Objective To determine the content of luteolin in Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn..Methods HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows:Alltima C18 column(250 mm? 4.6 mm,5 ? m)with column temperature at 25 ℃,the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphate(55:45:0.4),flow rate at 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength at 348 nm.Results The linearity of luteolin was good in the range of 0.032 46～ 0.129 84 ? g(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.52 % and RSD was 1.58 %.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn..

OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug resistance of Gram-positive organisms infection in our hospital and offer scientific basis for reasonable usage of antibiotics.METHODS The 318 strain organisms were isolated from the specimens of Aikang Hospital since Jan 2001 to Dec 2005.Gram-positive organisms were isolated from the specimens by the routine methods.The drug susceptivity was tested by K-B method.We got the results by 1999 standard of NCCLS.RESULTS Among the 318 strains,Staphylococcus aureus were 128 strains,40.3% of the total organisms;coagulase-negative S.aureus were 69 strains,21.7% of the total organisms;Enterococcus faecalis were 67 strains,21.1% of the total organisms;meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) were 32.8%;Meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative S.aureus(MRCNS) were 29.0%.The results of drug sensitivity test showed the drug resistant rate of Gram-positive strains for commonly used antibacterials was lower than in Shenzhen,Beijing,Shanghai,Wuhan,Guangzhou and other cities.CONCLUSIONS We should attach in our city importance to supervise the drug-resistance of Gram-positive organism,and preclude dissemination and epidemic of drug resistant strains.

OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and characteristic about drug resistance of extended-spectrum ?-lactamases(ESBLs) producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli for guiding the clinical drug using. METHODS Using K-B agar diffusion method and confirmed test to detect the drug resistance and distributions of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli. RESULTS Among 582 K.pneumoniae and E.coli isolates,128(22%) were ESBLs-producing strains.For E.coli,the ratio was 17.5%,while K.pneumoniae was 28.3%.The sensitive rate of K.pneumoniae to imipenem was 100%. CONCLUSIONS ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli are the most common species causing infections,and imipenem is the best choice.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the ratio change of circulating myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and cellular immune function in healthy volunteers,chronic gastritis patients,gastric intraepithelial neoplasia patients and gastric cancer patients.Methods From February 2011 to July 2011,129 peripheral blood samples were collected,including 32 healthy volunteers,48 chronic gastritis patients,27 gastric intraepithelial neoplasia patients and 22 gastric cancer patients.The percentages of peripheral blood MDSC,T lymphocyte subsets and regulatory T cells (Treg) were determined by flow cytometry.The data were analyzed by one way analysis of variance,pearson and spearman correlation.Results The percentages of circulating MDSC,CD8+ T lymphocyte and Treg were highest in gastric cancer patients (9.63％±3.24％,10.03％ ± 1.26％,69.45％±3.42％) and lowest in healthy volunteers (0.92％±0.33％,4.12％ ±0.99％,32.35％ ±4.83％).Those of gastric intraepithelial neoplasia patients (5.13％ ± 1.30％,7.54％ ± 0.79％,53.26％±4.30％) were lower than gastric cancer patients but higher than chronic gastritis patients (2.76％ ±0.64％,6.28％ ±0.61％,42.37％ ±4.02％).The differences among each groups were statistically significant (F=24.85,20.88,37.84,all P＜0.05).However,the percentage of circulating CD4+T lymphocyte was highest in healthy volunteers (65.10％±4.10％),55.15％ ± 4.00％ in chronic gastritis group,42.23％ ± 3.91％ in gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group,and lowest in gastric cancer group (26.84％ ± 3.69％).The differences among each groups were statistically significant (F=46.80,P＜0.05).A significant correlation between circulating MDSC and TNM stages of gastric cancer was also observed (r=0.856,P＜0.01).The percentage of circulating MDSC was positively correlated with Treg percentage (r =0.862,P ＜ 0.01),and negatively correlated with CD4+/CD8+ ratio (r=-0.768,P＜0.01).Conclusion The increase of MDSC percentage in peripheral blood is correlated with human cellular immune function,which might play an important role in the tumor immune evasion during the development of gastric cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of diclofenac potassium capsules in normal volunteers.METHODS:A single oral 50mg dose of domestic diclofenac potassium capsules or imported diclofenac potassium tablets were given to 10 healthy male volunteers in an open randomized crossover study.Diclofenac potassium concentration in plasma were determined by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters as well as relative bioavailability were measured.RESULTS:The concentration－ time curves of domestic diclofenac potassium capsules and imported diclofenac potassium tablets were conformed to one compartment open model.The AUC(0～ 6)was (1 834.52± 711 06） μ g/（ h· L） and (1 891.19± 859.08)μ g/（ h· L） ， Tmax(1.15± 0.77)h and (1.30± 0.97)h,Cmax(1 522.29± 1 063.87)ng/ml and (1 508.54± 892.44)ng/ml respectively.There were no significant differences between the two formulations in the AUC(0～ 6),Tmax,Cmax.CONCLUSION:The relative bioavailability of domestic diclofenac potassium capsule was(100.80± 16 59)％ compared with the imported tablet.The result of the statistical analysis showed that the two formations were bioequivalent.

Objective To investigate the effects of social support intervention on anxiety and depression of pulmonary hypertension(PH)patients,then provide a scientific basis for nursing of patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods The general condition of PH questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),social support rating scale(SSRS)were distributed to 131 patients with PH.Then make statistical analysis of patients'anxiety,depression and social support conditions.Results The score of anxiety and depression psychological conditions of patients with pulmonary hypertension was significantly higher than normal population,the difference wag statistically significant.Among 131 patients,16 patients with anxiety,accounting for 12.21% ;21 cases of patients with depression,accounting for 16.03% .28 patients at a high level of social support,92 patients at a medium level of social support,11 patients at a low level of social support,a total of 91.60% of the patients in the middle and higher levels of social support.Anxiety and depression scores had significant negative correlation with social support,objective support points and subjective support points.The anxiety,depression difference among different types of pulmonary hypertension was statistically significant.The difference of anxiety and depression scores between patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension and patients with pulmonary hyper tension caused by congenital heart disease were significant.The depression scores between pulmonary hy pertension caused by pulmonary veno-occlusive disease and congenital heart disease were significantly different.Conclusions When nurses care pulmonary hypertension patients.those with different types of PH should be given targeted social support.Attention should be paid to transfer the source of social support to help them adopt a positive attitude to face the diseabe,then improve the treatment and care compliance of patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of growth hormone on illness severity and prognosis of septic patients. Methods Thirty septic shock patients were randomized into control group (10 cases) and growth hormone treatment group (20 cases) , to receive 8 U recombinant human growth hormone every day for 7 consecutive days, control group received NS. Serum concentration of procalcitonin ( PCT) , C-reactive protein ( CRP) , tumor necrosis factor-? ( TNF-?) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) were measured on the 1st,4th,and 7th day. The severity of illness was assessed daily with the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation-Ⅱ (APACHE-Ⅱ ) scoring system and the Elebute & Stoner's Sepsis scoring system. The efficacy also were evaluated on day 15 postoperation. Results The serum concentration of PCT, CRP, TNF-?, IL-6 decreased gradurally in both group after study starting. Objective To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal repair of cesarean scar diverticulum (CSD). Methods Totally 64 patients of CSD in the First Maternity and Infant Hospital, Tongji University between Mar. 2013 and Sept. 2014 underwent transvaginal repair of CSD were reviewed retrospectively and followed. Result All the patients had a prolonged period, and the duration was (14.8± 3.5) days; all the patients were received the transvaginal repair of CSD, there was no intra-operative complications, the procedures were successfully performed in all patients. The mean operation time was (67± 12) minutes, the mean blood loss was (53±32) ml, and the mean length of hospital stay was (4.0±1.1) days. All patients were followed after the operation, the duration of menstruation was (8.1 ± 3.5) days shorter in average, which was statistically significant (P<0.01);the operation effective rate was 94%(60/64) to assess the clinic syptoms, the operation effective rate was 95%(61/64) for anatomic assessment. The distance of the CSD from the serosa became thicker after surgery significantly, the distance was thicker (3.4 ± 0.4) mm compared with preoperation (P<0.01). Conclusions Transvaginal repair of CSD offers minimal invasiveness, good exposure and accurate resection. It is worth to be popularized in the treatment of patients with CSD.
