Objective:To observe the effect of combining intraosseous infusion (IO) and hyperosmotic salt fluid in resuscitation of haemorrhagic shock. Methods:Twenty rabbit models of haemorrhagic shock were established. The blood pressure, heart rate, biochemical indexes, artery blood gas analysis, etc . were compared at 3 different time points after infusion between IO and peripheral intravenous infusion groups. Results:The resuscitative effect through IO with hyperosmotic salt fluid was the same as that of the peripheral vascular access. Conclusion:The combination of intraosseous infusion and hyperosmotic salt fluid is effective for resuscitation of haemorrhagic shock.
2.Multi-angle Explorative Analysis of NSFC Peer Review Evaluative Factors
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2015;28(2):160-163
Objective To analyze the factors that affecting peer review evaluation for National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) award application. Methods Base on the feedback of NSFC peer review experts, total 10 evaluation factors were extracted for analysis. The percentage of common problem and in application, and percentage of key criteriaconcerned by reviewers, and their effect on funding situation were analyzed. Results 10 evaluatiion factors were divided into 4 groups:core factors including research content and innovation;factors including hypothesis, budget and writing, basic factors including the significance of research and previous study, general factors including experience and capacity of applicants, research team and laboratory condition. Conclusions Analysis and evaluate of peer review factors from different angle may help applicants and administrators to improve the quality of NSFC application and evaluation.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(9):857-860
OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy differences between dog-days medicinal vesiculation and regular-day medicinal vesiculation for perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), and observe their effects on serum immune globulin E (IgE) and interleukin-4 (IL-4).
METHODSSeventy-two patients were randomly divided into a dog-days moxibustion group (34 cases) and a regular-day moxibustion group (38 cases). In the dog-days moxibustion group, medicinal vesiculation was applied on the 1st dog-day, 2nd dog-day and last dog-day in summer by lunar calendar, 3 treatments per dog-day for totally 9 times. In the regular-day moxibustion group, the moxibustion was given on the regular day for continuous 9 times. The symptom score, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) and the level of IgE and IL-4 were compared before and after treatment in two groups; the short-term and two-year efficacy evaluation were performed too.
RESULTSThe short-term total effective rate was 88.2% (30/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was not significantly different to 86.8% (33/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P>0.05). The long-term total effective rate was 97.1% (33/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was significantly superior to 81.6% (31/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IgE, IL-4 and RQLQ were significantly reduced (all P<0.01), but the difference between two groups was not significant (all P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONMedicinal moxibustion could be taken as a regular treatment for PAR, which could be performed during the whole year, and dog-days moxibustion could be considered as an enhanced method for prevention and treatment of PAR.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of reduced glutathione in the treatment of drug-induced liver disease. METHODS: Literatures were retrieved from PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CBM, VIP, CNKI databases by computer and from relevant Chinese medical journals by hand. Trial selection, quality evaluation and information extraction were performed according to including and excluding criteria. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.0 software. RESULTS: The meta-analysis of 13 included RCTs showed that total effective rate, ALT and total bilirubin in trial group were significantly different from control group(P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(3):185-188
Delicacy management proves a pressing need in cost management of medical service items in the current hospital operation. This paper first covered the methodology and system of hospital costing. It went on to describe the costing for four major medical service items in a quarter in 2011 using the activity-based costing method with the ultrasonographic section of a large hospital as an example. The outcomes were compared to the traditional costing method and the statutory pricing standards, resulting in the proposal and recommendation on reforming the costing methodology of service item pricing, and applying the activity-based costing management of medical service items in the hospital.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2009;28(5):517-518
Objective To survey and analyze characteristics of brucellosis epidemic in Dalian City for the purpose of setting up prevention and control measures for the disease. Methods In 2007, the basic situation of people of 7-60 years old and in close contact with livestock was surveyed in Dalian according to the "Surveillance standard for brucellosis"(GB 16885-1997). Blood was collected in brucellosis suspicious or high-risk groups for the laboratory examination, using rose bengal test for qualitative detection and test-tube agglutination test(SAT) method for quantitative detection of serum antibodies; At the same time, brucellosis cases found in the routine monitoring and confirmed in and this survey in the department of endemic disease prevention in the center for disease control and prevention of Dalian City underwent questionnaire surveys. Results All 1563 people were epidemiologically surveyed of brucellosis, 1310 were male, 253 female, livestock care givers accounted for 56.05% (876/1563). 240 blood samples were serologically surveyed, the detection rate was 3.75%(9/240). This survey confirmed 2 cases of brucellosis patients, 3 cases confirmed in routine monitoring. 3 cases were infected via contacting infected brucellosis cows, and the 2 cases were imported. Conclusions To strengthen the quarantine of livestock and timely treat the infected livestock should be the key of control of brucellosis. At the same time, professionals of livestock should be educated to protect themselves.

Virologica Sinica 2010;25(3):183-190
In this paper, the function of the iel gene from baculovirus Spodoptera exigua multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeMNPV), belonging to group Ⅱ nucleopolyhedrovirus, was studied in mammalian cells. We amplified the SeMNPV ie1 gene and expressed it by fusing to the C terminal of enhanced GFP protein in HEK 293 cells. Confocal microscopy revealed that the IE1-GFP fusion protein was localized in the nucleus of the mammalian cells. The promoter sequences of AcMNPV gp64, SeMNPV F protein and Drosophila hsp70 were also analyzed, to further study the function of SeMNPV IE1. The results showed that, in the absence of the hr sequence, IE1 improved the expression of the F promoter but didn't influence the gp64 promoter significantly, but IE1 moderately stimulated the hsp70 promoter.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(09):-
Objective To explore the clinical value of u ltrasound-guided percutaneous aspiration and drainage for bacterial liver absces s in children. Methods Under the guidance of ultrasonography, 15 children with bacterial hepatic abscess underwent percutaneous aspiration or drainage. Among them, 9 were given percutaneous aspiration for 1~4 times, and 6 underwent percutaneous drainage. Results Percutaneous aspirati on or drainage was successfully accomplished in all the 15 children, 14 of whom were cured. The hospital stay was 15~42 days (mean, 26.3 days). No bleeding or b ile leakage happened. Follow-up for 4~12 months (mean, 6.8 months) in 11 childre n showed no recurrence. One patient with no improvement left hospital of his own accord. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous aspiration and drainage is a feasible option for the treatment of liver abscess in childre n.
