Objective To study whether stilnox intervention could prove the prognosis for subjective tinnitus patients combined with sleep disorders.Methods By random and double-blind method,68 tinnitus patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received ginaton and methycobal oral administration.On the basis of this,the patients in the treatment group received Stilnox oral administration before sleep.All objects of study were evaluated using Tinnitus handicap inventory (THI)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)two weeks before and weeks after treatment.Results The tinnitus disability in the treatment group showed statistical differences before and after treatment (t=8.810,<0.05).The levels of sleep disorders in the treatment group showed statistical differences after treatment (t=20.446,<0.05).The tinnitus disability in the control group showed statistical differences after treatment(t=6.900,<0.05).The sleep disorders in the control group showed statistical differences before and af-ter treatment(t=4.631,<0.05).The tinnitus disability (t=2.313,<0.05)and sleep disorders(t=7.906,<0. 05)after treatment showed statistical differences between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion Stil-nox intervention therapy could improve the prognosis of subjective tinnitus patients with sleep disorders.

[ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo assess the efficacy of postauricular injection of shuxuening combined with lidocaine in treating intermediate and high-frequency sudden hearing loss.METHODS48 patients with intermediate and high-frequency sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into postaurical injection group (n=24) and control group (n=24). The control group was given hormone, microcirculation improvement, nutrition of nerve and other conventional treatment. The postauricular injection group received 3 doses of postauricular inject of 0.5ml shuxuening and 0.3ml lidocaine tertian injection in addition to conventional treatments.RESULTSTwo weeks after administration, the total effective rates of postauricular injection group 87.5%were significantly higher than that of the control group 62.5%. Pure tone average improved (20.74±15.19)dB on average in the postauricular group, and (12.44±9.12)dB in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONPostauricular injection of shuxuening combined with lidocaine treatment for intermediate and high-frequency sudden hearing loss has better curative effect than that of the conventional treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of nasal tip reduction with inner incision combined with external fixation,namely,to evaluate the formation of bilateral alar groove which is en hanced by external fixation with small splints,after removing interdomal fat pad as well as adjusting alar cartilage to reduce nasal tip.Methods Alar cartilage and interdomal fat pad were exposed via the bilateral nasal vestibular incision to remove fat pad and part of enlarged lateral foot of alar cartilage.After suture of incision,based on the tissue removal,plastic splint was used for external fixation of bilateral nasal tip and alar groove for one week,to enhance the formation of alar groove.Results A total of 143 patients were followed up for more than 6 months after operation.Photographs taken before and after operation were compared,suggesting obviously smaller nasal tip and significant alar groove.Left and right alar groove space was decreased from preoperative (28.23±3.31) mm to post operative (23.72±2.65) mm,and nasal tip alar angle was decreased from (104.02±9.57)°to (87.78± 6.98)°,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Slightly asymmetric nasal alars were found in 6 patients during follow-up examination,while tiny scars caused by splints (at 0.6 cm from the edge of splints) were found in 1 patient.Conclusions On the basis of nasal tip reduction with inner incision,the method of suture with small splints combined with external fixation is simple,effective and available.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the natural infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis (A. cantonensis) in rodents in Fujian Province and provide more scientific evidences for control and prevention.?Rats captured with cages were numbered, and the species, gender and maturity were identified in each village every day. Rats' hearts and lungs were taken out and soaked into physiological saline solution to tear to pieces. The detected A. cantonensis were put into physiological saline solution in other glassware then the number and gender were identified. This investigation was conducted in 67 villages in 35 towns, covering 23 counties in 9 cities and regions. Except Shanghang County in Longyan city and Pingtan County in Fuzhou city, rodents infected with A. cantonensis was found in 21 counties. Of 4 890 rats were examined and 434 infected rats were identified with an infection rate of 8.90%. Rattus norvegicus had the highest infection rate of 17.75% (315/1 775), following by Rattus flavipectus with an infection rate of 6.21% (49/789). Additionally, the infection rates of the Musk shrew and Mus musculus were 2.81% (29/1 032) and 2.52%(3/119), respectively (χ2＝185.06, P＜0.001). Moreover, the infection rate of adult rats (21.37%) was much higher than that of immature rats (11.11%) (χ2＝14.50, P＜0.05). These results indicated that the A. cantonensis infection of rodents has covered most area in Fujian Province and the geographical distribution of infected rats was similar with that of Ampullaria gigas.

Objective:To investigate the effects of kidney-jing deficiency of male mice on the oxidative stress of their male offspring. Methods:Thirty 6-weeks-old Kunming male mice were divided into three groups randomly:the blank control group,the model group and the kidney-tonifying group. The model and the kidney-tonifying groups were stressesd by fear plus excessive sex to establish a kidney-jing deficiency model,and meanwhile the latter were given concentrated solution of Kidney-tonifying recipe intragastrically at the does of 0.16ml/10g. The control and the model groups were treated with physicological saline at the same dose for 21 days. Then all the male mice were mated with the healthy estrous females for 5 days. The malondialdehyde(MDA) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and total antioxygen capacity(T-AOC) of testicle of male offsprings were detected at 6 weeks. Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRIin diagnosis of littoral cell angioma(LCA) of spleen.Methods CT and MRI findings the data of 6 patients with LCA were rospectively analyzed,and all patients were proved LCA of spleen by pathology.Then enhanced CT (n =4 cases) and MRI (n =2 cases) were performed.The imaging performance of LCA was observed,and its imaging features was summarized.Results None of patients showed obvious signs and symptoms of hypersplenism,4 cases were with splenomegaly.5 patients had a single lesion,only one had few lesions.There were not any calcification or envelopement of all the lesions.On CT,all lesions demonstrated distinct borders.The enhanced scan for low-density nodules demonstrated slow progressive enhancement.On MRI,all the LAC had well circumscribed borders,and demonstrated T1 · hypointense and T2-equal,hyperintense signals,and progressive enhancement on the post contrast images.Conclusion CT and MRI imaging of littoral cell angioma of spleen have special imaging characteristics,those particular findings is helpful in the diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination treatment with clofazimine ( Cfz ) and other antituberculosis drugs for patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods 32 cases of MDR-TB patients were treated with combination regimens that included clofaziminefrom October 2011 to September 2016 in our hospitol,according to the history of drug use and drug susceptibility test results using individualized chemotherapy,the starting dose of clofazimine was 0.1 g/day,oral,some patients with adverse reactions and tolerance adjusted to 0.05 g/day,treatment for the last 12 months for three consecutive sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and sputum smear acid-fast bacilli were cured,observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Results After treatment with the combined regimen,56.2%(18/32) of patients were cured,43.8%(14/32) of patients failed treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the number of drug-resistant patients before and after CFZ treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the time of failure and the time of CFZ treatment,after taking CFZ combined with anti-tuberculosis program,the number of drug users was statistically significant of patients cured and failed (P<0.05).The average time of sputum culture inversion was 16w.90.6% (29/32) of patients with adverse reactions,mainly including skin color change,ichthyosis and gastrointestinal tract and other adverse reactions, through dose adjustment and symptomatic treatment to continue treatment.The average duration of treatment with clofazimine was about 13 months.ConclusionClofazimine was welltolerated,combination treatment with Clofazimine and others for patients with MDR-TBhave better efficacy .

Objective Tracking of the vaginal microflora recovery and the expression of immune factors from untreated and treated patients with bacterial vaginosis (BV) by using different administration regimens and studying the relationship of treatment results and regimen selections. Methods 25 healthy females were selected as a control group and 100 BV patients were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=25/group). Group A: Intravaginal administration of metronidazole (× 7 d), Group B:Continuous intravaginal administration of metronidazole (× 7 d) and then live Lactobacillus Capsule (× 7 d) , Group C: Intravaginal administration of nifuratel (× 7 d), Group D: Continuous intravaginal administration of nifuratel (× 7 d) and then live Lactobacillus Capsule (×7 d). The microecological assessment system and EILSA were used to compare the clinical efficacy, vaginal microflora recovery and the changes in IL-8, TLR2 and TNF-αof the vaginal lavage fluid in healthy women or patients with bacterial vaginosis before and after treatments by four treatment strategies. Results ① The vaginal microflora imbalance, flora disturbance, pH value increased were presented in BV group compared with the control group.②Compared to the median of IL-8, TLR2 and TNF-α in vaginal lavage fluids of control group, there was no significant difference in IL-8 level but both TLR2 and TNF-αwere significantly increased (P<0.05) in BV group. The immune factors had no significantly difference in all BV groups.③The therapeutic effect in each BV groups was compared after stopping treatment for 7 days. The cure rate and the vaginal microflora recovery rate were significant higher in group B and D than group A and C (P<0.05). ④ After treatment there was no significant change in IL-8 level but there was an obviouslydecrease in TLR2 and TNF-α(P<0.05). The decreased levels are more significant in groups B and D than groups A and C (P<0.05). Conclusion By combining with the microecological assessment system to evaluate the therapeutic effect of BV, our research suggests that the sequence schemes of nifuratel plus live Lactobacillus Capsule is more effective in therapy effect, restoring normal vaginal micro-ecological environment and vaginal local immunity than metronidazole used alone.

Objective:To analyze the report accuracy and risk factors of congenital syphilis (CS), and to provide references of accurate diagnosis for clinicians.Methods:CS notification data, including suspected cases and confirmed cases, were obtained from national notifiable disease reporting system (NNDRS) reported from 2016 to 2019 in Guangzhou City. Information of syphilis infected pregnant women and their children who were diagnosed or excluded with CS during 2012-2019 were extracted from Guangzhou City'the integrated prevention of mother-to-child transmission of human immunodeficiency virus, syphilis and hepatitis B virus surveillance system’. Their demographic characteristics, serological test results of syphilis, reporting doctors and treatment regimens were analyzed.Chi-square test was used for univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors associated with CS.Results:A total of 95 CS cases were reported in NNDRS, and the reporting accuracy rate was 36.8%(35 cases). The proportion of children younger than 30 days who were reported incorrectly (73.3%(44/60)) was higher than the proportion of those were reported correctly (51.4%(18/35)), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=4.679, P=0.031). However, the reporting accuracy was not associated with hospital grade, doctor profession and doctor title of reporting ( χ2=0.283, 0.483 and 3.681, respectively, all P>0.05). Maternal age≤24 years (adjusted odds ratio ( aOR)=4.62), titers of non- Treponema pallidum antigen serologic test before treatment≥1∶8 ( aOR=7.56), initiation of antisyphilitic treatment during delivery ( aOR=25.43), no antisyphilitic treatment during pregnancy ( aOR=14.12), and premature delivery ( aOR=8.97) increased the risks of CS (all P<0.01). Conclusions:The reporting accuracy rate of CS is low. Young mothers, high serological titers of non- Treponema pallidum antigen before treatment, initiation of antisyphilitic treatment during delivery or no antisyphilitic treatment during pregnancy, and premature delivery are risk factors for CS. Doctors may focus on collecting this information to assist clinical diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of regional electrocardiographic consultation network for primary medical institutions.Methods A distance electrocardiographic ( ECG ) consultation center was established in Yuyao People′s Hospital in September 2012, which was connected to 56 regional primary medical through internet.The online consultation was provided by ECG specialists in the center for general practitioners in regional primary health care institutions.Additionally, the ECG training course was also conducted monthly for general practitioners.The 2-year data of ECG consultation were retrospectively reviewed and the effectiveness of the consultation network was evaluated.Results During the past two years, 86 593 electrocardiograms were uploaded by primary medical institutions, in which 3 976 were required for consultation. The monthly number of electrocardiograms sent by general practitioners was increased from 3 269 ±290 in the first year to 3 947 ±376 in the second year ( P<0.01 ) .However, the requirements of ECG consultation were not significantly different between two years.Compared to the first year, the rates of consultation requirements, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis for ECGs of atrial and ventricular premature beats, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, left and right bundle branch blocks,ⅠandⅡdegree atrioventricular blocks and myocardial infarction were significantly decreased ( all P<0.05) in the second year;meanwhile there was a tendency towards the reduction for ECGs of atrial flutter and Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block in the second year.Conclusion The regional electrocardiographic consultation network is effective to improve the capability of primary medical institutions in electrocardiographic diagnosis.
