1.The research on application of the pathology theory and experiment integration teaching ;model

Objective: To investigate the impact of the theory and experiment integration teaching model to pathology teaching effect for medical imaging technique students. Methods:The image class in grade 2013 was chosen to be the control class, using theory and experiment separation teaching model. The image class in grade 2014 was chosen to be the experimental class, partly using theory and experiment separation teaching model and partly using theory and experiment integration teaching model. The regular grades, scores of phase test, student assessments were compared in the experimental class, and the regular grades, final grades, pass rate and excellent rate in the two classes were compared at the end of semester. Results:Most of the students in the experimental class were more interested in pathology, and they agreed to use theory and experiment integration teaching model in pathology teaching. The learning attitude, learning ability and scores of the phase test of the theory and experiment integration teaching model were higher than that of the theory and experiment separation teaching model, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-8.685, t=-7.671, t=-3.792;P<0.01). The regular grades, final grades and pass rate in the experimental class were higher than the control class, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-3.891, t=-3.588, t=-3.213;P<0.01). Conclusion:Theory and experiment integration teaching model for pathology teaching has an advantage in inspiring students’ interest in learning, improving the learning initiative of students and the teaching effect is better than that of theory and experiment separation teaching model.
2.Clinical effect of dipeptide base Ⅳ peptide enzyme inhibitors combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of dipeptide base peptidase Ⅳ inhibitors (DPP-4) combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by single blind randomization method,50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the premixed insulin therapy for a month,the observation group received the DPP-4 inhibitors combined with premixed insulin therapy for a month.The blood sugar success rate,weight,incidence of hypoglycemia of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose value,2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were significantly decreased(t=5.155,P=0.000;t=6.591,P=0.000;t=7.488,P=0.000;t=7.574,P=0.000).But there were no statistical differences between the two groups after treatment (all P>0.05).The incidence rate of hypoglycemic events of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group (x2=5.982,P=5.982).Before treatment,the ALT,AST,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen between the two groups had no significant differences(all P>0.05).The body weight,body mass index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=6.931,P=0.000;t=16.010,P=0.000).Conclusion The DPP-4 inhibitor combined premixed insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes has significant hypoglycemic effect,can effectively reduce hypoglycemic events,effectively control the weight,and its effect on liver and kidney function is relatively mild,safe and reliable.
3.The application effect of insulin pump in diabetes treatment

Objective To study the application effect of insulin pump in diabetes treatment.MethodsFrom December 2014 to December 2015,120 diabetic patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The patients of observation group were treated by insulin pump,and patients of control group were treated with the traditional subcutaneous injection of insulin.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the two groups had significantly lower in blood sugar.After treatment,the morning fasting blood sugar,2 hours blood sugar after breakfast,2 hours blood sugar after dinner,nocturnal blood sugar of the observation group were (5.13 ±1.05)mmol/L,(6.47±1.23)mmol/L,(5.14 ±1.07)mmol/L,(6.12 ± 1.47)mmol/L,respectively,which were obviously improved compared with the control group (t=10.839 4,11.792 2,10.839 4,11.792 2,all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.66%,which was significantly higher than 76.66% of the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 13.33% of the control group,there was statistically significant differences between the two groups (χ2=7.72,6.72,all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes can improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is a safe,effective method to treat diabetes,is worth popularizing in the clinical application.
4.Effect of individualized diet therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the clinical value of individualized diet therapy in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with gestational DM with individualized diet treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Before and after treatment,the three glycerol(TG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),fasting blood glucose(FBG) changes were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of individual diet therapy was 95.83%.Before treatment,TG,HbAlc,PBG and FBG were (3.28±0.57)mmol/L,(11.59±1.48)% and (12.52±3.32)mmol/L,(10.59±1.60)mmol/L,respectively;which after treatment were (6.49±1.48)mmol/L,(7.01±1.17)% and (7.60±3.08)mmol/L,(1.40±0.51)mmol/L,respectively.The differences between before and after treatment were statistically significant(t=20.856,20.599,9.218,15.961,all P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized diet therapy for gestational DM has significantly clinical effect,can improve the TG,HbAlc,PBG,FBG index,glycemic control,improve the total efficacy,delay the progress of gestational diabetes,improve the outcome of pregnancy.
5.Exercise training improves the arterial baroreflex function in heart failure rats

AIM: To investigate the effect of exercise training(EX) on the arterial baroreflex and possible mechanisms in rats with chronic heart failure(CHF).METHODS: Experiments were carried out in four groups: EX-CHF,CHF,EX-sham,and sham. CHF was induced by left coronary artery ligation,and EX consisted of 4 weeks of treadmill running. Baroreflex function,plasma angiotensin II(Ang II) and central AT1 receptor expression were determined.RESULTS: (1) The average slope and maximal gain of the baroreflex curve in CHF rats were lower than those in sham rats(P<0.01). EX significantly enhanced baroreflex parameters in CHF group but not in sham group.(2) EX decreased plasma Ang II in CHF rats [(137±27)ng/L vs (263±55)ng/L,P<0.01],but had no significant effect on plasma Ang II in sham rats [(75±17)ng/L vs (92±21)ng/L].(3) Expression of AT1R protein in the PVN of CHF rats was higher than that in sham rats(1.20±0.21 vs 0.70±0.14,P<0.01). EX reduced AT1R protein level in CHF rats(0.90±0.13),but had no impact in sham rats(0.60±0.16).CONCLUSION: EX restores the attenuated arterial baroreflex function in CHF rats,involving in decrease of plasma Ang II and downregulation of AT1R in the PVN.
6.The Clinical Study on Dialectical Treatment of Acute Hemoptysis in Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects of dialectical treatment of acute hemoptysis in lung cancer. Methods A total of 289 patients with acute hemoptysis in lung cancer were randomly recruited into the two groups: a experimental group with 149 patients and a control group with 140 patients. The experimental group was treated on TCM syndrome differentiation, while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Results In the experimental group, the total effective rate was 91.3%. While in the control group, the total effective rate was 63.6% (χ~2= 32.13, P<0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Dialectical treatment of acute hemoptysis in lung cancer is effective.

9.Increased central reactive oxygen species mediate the attenuated baroreflex function in heart failure

Objective To study the molecular pathologic features of CD71 and the correlation between CD71 expression and IgA deposit in IgA nephropathy(IgAN),and to investigate the role of CD71 in pathogenesis of IgAN in order to direct the therapeutic strategies.Methods According to clinical manifestations and pathological diagnosis,170 cases of renal biopsy were divided into IgA deposition nephritis(primary group),non-IgAN with IgA deposition(secondary group)and no IgA deposited nephritis(control group).Immunofluorescence double-staining using TRITC-conjugated anti CD71 antibody and FITC-conjugated anti-human IgA antibody was performed to illustrate the expression of CD71 and IgA respectively by confocal microscopy.Results No CD71 expression was found in control group,while the CD71 was positively expressed in primary and secondary groups to various levels.The intensity of expression of CD71 in primary group was more intense than that in the secondary group.The expression of CD71 in the IgAN tissues correlated closely with the accumulation of IgA.CD71 and IgA were distributed in mesangial area and capillary lumina of glomeruli of IgAN(primary group).The study showed that CD71 expression and IgA deposition were co-localized under confocal fluorescence microscopy.Conclusion CD71 is highly expressed in the glomeruli of primary IgAN.The expression of CD71 in the IgAN tissues correlats closely with the accumulation of IgA.CD71 and IgA are co-localized under confocal fluorescence microscopy.The present study reveals that CD71 is one of IgA receptors and involves in the course of IgAN.The results suggests that CD71 may play an important role in immunopathogenesis of IgAN.
