Objective To discuss the disposition feature of pathogenic bacterium in female urinary tract infection(UTI) ,so as to elevate the level of clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods To cultivate medistream urine,assess vaginal secretions in the aspects of bacteriology, mycoplasma, chlamydia, mycetes and parasite. All specimen collected from 129 female patients who chiefly complained irritation of urinary tract ,from January 2003 to December 2006. Results Pathogenic microorganisms that found in the 129 female patients with UTI are gram-negative bacteria( 53.49 % ), gram- positive bacteria ( 19.38 % ), mycoplasma ( 14.73 % ), mycetes (9.30 % ), chlamydia (4.65 % ),parasite(1.55% ). Among them, escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniae bacilli, enterococcus faecalis, staphylococcus aureus are common species. Sexually transmitted disease(27.91% ) include the infection of diplococcus gonorrhoeae,mycoplasma and ehoamydiae. Among them,non-gonococcal urethritis is common. Combined infection(17.38 % ). Infection combined with mycoplasma urealytium and other pathogen is the most, these patients are most young or middle aged. Conclusion Pathogen in female UTI is mostly gram-positive bacteria. STD and combined infection should be paid attention to by clinicians. We suggest female UTI patients take etiological test regularly,so as to elevate the level of clinical diagnosis and therapy.

Objective To develop a method for determining cyanogen chloride (CNCl) in drinking water. Methods Pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometry was employed and some parameters including the pH value of the phosphate buffer, the time of color reaction, temperature, the concentration of chloramine T, the proportion of the phosphate buffer, the proportion of color agent and the maximum absorption wavelength were optimized. The linear range, limit of detection, precision and recovery rate were studied. Results Trace quantity of CNCl obeyed the Law of Beer. In the range of 0-0.1 ?g/ml CN-, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4, the regression equation was y=0.194x-0.033, the limit of detection was 0.003 ?g/L, the lower limit of detection was 0.01 mg/L, the relative standard deviations were 1.5%-6.2% and the recovery rates were 92.9%-107.1%. Conclusion The method has the characters of accurate, sensitive, simple and rapid, it can be used in monitoring of drinking water quality.

The clinical path practice was introduced into the hospital in 2005, and the clinical paths have been put into practice for over 20,000 cases/occasions by the end of 2009, scoring satisfactory social and economic outcomes as of now. Objective To explore the molecule mechanisms of ping-gan qianyang therapy on migraine rat model with the hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods An animal model of migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang was established through electrical trigeminal ganglion stimulation and administering orally with Fuzi decoction.The total proteins of adrenal#and in the rats were separated by immobilized PH gradient-based two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, and the 2-DE images Was analyzed by PDQuest 7.0 software.Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization-Time Of Flight Mass Spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)and SWISS-PORT and MSDB database were used to identify differential proteins.Result The well-resolution and reproducible 2-DE patterns of rat adrenal glands in normal group,model group and therapy group were obtained.A total of 8 differentially expressed proteins were identified.Conclusion Ping-gan qianyang therapy may effect on migraine by regulating the expression of proteins related to energy metabolism and ubiquitin.

Benign symmetric lipomatosis is a rare disease and may appear as a huge tumor in the neck. Four benign symmetric lipomatosis associated with gigantic painless mass or neck motion limitation were reported. Operative technique of one-time radical resection or stage resection was used to remove these tumors. One patient had a postoperative complication of incision effusion and infection, and three patients had no significant complication. At more than one-year follow-up, the motion and appearance of a patient's neck returned to normal, and no recurrence was observed. The etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of the disease were discussed.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on neurological function and prognosis of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)after trepanation and drainage surgery. METH-ODS:During Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2016,80 elderly HICH patients were selected from our hospital and then divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group. Both group received trepanation and drain-age surgery. Control group was given routine treatment. Observation group was given Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection 100 mL,ivgtt,bid,on the fifth day after surgery,on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 14 d. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed. CSS scores were compared between 2 groups before surgery and 28 d after operation;volume of encephaledema,serum levels of homocysteine(HCY)and substance P(SP)were compared between 2 groups before surgery and 14 d after operation. RESULTS:The total response rate of observation group was 87.5％,which was significantly higher than 67.5％ of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before surgery, there was no statistical significance in CSS scores,volume of encephaledema or serum levels of HCY and SP between 2 groups(P>0.05). CSS scores 28 d after operation, SP levels 14 d after operation were significanthy increased,volume of encephaledema and serum levels of HCY in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection can significantly improve clinical efficacy and hepatic func-tion damage,relieve postoperative encephaledema,reduce serum levels of HCY and increase SP levels in elderly HICH patients af-ter trepanation and drainage surgery.

Methods Murine obstructive jaundice model was established by ligating lower choledochus. Sixty rats were divided into three groups: sham-operative group (group A), obstructive jaundice group (group B), and obstructive jaundice with thoracic duct ligation group (group C). Objective To establish a method of HPLC assay for determining stilbene glucoside in Zishen Ningshen Pills(ZNP),and to study the influence factors on the content of stilbene glucoside in the process of preparation.Methods HPLC was used for the determination of stilbene glucoside in ZNP.Through simulation the process of preparation,the stilbene glucoside content in the intermediate products was determined by HPLC,and its retention rate and metastasis rate were also investigated.Results The resolution and the linearity of stilbene glucoside were fine,the average recoveries being 98 % ～ 102 %.The retention rate of stilbene glucoside in the drying powder was 60.3 %,lower than that in the original medicinal powder.Conclusion The quantitative method for determining the ingredients in ZNP is simple,feasible and reproducible,and is beneficial for quality control of ZNP.The drying process under normal pressure is the main influence factors of the decrease of stilbene glucoside content,and the decompression drying can be taken into account to take the place of the atmospheric drying.

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionzation-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and the SWISS-PORT and MSDB database were used to identify differential proteins.Results The formulae for calming the liver and suppressing YANG could also improve headache. Well-resolution and reproducible 2-DE patterns of rat lymphocyte from normal, model, and therapy tissues were obtained. Eleven of the total 13 differential protein spots were successfully identified by MALDI-TOF-MS. These proteins were alcohol dehydrogenase 3(ADH3), glycogen phosphorylase, ATP synthase D chain, annexin-3, ubiquitin, neutrophil defensin 4 precursor, melanoma-associated antigen E2, heat shock protein-27, annexin-A1, peroxirdoxin-Ⅱ, MU class glutathione S-transferase (Fragment)(GSH). Conclusion Differences occur in the expression of lymphocyte proteins in migraine rats with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-YANG after treatment with the formulae for calming the liver and suppressing YANG, and the 11 identified protein spots may be associated with its mechanism.
