Objective To study the effect of intraoperative irrigation in management of traumatic rupture of left hemicolon.Methods 36 traumatic rupture of left hemicolon patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received primary reparation and intraoperative irrigation of colon,and the control group received colostomy and repair.The therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in complication rates and perioperative mortality between two groups( P ＞ 0.05 ),and the control group's the average hospitalization day and average hospitalization charge are more than the treatment group( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Intraoperative irrigation of colon and primary repair is a safe and feasible method for the traumatic rupture of left hemicolon.

Objective To study the possibility of fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma diagnosed by ultrasonography,and the relationship between the fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma and family tuberous sclerosis. Methods High resolution ultrasonic equipment with fetal cardiac software was used. The main cross section of four chamber view was studied mainly. The location, the number of the tumor and the outflow tract of left and right ventricular cordis were scanned carefully, the maternal abdominal scan was performed as well. Results Five cases of fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma were found by routine prenatal ultrasonography, and were confirmed by autopsy. Among them, one case were associated with maternal tuberous sclerosis. Conclusions Fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma associated with tuberous sclerosis. Fetus with cardiac rhabdomyoma frequently die of cardiac failure; since the prognosis of the tuberous sclerosis with neural sclerosis was very poor, when the fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma was detected prenatally, the possibility of tuberous sclerosis should be considered, also relative examination must be performed to the mother to decrease the perinatal mortality.

Aim To investigate the effect of resveratrol (Res)on septic mice and LPS-insulted H9c2 cells,as well as its involved mechanisms.Methods By use of a mouse cecal ligation and puncture-induced septic model (CLP),the survival of septic mice was evalua-ted after resveratrol treatments.H9c2 cells were insul-ted by LPS and then treated with resveratrol,the mR-NA expressions of TNF-α,SIRT1 and other class III HDAC members were detected using RT-PCR and real-time PCR,Finally,the protein levels of nuclear p65, an important subunit of NF-κB,were measured in H9c2 cells using Western blot assay,to reveal the effect of resveratrol on LPS-induced nuclear transloca-tion of NF-κB.Results Compared with the control septic animals,intraperitoneal injection of resveratrol (1 or 5 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )significantly increased the survival of septic mice.Furthermore,resveratrol signif-icantly increased mRNA expressions of SIRT1,SIRT2, SIRT6 and SIRT7 in LPS-insulted H9c2 cells.Res-veratrol also remarkably inhibited LPS-induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB.Conclusion An appropriate dose of resveratrol protects septic mouse hearts from the injury induced by LPS through the activation of SIRT family members and the inhibition of NF-κB pathway.

Objective To explore the influence of group psychotherapy on the alleviation of psychiatric nurses' compassion fatigue.Methods A total of 190 psychiatric nurses were investigated by compassion fatigue scale.Forty psychiatric nurses were selected to accept group psychotherapy for 10 times.The scores of compassion fatigue scale were compared before and after group psychotherapy and the influencing factors of therapeutic effect were analyzed.Results Thirty-eight psychiatric nurses had accomplished the intervention and follow-up.Compared with before group psychotherapy,the total scores of compassion fatigue scale and the scores of mental tension,passive behavior,doubtful ability and loss of morale among 6 dimensions after group psychotherapy were improved:(83.28±7.01) scores vs.(102.60±7.24) scores,(2.66±0.42) scores vs.(3.11±0.49) scores,(2.02±0.36) scores vs.(2.55±0.41) scores,(1.99±0.33)scores vs.(2.65±0.38) scores,(1.69±0.34) scores vs.(2.76±0.44) scores,and there were significant differences,P＜0.05.Regression analysis found that the work life,education level were correlated with the deduction rate of the total scores of compassion fatigue scale,t=2.858,3.099,P＜0.01.Conclusion Group psychotherapy can help psychiatric nurses to alleviate their compassion fatigue.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of astragalus preconditioning on the tolerance of ischemia time of mouse small intestine . Methods C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 7): sham operation group (Sham group),intestinal ischemia reperfusion group (IR group) and astragalus preconditioning group (ASIR group). IR group and ASIR group include 2 sub-groups respectively, specifically, 2 h reperfusion was performed 45 min (ASIR1) and 60 min (ASIR1) after blocking superior mesenteric artery. Intestinal terminal morphology was observed by light microscope after HE coloration . Serum levels of LPS , DAO and intestinal mucosa TNF-α were measured by ELISA. Intestinal Cyto C expression were detected by immunofluorescence. Results Astragalus preconditioning reduces Chiu′s score significantly. Expression of Cyto C was significantly down-regulated in astragalus preconditioning groups, and levels of LPS, DAO and TNF-αsignificantly decreased. The damages in IR2 group is obviously severe than in IR1, but there were no significant differences between this two groups after pretreatment with astragalus. Conclusion Astragalus preconditioning has obvious protective effects to intestinal ischemia reperfusion, and enhances the tolerance to longer time of ischemia.

Objective To develop a comprehensive integrated POCT system.Methods To meet the requirement of medical relief operation under the circumstances of field operations and Military Operations Other Than War,several dry chemical inspection instruments were selected,integrated and informatized.Then,a portable platform,being easy to deploy,undeploy,store and transport,came into being,which was gifted with the functions for regular rapid laboratory test in filed operation.Results The POCT system's net weight was about 80Kg,and the deployment/un-deployment time was 3 minutes.The tests could be finished in 5minutes.Conclusion The system has reached the goal of rapid response and on -site application,which will greatly enhance the work efficiency of clinical laboratory under the circumstances of field operations.

ObjectiveTo study the prevalence rate of post-stroke depression (PSD) of the elderly in the community and analyze risk factors of them. MethodsThe elders of the age of 60 or over were sampled as subjects from a community. Zung (SDS) was used as screening instruments and Hamilton rating scale for depression (HRSD-24) as evaluating scales. The prevalence rate of PSD was surveyed. A structured questionnaire was used and physical examination was carried out. Risk factors measured included baseline information, daily habits, and history of main diseases (hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, myocardial infarction, and so on). The relationship between risk factors and PSD was analyzed.ResultsThe prevalence of PSD was 9.5%. The risk factors for PSD were life quality and age. ConclusionPost-stroke depression disturbs elder's health and rehabilitation. The prevalence rate and harm of PSD are higher than depression without stroke.

A medical studies have indicated that there would be a defense response from human body after TBI,which mainly comes with inflammatory reaction. Human body's resistance seems likely to be enhanced,during this process, by inflammatory cytokines leading to rehabilitation of the cellular organization.However,a strong Inflammation from the whole human body may be caused due to the excessive activation,which, instead, worsens secondary brain injury. This article discusses the relationship between cytokines and traumatic brain injury.
