Objective To investigate effects of sinusitis mixture on functional endoscopic sinus after surgery .Methods According random number table,36 cases of chronic nasosinusitis patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,the two groups were routinely 2%NaCl saline nasal irrigation,use of nasal corticosteroids and mucous discharging agent mixture used in postoperative patients with sinusitis in the treatment group oral therapy. Results The treatment group 100%,total efficiency in the control group (89%) (χ2 =4.36,P<0.05),there was a statistically significant difference.Conclusion Sinusitis mixture has significant efficacy on the recovery of patients afterfunctional endoscopic sinus surgery.

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the compound glycyrrhizin combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of eczema. Methods 120 eczema patients were selected randomly divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) ,the treatment group intravenously given compound glycyrrhizin once a day, 60ml combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor analgesic spray, three times a day. The control group were given intravenously compound glycyrrhizin,once a day ,60ml. Two groups of patients were continuous treatment after a month observation curative effect and adverse reaction. Results The effective rate in the treatment group(91. 67%) was higher than the control group(71.67%) ,there was significant difference(x2=6.43,P＜0.05). Compared with control group, VAS of the treatment group was significantly reduced, there is significant difference (P＜0.05). In the same group,within one month after treatment,before treatment and after treatment compared also has difference, there are significant difference (P＜0.05). The two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of eczema curative was distinct,which was worth extending.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a turbidimetric method for the determination of the potency of the crude drugs and tablets of oxytetracycline. METHODS: By turbidimetric method in which Staphylococcus aureus was used as the test organism with biomass concentration of 1.0%～1.5% (V/V). The culture temperature was 37 ℃ and the culture time was about 4 h. The method was compared with the cup-plate method in potency. RESULTS: The linear range of oxytetracycline was 0.05～0.4 IU?mL-1. The average recovery of the crude drug of oxytetracycline was 99.59% (RSD=2.0%) and that of oxytetracycline tablets was 99.51% (RSD=1.91%), showing no significant difference as compared with the cup-plate method in contents. CONCLUSIONS: The method was sensitive and rapid yet with few influencing factors thus applicable for the determination of the potencies of oxytetracycline and its tablets.

OBJECTIVE:To determine the titer of main component in kitasamycin tablets and acetylkitasamycin dry suspension.METHODS:Staphylococcus aureus was used as test organism and which were cultured at (37?0.5) ℃ for about 4～5 hours by adding 1.0%～1.5% kitasamycin and 2.0%～2.5% acetylkitasamycin,then the absorbance was determined at a wavelength of 530 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of kitasamycin was 0.5～4.0 IU?mL-1 and that of acetylkitasamycin was 0.45～6.3 IU?mL-1,and their recovery rates were 101.7%(RSD=1.9%,n=9) and 101.1%(RSD=2.1%,n=9),respectively.CONCLUSION:The established turbidimetry is sensitive,rapid yet with few influencing factors,thus it is applicable for the titer determination of main component in kitasamycin tablets and acetylkitasamycin dry suspension.

OBJECTIVE: To develop a rapid, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of nifedipine, nitrendipine and nimodipine which were added into traditional patent medicine illegally. METHODS: The LC-MS method was used to detect the extractive of Chinese patent medicine for antihypertension in respects of relative molecular mass, tandem mass spectrometry fragment, retention time, UV spectrum. The compounds added into the Chinese patent medicine were identified by comparing with standard sample in terms of spectrum, chromatographic and mass spectrometric behavior. RESULTS: According to four aspects of determination, nifedipine, nitrendipine and nimodipine were found in three kinds of Chinese patent medicine for antihypertension. CONCLUSION: The method is selective and sensitive for the detection of nifedipine, nitrendipine and nimodipine which were added into traditional patent medicine illegally.

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of clobetasol propionate ointment and vitamin A acid cream in the treatment of skin papule type amyloidosis.Methods 100 cases of skin papule type amyloidosis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each had 50 patients.The control group was treated with Vitamin A acid cream while the observation group used clobetasol propionate ointment for treatment.Skin lesion area,infiltration,skin color,skin itching score as well as the cure rate and efficiency were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The two groups' symptoms was improved,symptom scores was decreased gradually after treatment than before,the observation group's symptom scores at 1,2,3,4 weeks were (9.35 ± 1.88),(6.54 ±2.16),(4.08 ±1.32),(2.04 ± 0.95) points which was significant better than (10.86 ± 2.08),(7.98 ± 2.57),(6.25 ± 1.44),(4.56 ± 1.18) points of the control group,the difference of two groups was statistically significant (t =6.22,6.71,7.30,7.41,all P ＜ 0.05) ;4 weeks after treatment,the observation group's efficience and cure rates were 94％ and 34％,significantly higher than 70％ and 22％ of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =9.040,8.391,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clobetasol propionate ointment has a exact effect in treatment of skinpapule type amyloidosis than vitamin A acid cream,which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To explore the association between the polymorphisms of TSC1,TSC2,PTEN genes and autism in Chinese Han population.Methods 274 autism patients and 386 heahh controls were recruited,and SnaPshot technique was used to genotype the 13 tagSNPs of TSC1,TSC2 and PTEN genes.The allele,genotype and haplotype frequencies of the SNPs were compared using SHEsis and SNPStats softwares.Results Mter Bonferroni correction,the allele distribution of rs2809244 (TSC1) (x2 =9.537,P=0.002,adjusted P=0.016),rs1050700 (TSC1) (x2 =9.313,P=0.002,adjusted P=0.016),rs2072314(TSC2) (P＜0.01,adjusted P＜0.01) and rs8063461 (TSC2) (P＜0.01,adjusted P＜0.01)showed significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The genotype frequencies of rs2072314(TSC2)and rs8063461(TSC2) showed significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Moreover,the frequency of haplotype A-G (OR =14.548,95％ CI =5.450-38.830) in the haplotype block rs2809244-rs3761840 showed significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05),A-G significantly increases the risk of autism.The frequencies of haplotype A-A (OR=0.608,95％ CI =0.409-0.903,P=0.013),G-A (OR=7.812,95％ CI =5.338-11.459,P＜0.01)and G-G (OR=0.356,95％ CI =0.274-0.463,P＜0.01) in the haplotype block rs2074969-rs8063461 were identified,which were significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05),and AA and G-G significantly reduced but G-A increased the risk of autism.Conclusion The polymorphisms of TSC1 and TSC2 genes might associate with autism in Chinese Han population.

Objective To investigate the vessel structure changes of carotid artery with age in normal adults with a newly-developed 3-dimensional ultrasound imaging modality.Methods One hundred and twenty-five normal adult volunteers were divided into five groups:group A,20-29 years old,25 cases;group B,30-39 years old,27 cases;group C,40-49 years old,28 cases;group D,50-59 years old,23 cases;group E,older than 60 years old,22 cases.The straight sections of common carotid arteries were scanned by full-volume three-dimensional ultrasound probe.With a vessel plaque quantification software (VPQ),the following parameters were obtained:intima-media thickness (IMT),vessel total area (VTA),vessel lumen area (VLA),vessel wall area (VWA),and normalized wall index (NWI).Results IMT,VTA,VWA,VLA and NWI were all positively correlated with age (r =0.79,0.48,0.77,0.27 and 0.67 respectively,P =0.00),and there was significant difference among age groups (P ＜0.01).IMT,VTA,VWA increased with age gradually whereas VLA increased only in group E and NWI showed no significant difference between group E and D.VWA and VTA of males were significantly greater than those of females in group A,B and C,and VLA of males was significantly greater than females in group A and B.There was no significant difference in IMT and NWI between gender groups.Conclusions Age is an important factor to carotid remodeling,and IMT,VTA and VWA increase with age,but VLA keeps constant in people under 60-year-old while NWI becomes stable in people over 50-year-old.It is essential to consider the physiological changes of carotid with age when pathophysiological process of atherosclerosis is involved.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Orem self-care nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis according to the comprehensive evaluation software system of organ function.Methods 80 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in our hospital were enrolled.The patients' condition was evaluated with comprehensive evaluation software system of organ function.According to the severity of the disease,Orem self-care option was taken.Chronic liver disease questionnaire(CLDQ) was used to evaluate the quality of life if the patients' condition permitted.Liver health knowledge questionnaire was used to evaluate the awareness rate of liver disease.1 month after discharge,the patients' quality of life and health knowledge were measured.Results Patients were discharged after 1 month in the average quality of life score of abdominal symptoms,systemic symptoms,fatigue,activity ability,emotion and anxiety respectively (5.74±1.52)points,(5.47±1.36) points,(5.83±1.57) points,(5.90±1.22) points,(5.79±1.67)points and (5.10±1.23)points,which were significantly higher than the first score (4.52±1.31)points,(4.17±1.48)points,(4.18±1.75)points,(4.26±0.98)points,(4.40±1.32)points and (4.35±1.08)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=-3.107,-3.527,-4.875,-4.963,-3.670,-2.805,all P<0.05).Patients were discharged from the hospital 1 month after liver disease knowledge rate was evaluated for the first time increased significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of patients' Organ function evaluation carried out for patients with liver cirrhosis Orem self-care care,the clinical effect is good,it is worthy of promotion.

This paper summarized and analyzed the reforming trends in ideas,methods and contents of morphology laboratory education in basic medical school.In order to fulfill the education goals of imparting knowledge and fostering capability and quality education,we should combine the traditional and virtual methods effectively,transform the secondary status ( verifying lecture) of morphology laboratory teaching to independent subject,try to integrate the subjects of morphology,use bilingual education and cultivate scientific research ability.
