Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(1):92-95
Objective:To Compare root resorption between T loop technique and sliding technique of orthodontic treatment.Meth-ods:90 patients with Angle class I malocclusion were orthodontically treated by MBT fixed appliances with T loop technique(n =45) and sliding technique(n =45)respectively.Root resorption of the patients were examined by grading evaluation method with orthopan-tomography and periapical films before and after orthodontic treatment. Results:After orthodontic treatment the tooth root resorption rate increased(P <0.05),the root resorption rate was not significantly different between T loop technique group and sliding technique group(P >0.05).Root resorption mostly occurred in the incisors, especially in mandibular tooth. Conclusion:There is no difference of the effect of root resorption between T loop technique and sliding technique of orthodontic treatment in patients with Angle class I malocclusion.

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(10):760-763
In recent years, with the development of tumor molecular biology technology, molecular targeted therapy has become a study hotspot, which plays a significant role on breast cancer treatment strategy.Among them, the human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her-2) has been proven as an effective molecular target. So molecular targeted therapy of breast cancer become another important treatment except chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.
5.Clinical significance of XAF1 expression in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with prognosis
Chinese Journal of Pancreatology 2015;15(2):81-84
Objective To investigate the expression ot XAF1 protein in pancreauc cancer, and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Methods The tissue microarray was composed of 89 pancreatic cancer and 21 normal pancreatic tissues, and immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of XAF1 protein. The correlation between XAF1 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. The 89 patients were followed, and the survival was shown in Kaplan Meier curve.Cox proportional hazards regression was used to identify risk factors for the survival of pancreatic cancer patients. Results The negative expression rate of XAF1 was 44.9% (40/89),and it was 9.5% (2/21) in normal tissue, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The expression of XAF1 was negatively associated with tumor staging (P < 0.05),but it was not associated with age, gender, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, pathological grading, surgical margins, vascular and neural invasion.Patients with negative expression of XAF1 had much shorter survival than patients with positive expression.Univariate analysis showed that negative expression of XAF1,pathological grading, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis was associated with the survival (P < 0.05),and the multivariate analysis indicated that negative expression of XAF1 was an independent prognostic factor for survival of pancreatic cancer. Conclusions XAF1 may be involved in the development and growth of pancreatic cancer, and it is related with patient's prognosis.
6.Application of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on inflammatory factors
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):246-248
Objective To observe the application of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods Retrospective a total of 189 cases from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were collected, they were divided them into two groups: the observation group and the control group.Observation group was given budesonide combined terbutaline aerosol therapy, total cases were 98, control group was given terbutaline atomization treatment alone, total cases were 91.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the changes of PaO2 , PaCO2 , IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, CRP and PCT were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%, significantly higher than the control group 80.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with control group, the arterial blood PaO2 levels increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), PaCO2 level significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, CPR and PCT in the serum of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the reduces range was higher in observation group than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization could improve the level of arterial blood PaO2 , reduce inflammation, clinical curative effect were well.

8.Application of laparoscopic operation in closed abdominal trauma
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopic operation in the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury. Methods Forty-seven cases of closed abdominal trauma were diagnosed and treated under laparoscope from December 2003 to July 2006.Under general anaesthesia or epidural anesthesia,an incision about 1 cm was made below the umbilicus. Then artificial pneumoperitoneum was established through an open tunnel or the veress needle(according to patient's condition). The camera was inserted through a trocar to clarify the diagnosis. If a confirmative diagnosis was not obtained, one or two additional trocars were inserted for further exploration. When the diagnosis was identified, another two or three trocars were inserted according to the location of lesions and corresponding treatment was performed based on pathogenetic condition. Results All the 47 cases were confirmatively diagnosed under laparoscope, including 15 cases of hepatorrhexis,13 cases of splenic rupture,9 cases of small intestinal rupture,3 cases of mesenteric injury,2 cases of pancreatic injury,2 cases of retroperitoneal hematoma, and 3 cases of intraabdominal multiple organ injury.Laparoscopic treatment was completed in 28 cases,a conversion to open surgery was needed in 17 cases, and conservative treatment was given in 2 cases of retroperitoneal hematoma. No surgical related death or complications happened. Conclusions Laparoscopy can be used in closed abdominal trauma to achieve a high diagnostic accuracy and to give a timely, effective, and proper treatment.

China Oncology 2006;0(12):-
Carbonic anhydrase(CA) is one of a group of enzyme that contains zinc. They exist widely in the mammals. CA has at least 14 species of isoenzyme. Among them,CAIX is located at the downstream of VHL tumor suppressor gene, and it can be activated through HIF-1 pathway. CAIX primarily exists in the mucous membrane of gastrointestinal tract in normal human tissues and its expression is low. However, higher expression of CAIX can be detected in renal cell carcinoma, cervical carcinoma and lung cancer,it may be closely related with the occurrence and development of the tumor. In addition,we can predict the prognosis of tumor patients by analysis of the expression of CAIX,thus,it is considered that CAIX is a tumor specifi c antigen. Due to its highly specifi c expression in renal cell carcinoma,CAIX will become the potential target antigen of tumor vaccine as well as the target gene for the treatment of RCC. The application of CAIX shows high promise in RCC target therapy. Hence,it is defi nitely important for us to investigate the expression and regulation of the CAIX.
