Among the 10 684 cases of renal biopsy, primary glomerular disease, secondary glomerular disease, tubulointerstitial disease, end-stage renal disease, genetic and congenital disease and post transplant glomerular disease were 8 533 cases (79.87%), 1 740 cases (16.29%), 229 cases (2.14%), 121 cases (1.13%), 46 cases (0.43%) and 15 cases (0.14%), respectively. The distribution of kidney diseases in Han, Uygur and other nationalities (except Han and Uygur in this region) was the same as that in general. There was no significant difference in disease type composition between Han and Uygur, Han and other nationalities, and Uygur and other nationalities (all P>0.05). Among the 8 533 cases of primary glomerular diseases, the top five pathological types were IgA nephropathy (3 095 cases, 36.27%), mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (2 008 cases, 23.53%), membranous nephropathy (1 503 cases, 17.61%), minimal glomerulopathy (567 cases, 6.64%) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (494 cases, 5.79%). The top five pathological types of primary glomerular diseases were different between Han and Uygur, and Han and other nationalities (both P<0.01). There was no statistically significant difference between Uygur and other nationalities in the top five pathological types of primary glomerular diseases ( P=0.113). Among 1 740 cases of secondary glomerular diseases, the top five pathological types were lupus nephritis (517 cases, 29.71%), Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis (304 cases, 17.47%), diabetic glomerulosclerosis (285 cases, 16.38%), benign renal arteriosclerosis (196 cases, 11.26%) and systemic vasculitis (101 cases, 5.80%). It was different between Han and Uygur, Han and other nationalities, and Uygur and other nationalities in the top five pathological types of secondary glomerular diseases. Conclusions:Primary glomerular disease accounts for 79.87% of renal diseases in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. IgA nephropathy is the main pathological type, followed by mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and membranous nephropathy. The most common pathological type of secondary glomerular disease in this region is lupus nephritis, followed by Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis and diabetic glomerulosclerosis. The top five pathological types of primary glomerular diseases and secondary glomerular diseases are different in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Objective To compare anesthetic effects between erector spinae plane block(ESPB)and intercostal nerve block(ICNB)in thoracoscopic lung wedge resection guided by surgical pleth index(SPI).Methods A total of 46 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung wedge resection in Wenzhou People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into ICNB group and ESPB group according to random number table method, with 23 cases in each group.Remifentanil infusion rate, propofol dosage and intraoperative vital signs were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative remifentanil infusion rate in ESPB group was significantly lower than that in ICNB group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative propofol dosage between two groups(P>0.05).The SPI,bispectral index and mean arterial pressure in ESPB group during lung wedge resection were significantly lower than those in ICNB group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of SPI,patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung wedge resection with preoperative ESPB had low opioid consumption and stable vital signs.

Objective:
To explore the activity of auranofin against ovarian cancer cells and its possible molecular mechanism.
Methods :
The dose-response survival curve and IC50 of auranofin on ovarian cancer cell lines ,SKOV3,Caov3 and SW626 cells and immortalized normal human embryonic kidney HEK-293T cells were determined by CCK-8 method.Cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry. The levels of total glutathione ( GSH) ,reduced GSH and glutathione disulfide ( GSSG) ,thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells were determined by microplate reader, and the reduced GSH / GSSG ratio was calculated.Western blot was used to determine the expression of cyclin dependent kinases( CDK) 4,CDK6,Cyclin D1,P53,p-P53 and MDM2 in SKOV3 and Caov3 ovarian cancer cells.
Results :
Compared with HEK-293T cells,the dose-response survival curves and IC50 values of SKOV3,Caov3 and SW626 cells showed that ovarian cancer cells were more sensitive to auranofin (P<0. 05) .After SKOV3 and Caov3 cells were treated with the dose of respective IC50 concentrations of auranofin,compared with the untreated cells group,the Auranofin IC50 group cells' intracellular levels of GSH,the ratio of reduced GSH / GSSG and the activity of TrxR decreased (t = 25. 11 /31. 18,14. 72 /19. 92,43. 30 /10. 74, all P<0. 05) ,and the levels of ROS increased (t = 23. 82 /27. 71,P<0. 05) ; cells number at G0 / G1 phases increased,with cells number at S and G2 phases decreased (P<0. 05) ; and the expression levels of cell cycle-related proteins CDK4,CDK6,Cyclin D1 and the P53-specific E3 ubiquitin ligase MDM2 were down-regulated (t = 7. 51 /15. 59,17. 32 /11. 26,20. 78 /20. 78,24. 25 /17. 32,all P<0. 05) ,while the expression levels of P53 and p-P53 were up-regulated (t = 17. 32 /24. 25,12. 12 /10. 39,all P <0. 05) .
Conclusion
Auranofin causes oxidative stress in ovarian cancer cells by inhibiting TrxR activity, and by partially degrading MDM2 to stabilize and acti- vate P53,so as to block the cancer cells in G0 / G1 phase, and exert anti-ovarian cancer activities.

Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics of immunoglobulin A (IgA) concentration in Nanning Zhuang blood donors by measuring the concentration of plasma IgA. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed to measure the absorbance of 2 000 plasma samples from Zhuang blood donors. The IgA concentration in samples was calculated using the ELISA Calc regression/fitting technology program. Results: The standard curve demonstrated that ELISA detection of plasma IgA concentration exhibited good precision. The frequency of IgA deficiency was 0/2 000. No statistically significant difference in the distribution of IgA concentration was observed between males and females (P>0.05). The distribution of IgA concentration varied significantly across age groups: younger individuals (18-39 years old) had lower plasma IgA levels (mg/dL) compared to older individuals (40-56 years old): 5-89.99 mg/dL group, 8.80% (176/2 000) vs 17.20% (344/2 000); 90-450 mg/dL group,20.65% (413/2 000) vs 51.20% (1 024/2 000); >450 mg/dL group, 0.45%, (9/2 000) vs 1.70% (34/2 000), P<0.05. No significant difference in IgA concentration was found among different ABO blood types in Zhuang blood donors (P>0.05). Spearman correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between age and IgA concentration (R
=0.114, P<0.05). Conclusion: No individuals with IgA deficiency were screened out among the Zhuang blood donors in Nanning area, and plasma IgA levels progressively increase with age.
