ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of induction with Dezocine to prevent the agitation of the patient after remifentanil anesthesia.Methods60 patients of upper abdominal surgery,ASA Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ class,were randomly divided into 3 groups,20 patients in each group,anesthesia was induced with the midazolam 0.05 mg/kg,propofol 1 ～2mg/kg,vecuronium 0.12mg/kg.Analgesic drugs were administer as follow:control group,remifentanil ( group Rmf )1 μg/kg; fentanyl group ( group F) 4 μg/kg; Dezocine group ( group D) 0.2mg/kg.Remifentanil、propofol are used to maintain anesthesia.The time of recovery and extubation,the VAS pain score,the Ramsay score and adverse reactions such as vomiting,respiratory depression after extubation were recorded.ResultsCompared with group Rmf,the hemodynamic parameters was more stable in group F and group D.Compared with group F ( 1 μg/kg),the VAS pain score,the Ramsay score and adverse reactions significantly decreased in group D ( P ＜ 0.05 ),and the time of extubation in group F was longer than group D(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion0.2mg/kg of Dezocine could be used for the induction of anesthesia to reduce the incidence of agitation and adverse reactions during recovery period.

Objective To analyze and investigate the changes of serum related lipid levels before and after taking antipsychotic drugs in the patients with schizophrenia .Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed .Results The LDL-C ,TG and TC levels at 8 weeks after taking medica-tion in the observation group were significantly increased ,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment (P<0 .05);while the levels of various indexes in the control group were all improved ,but there was no significant difference com-pared with before treatment(P>0 .05);the PANSS and ADL scores after medication had statistically significant difference between the two groups ;the concerned different symptoms scores ,general psychopathology and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0 .05) ,the life quality SF-36 health questionnaire score and comparison after 1 months of medication showed that the scores of various indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,the differences between groups were significantly significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The study shows that tak-ing Risperidone Orally Disintegrating Tablets combined with oxazepam can obtain ideal clinical effect in treating schizophrenia .The combined treatment regimen can better improve the clinical symptoms of the patients ,increases the ability of daily living and quality of life ,effectively improves the LDL-C ,TG and TC levels ,effectively reduces various adverse reactions ,and is a safe and effective treatment regimen and worthy of promotion .

ObjectiveTo develop a analytical method of three phenoxyalkanoic acid herbicides,MCPA,2,4-D and dichlorprop,in grape leaf using dichloropropyl esterification and gas chromatography with electron-capture detection.MethodsSamples were pounded to pieces,added into internal standard 2,4-dichlorophenylacetic acid,acidified and extracted with ethyl ether.The extracts were cleaned up by liquid-liquid partition.The cleaned organic solutions were evaporated and the residues were dichloropropylated using sulfuric acid and 1,3-dichloropropan-2-ol.The formed esters were analysed by gas chromatography.ResultsThe detection limits of MCPA,2,4-D and dichlorprop in grape leaf were 20ng/g,20ng/g,and 30ng/g,respectively.The concentritions of herbicides in grape leaf were linear over the ranger 100~1000ng/ml.The average recoveries of MCPA,2,4-D and dichlorprop in spiked grape leaf at concentrition of 200ng/g were 98.8%,101.3% and 103.1% with the coefficients of variation 11.4%,11.0% and 9.3% respectively.ConclusionThis method is sensitive and accurate for determination of these three herbicides in poisoned grape leaf.

Objective To investigate expression and role of protease catenin-1(PN-1), thrombin(thrombin), protease activated receptor-1(PAR-1) in rats brain edema tissue after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods Adult male SD rats 80 were randomly divided into sham group,ICH group after number, 40 in each group, ICH group autologous arterial method of making a rat model of experimental ICH in the right caudate nucleus unit injection.The degree of neurological dysfunction between 2 groups was evaluated at 12 h,24 h and 120 h after post-operation.Observed the morphology of brain cells by HE staining.Changes of PN-1,thrombin, PAR-1 index in rat brain tissue at 3,6,10,12,24,48 and 120 h were detected by Western blot.Results Neurological dysfunction score ICH rats after modeling 12,48,120 h were significantly lower than the sham group(P<0.05);ICH in rats after modeling 3,6,10,12,24,48 and 120 h of brain tissue PN-1, thrombin, PAR-1 compared with sham-operated group were significantly increased (P<0.05); ICH rat brain tissue PN-1, thrombin, PAR-1 appeared in 12 h after modeling shwed a gradual downward trend (P<0.05). Conclusion ICH hematoma surrounding brain tissue in rats PN-1 has the effect of inhibiting thrombin and PAR-1 overexpression, cause nerve damage.

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus Zi Shen Tiao Gan (Kidney-reinforcing and Liver-regulating) Decoction for perimenopausal women with insomnia.
Methods:A total of 126 eligible cases were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given acupuncture plus Zi Shen Tiao Gan (Kidney-reinforcing and Liver-regulating) Decoction. Those in the control group were treated with the same acupuncture treatment as the observation group. The therapeutic effects were assessed after continuous treatment for four weeks.
Results:The total effective rate was 96.8%in the observation group and 74.6%in the control group. The comparison of the total clinical effects between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). After treatment, the intra-group comparisons of SPIEGEL score were statistically significant in both groups (P<0.05, P<0.01);the inter-group comparison of SPIEGEL score difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Acupuncture plus Zi Shen Tiao Gan (Kidney-reinforcing and Liver-regulating) Decoction for perimenopausal insomnia is affirmative in the therapeutic effect, and the therapeutic effect is better than simple acupuncture treatment.

Objective To construct the recombinant retroviruses vector PCLNRX-ICN and to explore over-activation Notch1 on the growth of human colon carcinoma cells HT-29.MethodsICN(intracellular domain of Noctch1) genes were inserted into retrovirus expression vector pCLNRX.The expression vector pCLNRX-ICN and packaging vector pCL-10A1 were co-transfected into 293 package cells.The recombinant retroviruses were used to infect HT-29 cells.After being infected,proliferation of HT-29 cells was observed by MTT assay.The expression of c-Myc and ?-catenin detected by RT-PCR and Western Blot.ResultsRecombinant retrovirus vector pCLNRX-ICN was successfully constructed.Overactivation of Notch1 by over-expressing exogenous ICN significantly inhibited the growth of HT-29 cells,and down-regulated ?-catenin,a key regulator of Wnt signaling,in protein level but not in mRNA levels.However,the mRNA or protein levels of c-Myc were not affected by overactivation of Notch1.ConclusionOver-activated Notch1 signaling could inhibit the growth of HT-29 cells partly through down-regulation of Wnt signaling independent of c-Myc inhibition.

Objective To establish the item pool of quality of life questionnaire of Chinese medicine for postoperative patients with colorectal cancer;To conduct preliminary item screening. Methods With the guidance of Chinese culture background and TCM theory, systematic retrospective studies on medical records, interviews, TCM syndrome entries, and entries from EORTC QLQ-CR38 were used, and theoretical structure was extracted to form the primary item pool. Item selection and entry were optimized through the investigation, and the item pool was established through expert consultation. Results Item pool was composed of 70 entries, and the pre-questionnaire scale was formed. Conclusion Extraction of item pool ensures the reliability and scientificity of soft index, also has the characteristics of Chinese medicine.
