score,health responsibility score,HAMD score,Barthel index,postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The observation group with self realization (32.16 ±7.25)points,health responsibility (28.62 ± 7.99)points,Barthel index (47.56 ±30.11 )points,HAMD score (3.15 ±1.44)points,stoma necrosis rate (1.67%)mucosal prolapse rate (0.00%),stoma retraction rate (3.33%)and stoma hernia rate (1.67%)were significantly better than the control group with self realization (27.98 ±9.53)points,health responsibility (24.87 ± 8.03)points,Barthel index (33.37 ±24.49)points,HAMD score (5.99 ±3.66)points,stoma necrosis rate (13.33%)mucosal prolapse rate (11.67%),stoma retraction rate (23.33%)and stoma hernia rate (15.00%), with statistically significant difference (t =2.71,2.56,2.83,7.56,χ2 =4.32,5.46,8.72,5.35,all P <0.05). Conclusion To implement personalized health education on health behavior of the patients with colon stoma has a positive role,to promote the stability of the patient's condition,strengthen the patient's awareness of disease,improve patient self -care ability,reduce the occurrence of complications.

BACKGROUND:Tracheal injury suture and the development of a new tracheal prosthesis all need to understand the tensile mechanical properties of tracheal cartilage.so as to repair and rebuild tracheal function.Previous researches on the biomechanics of artificial trachea are many reported.while the biomechanics of human tracheal cartilage is reported less.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanical properties of tracheal cartilage using one-dimensional tensile test method.METHODS:Two fresh cadaver specimens of normal human trachea.with the informed consents of their families.were involved.The specimens were thaw at room temperature,and then tracheal cartilage specimens were cut using scalpel into 20 samples at the length of 25 mm,width 5 mm,thickness 1.8-2.2 mm.The 20 tracheal cartilage samples were subjected to one-dimensional tensile test with Shimadzu electronic universal testing machine Japan,at the tensile test speed of 5 mm/min.The tensile maximum load,maximum displacement,maximum stress,maximum strain,elastic modulus and stress-strain curve of the specimens were observed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The maximum load of human cadaver tracheal cartilage was(60 946±10.377)N,maximumdisplacementwas(1.973±0.159)mm,maximum stresswas(6.229±1.125)Mpa,maximum strainwas(32.825±2.776)%.Tracheal cartilage stress-strain curves was changed along with the index,the initial low slope of the curye was due to the direction of imposed tension was similar with the arrangement of collagen structure,the steep slope represented the tensile strength of collagen.To describe the tracheal cartilage stress-strain relationship in a one-dimensional tension,15 stress-strain data of the tracheal cartilage experimental data adopted polynomial by the least square fitting method,to obtain stress(δ)-strain(ε)relationship forrnula:σ(ε)=-0.111 3e~5+1.602 1e~4-7.821 6e~3+17.995 1e~2+3.624e.It is indicated that tracheal cartilage has a strong capacity to bear Joad and resist deformation,reflecting their viscoelastic mechanical properties of both flexibility and viscosity,supporting that the mechanical properties of cartilage is positively related to cartilage collagen content.

BACKGROUND:Shear mechanical properties of lumbar trabecular bone should be understood in treating osteoporosis,bone remodeling,bone reconstruction,as well as the choice of fracture fixed equipment.OBJECTIVE:To explore whether the shear mechanical properties of lumbar trabecular bone is different in young and aged normal fresh cadavers.METHODS:Experimental samples were from 4 normal fresh corpse,aged 22,28,70 and 75 years,were provided by Department of Anatomy,Norman Bethune Medical University.Spinal column thoracic vertebra L_2-L_5 specimen were obtained from corpse within 1 hour and cut into 40 min×5 mm×5 mm pieces.The specimen were tested on electronic universal testing machine with speed of 5 mm/min,the shear load,stress,strain and other data would be printed automatically,and the morphology of fracture surface was observed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Majority of the fracture surfaces were comminuted,minority were transverse or oblique fracture.The macroscopic observation showed that trabecular arranged compact in the thoracic vertebra cancellous bone of the youth group,which was sparse arrangement and presented with senile osteoporosis in the aged group.The shear force,shear stress and strain of the youth group was greater than that of the aged group[(37.19±3.25),(28.34±3.42) N;(1.49+0.13),(1.13±0.14) MPa;(1.40±0.50)%,(0.90±0.20)%,P＜0.05].It demonstrated that the impact mechanics properties of thoracic vertebra cancellous bone are different between the youth and aged groups.

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of chlorhexidine in the development of peri-odontitis models in rats.Methods:periodontitis models were established by the ligation of bilateral first molars and orally challenge with P.gingivalis W83.0.05%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.5% chlorhexidine were used to wash the periodontal pocket and oral mucosa of the rats.4 weeks later,absolute real time quantitative PCR was used to count the copy of P.gingivalis W83 in rat periodontal pockets.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the distribution of P.gingivalis W83 on rat teeth surface.Immunohisto-chemical technique was used to detect the expression of TNF-αin gingival tissue of the rats.Results:0.2% and 0.5% chlorhexi-dine reduced the copy of P.gingivalis W83 on teeth surface and in periodontal pockets (P <0.05);0.1% -0.5% chlorhexidine reduced the expression of TNF-αin gingival tissue (P <0.05).Conclusion:0.1% -0.2% chlorhexidine can inhibit the develop-ment of chronic periodontitis in rats.

Objective:To reveal the dynamic characteristics of the intracellular complement mRNA from mouse macrophage ANA-1 treated with LPS or IL-4. Methods:The polarization models of macrophage ANA-1 were established by treating with LPS(1μg/ml) and IL-4(20 ng/ml),respectively. After treating at 3,8,12 and 24 h,the total RNA were abstracted by Trizol lysis methods . The macrophage polarization were estimated by the expression of IL-1β, CCL2 and Arg-1 mRNA detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The intracellular complement C1q, C3, CfB and CRIg mRNA were quantitatively analyzed. Results: The mouse macrophage ANA-1 cells treated with LPS was polarized to M1 since the levels of IL-1β and CCL2 mRNA were up-regulated significantly,in which their 2-△△Ct value were up to 297. 0±31. 0 and 19. 9±3. 3 respectively at 12 h. On the other hand,the ANA-1 cells treated with IL-4 was polarized to M2 because the level of Arg-1 mRNA was obviously higher( the 2-△△Ct value of Arg-1 mRNA was up to 27.3±9.1 at 24 h)(P<0.05).The intracellular complement C1q,C3,CfB and CRIg mRNAs all were up-regulated in different polarized macrophages. The intracellular C1q and C3 mRNA in polarized M2 were significantly higher,in which the peak value of C1q and C3 were to 94. 9±12. 9 and 11. 3±2. 4 at 12 h,respectively(P<0. 05). Reversely,the CfB mRNA in polarized M1 increased obviously,in which its 2-△△Ct was to 61. 4±6. 2 at 12 h. In addition,the CRIg mRNA in both groups was only up-regulated at 24 h,in which the 2-△△Ct value was 6. 5±1. 8 in M1 and 10. 8±3. 2 in M2(P<0. 05). Conclusion: The macrophage ANA-1 cell polarization models were successfully established by treated with LPS or IL-4. The intracellular complement C1q,C3 and CRIg mRNA in polarized M2 were transcripted more than in M1. But the intracellular CfB mRNA in polarized M1 was up-regulated significantly. These results suggested that the dynamic characteristic of complement components in different polarized macrophage would be correlated with its fun-tions.

Objective To observe the effect of music therapy on stroke patients with depression.Methods 70 post-stroke depression patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the hospitalized number,the control group received conventional therapy neurology without giving antidepressants;the observation group were given music therapy group basis.Both groups were at the time of enrollment and after treatment using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) for the two groups of patients assessed the degree of depression.Results After the treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was (23.57 ± 10.33)points,compared with the control group[(28.20 ± 8.83)points],the difference was statistically significant (t =2.02,P ＜ 0.05);the SDS score of the observation group was (61.00 ± 10.67) points,compared with the control group [] (66.11 ± 10.38) points],the difference was statistically significant (t =-2.03,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Music therapy for depression in patients with post-stroke recovery has a positive meaning.
