This study was aimed to determinate the content of quercetin from different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of Penthorum chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province so as to offer reference for the comprehensivedeve lopment and utilization of P. chinense Pursh. The quantitative determination of quercetin from five groups of different parts of P. chinense Pursh. were carried out and put into comparison by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results showed that there were larger differences of content among different parts. The highest content of the medical parts were flowers and fruits, which was followed by the leaves, stems and branches. It was concluded that different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of P. chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province should be divided in the clinical and productive practice, which was to supply the scientific basis for enhancing the curative effect and reasonable exploitation and utilization of the resource of P. chinense Pursh.

This study was aimed to analyze the influence of specific clinical effect of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. by dosage in order to summarize its rules. Recordings on pills containing D. opposita Thunb. from the classic prescrip-tion of the Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. Dosage of D. opposita Thunb. was used as the cardinal line. EXcellwas used to conduct schematic analysis. The results showed that small amount of D. opposita Thunb. had the effect of reinforcing the spleen. The effect of tonifying the lung had the dosage boundary line of 10 g. The small dosage had weak effect and large dosage had strong effect. The effect of tonifying the kidney was often the middle dosage. When the dose was larger or smaller, the effect was not obvious. The effect of consoli-dating the kidney was obvious when using larger or smaller dosage. It was concluded that the dosage of D. opposita Thunb. had relatively big influence on its effect, which provided reference of more value for the clinical practice and health cultivation.

Objective To investigate the application effects of milk protein challenge test and serum specific IgE antibody de-tection in children with milk protein allergic diseases.Methods 76 cases of children with milk protein allergic diseases of North Hospital of the People’s Hospital in Urumqi City from January,2013 to December,2015 were treated with milk pro-tein challenge test.The clinical characteristics,results of milk protein challenge test and serum IgE antibody detection,and the value change of routine blood indexes were analysed and compared.Results Diarrhea and hematochezia were the most common clinical features,vomiting,hematemesis and abdominal distention were rare.47 cases (61.8%)showed positive re-sults in milk protein challenge test,and 29 cases (38.2%)showed negative results.42 cases of positive children had delayed allergy,and 5 cases showed rapid allergy.Compared with the negative group,the positive rate of serum specific IgE antibody in positive group didn’t change obviously,the difference was not statistically significant (14.9% vs 6.9%,χ2=0.466,P>0.05).The neutrophil count in positive group was higher after challenge than that of before challenge (t=2.480,P<0.05). The number change of blood cell,neutrophil and platelet in positive group were no statistical differences compared with those in negative group (t=0.500,1.395,0.296,all P>0.05).Conclusion Diarrhea and hematochezia were the most commom disease of digestive tract in children with milk protein allergic diseases.It is necessary to perform milk protein challenge test in clinical practice,however,serum specific IgE antibody is not considered as its diangnosis basis.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of puerarin injection combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of stage Ⅲ of diabetic nephropathy.Methods One hundred inpatients with stage Ⅲ of diabetic nephropathy in the Chongqing Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Both groups took the basic therapy of controlling blood sugar,blood lipids and blood pressure.On the basis of general treatment,the control group was added with reduced glutathione injection 1.8 g/d,while on the basis of the control treatment,the observation group was added with puerarin injection 300 mg/d.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 h PG),blood pressure,blood fat,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),24 h urinary total protein,urine albumin,urine β2 micro-globulin (β2-MG),NAG,and other indicators before and after treatment were detected in the two groups.Results FPG,2 h PG,blood pressure and blood fat after treatment in the observation group and control group were improved,but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05);the levels of SCr,BUN,24 h urine protein,urine albumin and β2 micro-globulin and urine NAG in the observation group and control group patients were reduced to some extent(P＜ 0.05),which were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P＜0.05),but the improvement degree in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Puerarin injection combined with reduced glutathione injection has obvious therapeutic effect in treating the stageⅢ of diabetic nephropathy,and has less adverse reactions,is safe and effective and can be promoted and applied in clinic.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the recent implementation and problem of GAP(Good Agricultural Practice) of Chinese traditional medicinal materials(CTMM). METHODS:The sound development of GAP in recent 10 years were given an affirmation with regard to the improvement of regulations,the progress of GAP authentication,economic achievement,scientific research and training of talents,etc.Meanwhile,the limitations in variety breeding,wildlife tending,wildlife collecting,subsequent monitoring and base organization pattern were analyzed thoroughly,and the solution was put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:There has been a stable development of GAP in China; however,it remains to be improved in regulations,governmental supervising,and developmental model.

Objective To compare gene expression profiles among hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC),cirrhotic liver tissue and normal liver and to analyze their biological information.Methods Total RNA was isolated from hepatocellular carcinomas,cirrhotic liver tissue and normal liver respectively,purified into mRNA by oligotex,and reverse-transcribed to synthetize two kinds of fluorescences(Cy3-dUTP,Cy5-dUTP) labeled cDNA probes.The targets were mixed together and hybridized with the genes on the genechip containing 4096 genes.The following comparisons were performed: hepatocellular carcinomas versus normal liver,cirrhotic liver versus normal liver.Genes that were differentially expressed between these groups were identified based on signal-to-noise ratios by using GenePix Pro3.0 software.Results 141 genes were found with close relation to HCCs,some of these genes were related to cell cycle and signal transduction,such as MCM7,YWHAH,among these,there are 23 genes whose expression tendency consistent with that of cirrhotic liver's.When compared with normal liver,there were 2 genes belong to metallothionein family downregulated in HCCs but upregulated in cirrhotic liver.Conclusion The inactivation of anticancer genes,the abnormality of metabolism related genes and the activation of cell proliferation cycle related genes may have a vital role in HCC.Research into these genes systematically may help to explore new markers of early diagnosisand to guide treatment proposal and to evaluate prognosis better.2007.27(1)

Objective To evaluate the effect of Sengstaken-Blakemore tube in assisting cyanoacrylate injection combined with sclerotherapy and variceal ligation under emergency endoscopy in treating escophageal and gastric variceal bleeding. Methods 60 patients were randomly selected, and were evenly divided into 2 groups single blindly. Endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection, sclerotherapy and variceal ligation were performed in control group, and additional Sengstaken-Blakemore tube were used in experimental group. Results All the 30 patients in study group got effective hemostasis (30 of 30, 100.00 %), whereas only 23 patients in control groups stopped bleeding (23 of 30, 76.67 %) (P < 0.05). escophageal and gastric variceal were cured 19 patients in the experimental group (19 of 30, 63.33 %) , and only 4 were cured in the control group (4 of 28, 14.28 %) (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, occurence of fever, chest pain, hospital days and hospitalization costs of experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Treating the escophageal and gastric variceal bleeding, using endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection, sclerotherapy; and variceal ligation under emergency endoscopy combined with Sengstaken-Blakemore tube could significantly increase the therapeutic efficiency as well as reduce complications and therapy cost.

Objective To seek for the best clinical nursing pathway for early limbs activity of patients with high-risk hemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery and to reduce limbs paralysis and improve their life quality.Methods Patients(112 cases)with high-risk bemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery from January to December in 2007 were set as the experimental group.They took part in limbs early activity on the first day on admission with application of clinical nursing pathway.Patients(89 cases)of the same kind who took part in limbs activity from January to December in 2006 were set as the control group.The two groups were compared with Brunnstrom scale beth on admission and discharge.Results The Brunnstrom grade of upper limbs,hands and lower limbs of the experimental group was evidently higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Especially the isolated movement and coordination ability of the hands significantly increased(P＜0.01). Conclusions Early limbs activity with clinical nursing pathway for patients with high-risk hemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery could reach the aim of recovery of limbs functional activity.

Objective To study the expression of tyrosine protein kinase in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and observe the correlation between tyrosine protein kinase and clinical features.Methods A total of 30 cases with HCC were enrolled in this study.ERK,P38,C-jun,JAK2,STAT3 and STAT5 were detected by immunohistochemical method using tissue chip technology.Results The expression of ERK(0.220±0.033),P38(0.174±0.024),C-jun(0.183±0.064),JAK2(0.192±0.044),STAT3(0.197±0.078)and sTAT5(0.181±0.066)in HCC was significantly higher than that(0.065±0.028,0.058±0.028,0.042±0.016,0.070±0.030,0.052±0.024,0.052±0.023)in cirrhosis 1iver tissues(P＜0.01).There was significantly positive correlation of the expression between ERK,C-jun,JAK2,STAT3 and STAT5(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).But the expression of P38 was negatively correlated with ERK in the HCC tissues(r=-0.404,P＜0.05).JAK2 had significant correlation with tumor differentiation.The expression of J AKz in stage Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ cancer tissues.Conclusion There is important significance of the excessive activation of MAPK and JAK-STAT signaI transduction in hepatocellular carcinoma process.The unbalance of signal transduction might be one of the pathogenesis of tumor progress.

Objective To study efficacy and safety of the levofloxacin in treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis by meta analysis.Methods Pubmed (2000/2014-07),EMbase (2000/2014-07),the Cochrane library (2014,7),the Chinese biomedical literature database (2000/2014-07)were retrieved about the randomized controlled trials of levofloxacin in treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis,and the time was limited from January 2000 to July 2014.After objective evaluation of the retrieved paper quality,Cochrane collaboration with Rev Man 5. 3 software system was applicated to Meta analysis.Results In six reports of the sputum negative rate,levofloxacin group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant (OR=4.21,95%CI:3.08 ~5.75,P<0.0001);adverse reactions in three articles,the difference of adverse reactions incidence had no statistical significance (OR =0.82,95%CI:0.56 ~1.18,P =0.28)between experimental group and control group, respectively.Conclusion The clinical effect of levofloxacin in treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis is significant with a high security, which gives a guidance for clinical treatment and is worth clinical promotion.
