Objective:To explore effects of frustration situation, resilience and positive music on attentional bias by a behavioral experiment. Methods:Totally 60 participants were chosen from 650 college students according to their scores in Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC).Then,a 2(resilience,high/low)×3(experimental treatment,no frustration/frustration with positive music /frustration without any background)×2(vocabulary,posi-tive /passive)mixed design experiment was conducted to investigate the attentional bias of participants in emotional Stroop paradigm. Results:Reaction times to passive vocabulary were different significantly in three frustration situa-tions(P <0.01).Interaction of resilience and frustration on reaction time to positive vocabulary was significant (P<0.01).Among the participants with low resilience, reaction time to positive vocabulary in the situation without frustration or the frustration situation with positive music was longer significantly than that in the frustration situa-tion without any background [(476.3 ±85.6)vs.(456.0 ±54.0)vs.(427.1 ±61.1),P <0.05].Among the par-ticipants with high resilience, reaction time to positive vocabulary in the frustration situation without any background was longer than that in the situation without frustration [(472.1 ±82.9)vs.(432.4 ±53.2),P <0.05].Conclu-sion:It suggests that individuals may have obviously attentional bias to negative stimulus in frustration situation, and effects of resilience and positive music on attentional bias in situation may be obvious.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodi-um hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods:One hundred and seventy-two cases with knee osteoarthritis were ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received arthroscopic debridement, while the treatment group received intra-articular injection of 2. 5ml sodium hyaluronate after arthroscopic debridement. Lequence score, Lysholm score and visual analogue scale for pain were compared between the two groups before the treatment and after the 1-week and 3-month treatment, and the clinical effects were compared after the 3-month treatment as well. Results: Lequence score, Lysholm score and visual ana-logue pain scores after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment with significant differences (P <0.01) in the two groups. After the treatment,Lequence score, Lysholm score and visual analogue pain scores of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group with significant differences (P<0. 05 or 0. 01). After the 3-month treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injec-tion of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has better efficacy than arthroscopic debridement alone. The combina-tion can effectively improve symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2000;(2):54-55
Aim To study whetger there is positive express in situ hybridization of L-form DNA or Staphylococcus aureus in laryngocarcinoma cell. Methods 20 cases of expressnon of L-form DNA of Staphylococcus aureus in laryngocarcinoma karyon were detected with nucleic acid in situ hybridization. Results 60% cancer karyon, cytoplasm display positive signal of Staphylococcus aureus L-form DNA. Positive rate of Staphylococcus aureus L-form antigen is 75% with immunohischemical (s-p) stainipg. The rate is 70% with gram staining. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus L-form DNA had get into laryngocarcinoma ceells, is great possibly to integrate into host ce11, and influence hyperplasis and canceration of cell from gene level. Staphylococcus aureus and its L-form infection have possibly close relation to happen and development of laryngocarcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):172-177,182
Objective To evaluate curative effect and safety of moxifloxacin in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory with Meta analysis. Methods The database of Pubmed, MEDLINE, Cochrane, China Biology Medicine disc (DBMdisc), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang med online and VIP were retrieved, and randomized clinical trials of moxifloxacin in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory which were open literatures published at home and abroad were collected from January 2000 to December 2014.The literatures which were accorded with the criterion were chosen and analyzed by Review Manager 5.1.7.Results The results showed that there were 14 literatures which were homogenous corresponded with the criterion, changeless benefit model statistics and analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) was 3.76(95%CI 2.14-6.59, P<0.01).And there were 5 studies on bacterial removal showed that the OR was 2.34(95%CI 1.46-3.75, P<0.01).There were 12 studies on incidence of adverse reactions showed that the OR was 0.5(95%CI 0.30-0.86,P=0.01).Conclusion Meta analysis displayed that moxifloxacin is effective for acute pelvic inflammatory. But the high quality RCTs were too few in domestic studies in treatment of the acute pelvic inflammation with moxifloxacin and the overall level of studied quality needs improvement urgently.
8.Lemological Teaching must be Reformed to Accommodate New Situations
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
The following measures have been taken with improved teaching effects in our recent practice of lemological teaching Firstly,we adjusted our teaching scope from classical communicable diseases to infectious diseases and brought the newest progress into our contents.Secondly,we adopted rich and colorful teaching methods to boost the students' learning interest.Thirdly, the students' clinical capabilities have been emphasized in our lemological examination. And lastly, multimedia has been employed to display our contents more actively.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigave the X-ray guided radiofrequency ablation system. Methods The ablation catheter was guided using the X-ray image so the location of electrode on top of the catheter can be fixed on. Alternating current was carried out at the focus to make the ablation. The multi-channel electrophysiology recorder was combined here to record the electrophysiology status before, during and after the surgery to ensure safety of the patient. Results One case was reviewed, which was treated with the X-ray guided radiofrequency ablation system. After the ablation, the A waves and the V wave were separated and the ablation surgery was successful. Conclusion Some simple and fast arrhythmia can be treated effectively by the above system.
