Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine combined with auricular pointsfor the children of MT.Methods A total of 70 children with MT who met the inclusion criteria, were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method (n=35); The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment and prescription ofZishen-Tiaogan and auricular points; and the control group was given Haloperidol tablets. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The severity of the children's convulsing symptoms and the clinical efficacy were assessed by the Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale (YGTSS).Results After 1 course of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.9% (29/35), while the control group was 57.1% (20/35), and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.276,P=0.023); after 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6% (31/35) and the control group was71.4% (25/35).The difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.346, P=0.019). After 1 course of treatment, YGTSS score was (14.6 ± 6.9vs. 17.3 ± 7.5,t=4.604), and after 2 course of treatment,YGTSS score was (8.0 ± 5.3vs. 10.3 ± 4.9,t=5.521) in the treatment group wwere significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Combination of acupuncture and medicine combined with auricular points can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with MT and improve the clinical effect.

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of thrombolysis therapy for hyperglycemic patients suffering from minor stroke. Methods Intravenous thrombolysis by rtPA was given to hyperglycemic patients suffering from minor stroke. The recovery of neurological deficits and other clinical parameters were recorded 24 hours ,7 days and 90 days after treatment in randomized thrombolytic group and non-thrombolytic group. Results Neurological recovery rate of minor stroke patients with diabetes in thrombolytic group was higher than that in non-thrombolytic group 24 hours,7 days and 90 days after the treatment(P < 0.05)and the incidence of aggravation or worsening of clinical symptoms in thrombolytic group was lower than that of non-thrombolytic group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the recovery rate of neurological deficits and the incidence of exacerbation or deterioration of clinical symptoms in hyperglycemic patients suffering from minor stroke. No intra-cranial hemorrhage occurred in both groups. Conclusion It is of great significance for minor stroke patients with diabetes to receive intravenous thrombolysis ,which is a safer clinical alternative.

Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate clinical outcomes of patients with acute type A intranural hematoma of the aorta(IMH) received surgical treatment.Methods We analyzed 40 consecutive patients with acute type A aortic IMH in Fuwai hospital.The patients are from 2012.1.1 to 2015.12.31.The average age of patients is(56 ± 11) years.Clinical outcomes and morphological evolution by CT were analyzed for 2 years.Results Most of the patients were treated medically during their initial hospitalization.There were 2 patients died in in-hospital and no 2-year mortality.16 patients (40％) were received acute surgery,24 patients(60％)were received normal surgery.Conclusion Surgical treatment would be a favorable treatment option in type A acute IMH.

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of serum angiopoietin-1 （Ang-1）， angiopoietin-2 （Ang-2）， and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio with HBA DNA and alanine aminotransferase （ALT） in patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） or liver cirrhosis. MethodsClinical data and serum specimens were collected from 99 patients with CHB and 59 patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted to Beijing YouAn Hospital， Capital Medical University， from March 2018 to October 2019， and 46 individuals who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group. PCR was used to measure serum HBV DNA level， and ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2. The serum levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio were compared between groups. The Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data between multiple groups， and the Bonferroni method was used for further comparison between two groups； the Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation of Ang-1， Ang-2， and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio with HBV DNA and ALT. ResultsCompared with the control group， the CHB group and the liver cirrhosis group had a significant reduction in the level of Ang-1 （479.0 pg/mL and 208.4 pg/mL vs 671.0 pg/mL， both P<0.05）， and compared with the CHB group， the liver cirrhosis group had a significant reduction in the level of Ang-1 （P<0.001）. Compared with the control group， the CHB group and the liver cirrhosis group had a significant increase in the level of Ang-2 （286.1 pg/mL and 438.4 pg/mL vs 198.0 pg/mL， both P<0.001）， and compared with the CHB group， the liver cirrhosis group had a significant increase in the level of Ang-2 （P<0.001）. Compared with the control group， the CHB group and the liver cirrhosis group had a significant reduction in Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio （1.6 and 0.5 vs 3.4， both P<0.001）， and compared with the CHB group， the liver cirrhosis group had a significant reduction in Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio （P<0.001）. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that in the CHB group， Ang-1 was negatively correlated with HBV DNA and ALT （r=-0.400 and -0.394， both P˂0.001）， Ang-2 was positively correlated with HBV DNA and ALT （r=0.365 and 0.351， both P<0.001）， and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio was negatively correlated with HBV DNA and ALT （r=-0.463 and -0.473， both P<0.001）； in the liver cirrhosis group， Ang-1， Ang-2， and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio had no correlation with HBV DNA or ALT （all P>0.05）. ConclusionThere are significant changes in the serum levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio in patients with CHB or liver cirrhosis， and Ang-1， Ang-2， and Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio reflects the degree of liver injury in patients with CHB to a certain extent.

Objective    To investigate the expression and biological function of centromere protein F (CENPF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the association with prognosis. Methods    Through retrieving and analyzing the bioinformatics data such as Oncomine database, Human Protein Atlas (HPA), Kaplan-Meier Plotter, STRING and DAVID database, the expression of CENPF in both normal tissues and cancer tissues of lung cancer patients was identified, and the protein interaction network analysis, functional annotation and pathway analysis of CENPF with its associated genes were carried out. Results    CENPF was overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, but not in normal tissues. The median overall survival (OS) of NSCLC patients with low expression of CENPF was significantly longer than that of patients with high expression of CENPF. Further sub-analysis showed that low expression group from lung adenocarcinoma patients had longer median disease-free survival and OS compared with high expression group patients. CENPF and its associated hub genes mainly affected the protein K11-linked ubiquitination in biological process, anaphase-promoting complex (APC) in cell composition, ATP binding in molecular function, and cell cycle in KEGG pathway. Conclusion    CENPF is regulated in tumorigenesis and progression of NSCLC, and its protein expression level has the value of early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in lung adenocarcinoma. It is suggested that CENPF gene can be a potential target for molecular targeted therapy of NSCLC.
