Objective This paper aimed to analyze the health situation and its influencing factors of the migrant infants in Gongshu district Hangzhou city,and discuss the best children's health care community management mode.Methods A random sampling method was taken to select the children's health management files who had took physical examinations in the community health service center in Gongshu district,the total migrant infants were 71 cases and local infants were 439 cases.Indicators such as rate of anemia,suffering from a disease,timely adding of vitamin D,and breast feeding were analyzed.Results The teething rate was 18.3％,anemia rate was 7.0％,obesity rate was 4.2％,overweight rate was 8.5％ in migrant infants.Compared with the local infants,the teething rate,anemia prevalence,overweight rate of migrant infants were lower than the local infants,and obesity rate was higher than the local infants,but there were no statistically significant differences between them.As a whole outdoor activities time of migrant infants was shorter than local infants.They both did not go out within 42 days primarily,outdoor activities time primarily were 1～2 h/d on the third month,more than 2 h/d on the 6th month.Conclusions To carry out health education for migrant parents actively,strengthen migrant infants care,timely addition of assist food,to combine vaccination information and children's health care information effectively are effective measures to improve the infants health service quality.

By questionnaire we conducted a cluster sampling survey on 150 general practice meutors in Zhejiang province who completed training program during November 2011 to May 2013.By using Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation methods,we evaluated the training program based on the response level,learning level and behavior level.A total of 141 valid questionnaires were collected.The results showed that 92.2％ of participants (130/141) were satisfied with the training contents,94.3％ (133/141) were satisfied with the teachers,87.9％ (124/141) were satisfied with the training environment,83.7％ (118/141) thought the training contents useful,and 89.4％ (126/141) were satisfied with the training organization.Only 31.2％ (44/141) of participants mastered the knowledge and skills of general practice before training,and the figure increased to 87.2％ (123/141) after training.The results also showed that 67.3％ (95/141) of participants were able to use the knowledge acquired in the training,and 81.6％ (115/141) of them were able to apply the concept of general practice in their teaching practice.These results indicate that general practice mentors are satisfied with the training in the aspects of response,learning and behavior,aud the training program would play a positive role in promoting their performance in teaching practice.

Objective To analyze the relationship between BIDP and breast cancer, and to evaluate the treatment of BIDP. Methods 103 cases of BIDP were studied retrospectively in respect of its clinical and pathological features, diagnosis, and treatment. Results Among the patients, there were 102 women and 1 man. The diagnosis was all verified by pathological examination. The rate of misdiagnosis was high(62.1%). Local excision was performed in 18 patients, regional lobular excision in 62, in nine patients modified radical mastectomy for malignant change in 9 patients, and simple excision for malignancy in 2 patients. The recurrent rate after local excision was 11.7% after 13 years, and the rate of malignant change was 6.8%. Conclusions To sum up the relationship and differentiate method between BIDP and Breast Cancer, and briefly discuss the methods of treatment.

Objective To evaluate the effect of lifestyle intervention on the indexes of patients with dyslipidemia.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCO,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,Clinical Trials,MEDLINE were retrieved.The search terms included lifestyle intervention,lifestyle,diet,physical activity,dyslipidemia,hypercholesterolemia,lipid,low fat diet,plant sterols,low-glycemic index(GI)diets,mono-unsaturated fatty acids.Articles on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)to study the effect of lifestyle intervention on the indexes of patients with dyslipidemia were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analyses were conducted by using RevMan 5.3 software after extracting data.Results 19 articles were internalized,including 2 294 patients(intervention group,n=1,170)and(control group,n =1,124).According to the results of intervention group versus control group,total cholesterol of weighted mean difference(WMD)was (-0.61,95 ％CI.-0.84～-0.38,P＜0.01),triglyceride of WMD was(-0.28,95 ％ CI:-0.42～ 0.15),P＜0.01),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of WMD was (-0.45,95 ％ CI:-0.72 ～ 0.18,P ＜0.01),(all P＜0.01),with significantly lower WMD in intervention group than in control group.The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of WMD was (-0.05,95 ％ CI:-0.22 ～ 0.12,P =0.59),the difference was not significant.Conclusions Lifestyle intervention improves serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol for dyslipidemia patients,but its effect on high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is not significant.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation outcome and influencing factors of functional recovery in patients with nontraumatic spinal cord injury (NTSCI). Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 49 cases suffering from NTSCI who recepted rehabilitation therapy from December 2014 to November 2016. The main indicator of the rehabilitation effect was Modified Barthel Index (MBI). A total of 49 cases were divided into two groups, effective group (31 cases) and ineffective group (18 cases) according to whether their MBI on discharge had beated the target setted on admission. The following factors:ages, gender, injury causes, injury level, injury grade, injury severity, the types of paralysis, hospitalization time, sick time, complications number, MBI on admission and discharge, operation, early rehabilitation were evaluated by Univarite analysis and Logistic stepwise regression to assess how they influenced rehabilitation outcome. Results After systematically rehabilitation training, MBI had apparent improvement, from (38.98 ± 24.90) score on admission to (56.35 ± 22.69) score on discharge and had statistical significance(Z=-4.95, P=0.00), which showed that rehabilitation training can effectively improve patients′ self-care ability of daily living. Regression analysis found that the MBI on admission (OR=1.044, P=0.010) and hospitalization time(OR=1.044, P=0.039) had a noticeable effect on the rehabilitation outcome, while all the other factors, such as age, sex, injury grade, injury level, injury severity, complications number hadn′t show concrete effect on rehabilitation outcome. Conclusions Patients with NTSCI should have early rehabilitation, medical staff should assess their admission MBI, make a strict rehabilitation training plan to improve rehabilitation efficiency, shorten hospitalization time, improve the patients quality of life.

Objective To analyze the genotypes of clinical varicella-zoster virus(VZV) isolates in Tibet.Methods The samples of vesicular fluid from patients with chickenpox or zoster were collected to isolate VZV in human embryonic fibroblast cells.Furtherly,the isolated VZV were identified by indirect immunofluorescence assay and the positive ones were continuely cultured in vitro to get their genome DNAs.Then,PCR and nucleotide sequencing were performed on the part of open reading frames 1,21,50,54.To confirm the genotypes of isolated virus strains,the gene sequences obtained from PCR products were compared with that in GenBank of VZV Dumas strains,and their restriction enzyme sites were analyzed via Primer 5.0.Results Ten clinical isolates of VZV were obtained from sixteen specimens,the positive isolation rate was 62.5％.Gene analysis showed that among all the ten clinical isolates of VZV in Tibet,three strains are genotype A1,four are genotype A2 and the other three are genotype J1.Conclusion The VZV genotype distribution in Tibet was tightly related to their special geographic locations.

Objective To discuss the application of prospective risk nursing measures in reducing the occurrence of postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site. Methods A total of 605 patients receiving femoral artery puncture for interventional management were collected as the control group , and 322 patients were used as the intervention group. The risk factors causing postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site in the control group were recorded, and based on which risk estimation survey table was designed. According to risk estimation survey, the prospective intervention measures, including risk assessment, standardization of professional training, individual health education, the improvement of care appliance, etc. were carried out for the patients of the intervention group. The occurrences of postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site were recorded and the results were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences in demographic and clinical data existed between the two groups. However, the incidence of hematoma in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2 = 4.652, P < 0.05), although the difference in the severity of hematoma was not significant between the two groups. Conclusion The use of prospective risk nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative hematoma at femoral artery puncture site.
