1.Use of Socratic method in clinical medical education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
There are many defects in traditional clinical medical education,Socratic method has been used in law and commerce education, and we find it has the feasibility and operation to use the method in clinical medical education.
2.Analysis of the antibiotic resistance of clinically isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
70%). Imipenem was of the strongest activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the susceptibility of 86.3% but cefetaxime and ceftriaxone were of the weakest with the susceptibility of 6.8% and 11.0%, respectively. Conclusion The clinically isolated drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains are increasing year by year. Therefore, clinical doctors should choose antibiotics rationally in dealing with the P. aeruginosa infected patients according to drug resistance test.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(8):589-591
According to the related requirements of medical technology clinical application management, the specific implementation approaches of surgery physicians surgery permission management were made, including establishing surgery classification project directory library, developing surgery classification management system and the surgery permission declared, and audit program, and investigating to determine the steps of surgery permission owned by surgery physicians currently, and finding problems and solution measures in implementation surgery permission management. To prevent surgical risk, improve the quality of operation, and evaluate surgical doctors scientifically, it provides management experience and references.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
In this article,we discussed the limitations of present clinical teaching situation, which included curriculum concept, clinical practice condition and quality of teachers. Based on the analysis of present education,we should constitute effective teaching mode, set curriculum system reasonably and take effective teaching means in the clinical teaching of laboratory medicine. It’s very important for educate students with practice talent and high integrative quality.

With the goal of practice teaching for laboratory medicine students, we focus on culti-vating students' clinical thinking and scientific thinking through setting up reasonable teaching task and designing the scientific graduation thesis, and try to develop a novel practice teaching mode for laboratory medicine students. Therefore, we do exploration and practice in the following aspects: orientation training, clinical practice, medical ethics education, clinical communication ability, and scientific research design, hoping to improve students' research thinking ability and innovation ability. Through actual operation and graduation thesis writing, we try to help students to establish and improve their clinical thinking ability and innovation ability.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To develop new 2?5 type of piezoelectric immunoglobulin microarray immunosensor for determination of immunoglobulin. The energy converters are 10MHz AT-cut quartz crystals with gold-coated(electrodes).The monoclonal antibodies of immunoglobulin are immobilized onto the surfaces of crystals gold(electrodes) by staphylococcal protein A(SPA).METHODS The standard substance and serum were detected to find the detection time, temperature and specificity of the immunosensor.RESULTS The piezoelectric quartz(crystal) immunoglobulin microarray immunosensor could complete the detection in 15 min without nonspecific(response).Under the optimized conditions, the experimental results showed that the piezoelectric immunosensor had good(response) to immunoglobulin whose frequency shifts were linearly dependent on immunoglobulin (concentration) in different range. The piezoelectric microarray immunosensor had been used to detect(immunoglobulin) in serum, the analytical results given by this method were in satisfactory agreement with those given by traditional (immunoassay),with correlation coefficient of 0.94,0.94,0.94,0.92 and 0.91.(CONCLUSIONS) Piezoelectric microarray immunosensor for the determination of immunoglobulin is of high(sensitivity),high specificity, high analysis speed, unnecessary labelling, simple operation,real-time detection,(repeated) use, etc. It is suitable for (detecting) of immunoglobulin and should be used for clinical detection.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the role of transanal ileus tube decompression in the management of malignant obstruction of left-sided colon. Methods With the help of colonoscopy and radiography, 11 cases of left-sided malignant colonic obstruction were treated with transanal ileus tube insertion into the proximal obstruction site for the decompression of the dilated bowel. Curative effects were evaluated according to patient’s symptom relief, bowel sounds, abdominal circumference, intra-abdominal pressure, and plain abdominal radiography. Results Symptoms of acute intestinal obstruction were relieved in all the 11 cases after ileus tube decompression for 3~5 days. Laparoscopic or open primary colectomy was performed in 7 patients with resectable tumor. Postoperative follow-up observations for 1~18 months (median, 11 months) showed no complications like anastomotic leakage. Conclusions Transanal ileus tube decompression in the management of malignant obstruction of left-sided colon is safe and effective.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the safety of laparoscopic resection for giant abdominal benign mass. Methods Six cases of giant abdominal benign mass(8~25 in diameter)underwent laparoscopic exploration and resection under general anesthesia from July 2005 to March 2006.Results The laparoscopic resection was accomplished in all the 6 cases. The operation time was 75~220 min(mean,135 min),the intraoperative hemorrhage volume was 20~100 ml(mean,55 ml),the duration for abdominal drainage was 1~3 d(mean,2 d),and the postoperative hospital stay,2~7 d(mean,4.3 d).There was no complications such as intestinal injury, postoperative bleeding,or abdominal infection.Follow-up visits for 1~9 months(mean,6.5 months)found no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic resection of giant abdominal benign mass is a feasible and safe minimally invasive technique.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of Cluster-B personality disorders in university students. Methods: 1. Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire (PDQ+4) was administered to a sample which consisted of 3140 university students to screen personality disorder subjects. Cluster-B personality disorder subjects were finally diagnosed by conducting bland semi structured interview using Personality Disorder Interview-IV (PDI-IV) four to six weeks after the first administration. Results: The total prevalence of Cluster-B personality disorders among 3140 subjects of university students was 1.21% with 38 subjects met the diagnostic criteria of Cluster-B personality disorders. One female subject met the criteria of Antisocial Personality Disorder (APD), 21 Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), 20 Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), and 8 Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD). The prevalence of BPD, NPD and HPD were 0.67%, 0.64% and 0.25% respectively. Ten subjects met the criteria of more than one personality disorder; the comorbidity rate was 26.3%. Conclusion: The prevalence of Cluster-B personality disorder in university students is lower than in general population reported by foreign researchers.
