Objective To establish a scale of vocational rehabilitation for adult with intellectual disability.MethodsDelphi method was applied to comply the scale which was divided into four dimensions including life satisfaction, life skills, social interaction ability and personality to evaluate vocational rehabilitation for adult with intellectual disability.ResultsFor the test-retest reliability, the coefficient was 0.735 for the total scale, 0.869 for life satisfaction, 0.621 for life skills, 0.611 for social skills, and 0.505 for ability to work. The coefficien of the scale (all versions) in all dimensions and total scores were between 0.635~0.938.ConclusionThe scale has good reliability and validity to evaluate the effect of vocational rehabilitation of adult with intellectual disability.

Results 59 (38.82%) persons improved their vocational ability after rehabilitation. The related factors of vocational rehabilitation included the causes of mental retardation and maladaptive behavior. Conclusion It is important for the vacational rehabilitation that the consultants deal with the maladaptive behavior appropriately.

Objective To analyze the social and family factors influencing rehabilitation of mental retarded children. Methods 237 children diagnosed as mental retardation in 2004 in Beijing were researched with Self-designed Questionnaires and data were analyzed by Cross-tabs and Logistic Regression statistical method. Results The analysis showed that the degree of disabilities (P<0.001), education received (P<0.05), and the attitude from community to these children (P<0.05), were factors influencing rehabilitation of mental retarded children. Conclusion The degree of disabilities is the most important influencing factor to rehabilitation of mental retarded children; the mild or moderate mental cases can get good rehabilitation in a better community and family environment. The attitude to these children from community can make a great help to the rehabilitation.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic human recombinant FSH (rhFSH) in women with anovulation of WHO groupⅡ. Methods A randomized, blind, parallel-controlled, non-inferiority and multicenter study was performed. A total of 534 admitted to 13 hospitals from May 2008 to August 2009. There were 531 women with ovulatory disorder was included in the statistical analysis, were randomly divided into test group (domestic rhFSH, n=352) and control group (imported rhFSH, n=179). Percentage of cycle with mature follicle, ovulation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and adverse events were observed. Results No statistical significant differences (P>0.05) were observed between the two groups in terms of the efficiency on mature follicle [91.8%(323/352) versus 88.8%(159/179)], ovulation rate [91.3%(295/323) verus 90.6%(144/159)], clinical pregnancy rate [19.2%(62/323) verus 18.2%(29/159)], the number of the follicles<14 mm, the level of serum LH and progesterone, the thickness of endometrium on the day of hCG administration. The number of follicle≥18 mm and 14 mm≤follicle<18 mm and the level of serum estradiol on the day of hCG in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The number of days of rhFSH administration in the test group was significantly less than that in the control group [(9.8±2.2) versus (11.4± 0.6) days, P<0.05], the dosage of rhFSH was significantly lower than that in the control group [(879 ± 419) versus (1 043 ± 663) U, P<0.05]. The multiple pregnancy rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group [21% (13/62) versu 10% (3/29), P<0.05]. The incidence of OHSS and adverse events were similar between the two groups (P>0.05), and no other adverse events were observed in test group during treatment. Conclusion Ovarian stimulation with domestic rhFSH is effective, safe and economical in women with anovulation of WHO groupⅡ.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(6):812-816
Objective:To explore the application effect of health management in extended nursing for patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 120 patients with hemorrhagic stroke who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control groups and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were respectively given traditional family follow-up nursing and extended nursing based on health management. The mastery degree of knowledge about hemorrhagic stroke disease, self-health management ability, medication compliance and psychological status of patients with hemorrhagic stroke were observed in the two groups. Results:After the implementation of extended nursing based on health management, the total scores of mastery degree of knowledge about nursing for hemorrhagic stroke and self-health management ability in the observation group were respectively (90.38±2.13) and (149.65±4.65) , which were higher than (59.07±2.45) and (115.79±5.34) of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . The total compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 86.67% (52/60) , which was higher than 43.33% (26/60) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01) . After the intervention, scores of SDS and SAS of the observation group were (41.87±8.23) and (40.68±7.34) , which were lower than (54.23±7.45) and (52.02±9.86) of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The extended nursing based on health management is well applied in the family follow-up work of patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Mastery degree of knowledge of patients, self-health management ability, and treatment compliance are improved and levels of depression and anxiety are reduced.

An enzyme electrode biosensor was used for the amperometric determination of inosine in its tablets by co-immobilizing nucleoside phosporylase and xanthine oxidase on a hydrogen peroxide electrode. As a fundamental electrode the hydrogen peroxide electrode has an advantage of stability in analysis compared with the 02 electrode. The enzyme electrode showed a linear response to inosine in the range of 1-268 mg/L with a response of 60 seconds under a sample injection volume of 25 microL. Based on the enzyme electrode, inosine solutions were determined with an average recover rate of 100.8% and a relative standard deviation (RSD) of les than 0.14% in 20 assays. The lifetime of the enzyme electrode was relative long and could be used continuously at 25 degrees C for 25 days. These results demonstrated that the enzyme electrode biosensor could be used to determine inosine and its derivatives specifically, rapidly, conveniently and economically.

Objective:To study the patterns of tocilizumab (TCZ) use, its efficacy and safety in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in routine clinical practice. Methods:A total of 407 patients with RA were enrolled from 23 centers and treated with TCZ within 8 weeks prior to the enrollment visit, and were followed for 6-month. The patterns of TCZ treatment at 6 months, the effectiveness and safety outcomes were recorded. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS version 9.4.Results:A total of 396 patients were included for analysis, in which 330 (83.3%) patients received TCZ combined with conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (csDMARDs), and 16.7%(66/396) received TCZ monotherapy. At baseline, TCZ was initiated in 56.6%(224/396) and 9.6%(38/396) of patients after failure of DMARDs and other biological agents (bDMARDs) respectively. During the 6-month follow-up period, the mean frequency of TCZ administration was (3.7±1.6), the mean TCZ dosage was (7.4±1.2) mg/kg, and the mean interval between doses was (40±13) days. 120(25.8%) patients were on TCZ treatment at the end of the study. Improvements in disease activity, systemic symptoms and patient report outcomes were observed at the end of the study. 22.7%(90/396) patients experienced at least one treatment related adverse event, and 8 patients experienced at least one serious adverse event. Conclusion:This study demonstrates that TCZ treatment is effective in patients with RA when being treated for 6 months with an acceptable safety profile. The duration of TCZ treatment needs to be extended.
