Based on non - standard video feature transition algorithm library, high - speed field integration technology for FPGA digital system and VHDL hardware description language, this paper develops a real-time transition system for high-resolution non-standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X-ray.

The physicians and surgeons working in modern hospital should get achievement in the clinic,research,teaching,and prevention.In the past,scientific impact was assessed by the citation number of published papers in domestic and foreign journals,which obviously has many limitations.Hirsch JE,a physics professor from the United States proposed the h-index for the evaluation of the scientific impact of individual scientists in 2005.The h-index has been now been introduced in China.The applicability,limitations,and usage of h-index are discussed in this article.
3.The expression and clinical significance of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 in human breast cardnoma

Objective To explore the expression of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 in human breast carcinoma and the relationship between p130Cas and c-erbB-2 levels with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP staining was applied to detect the expression of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 in tumor tissues from 53 cases of human primary breast carcinoma,10 cases of breast fibroadenoma and in 10 cases of normal breast tissues. Results Breast carcinoma tissues showed higher levels of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 than normal and fibroadenoma tissues(both P<0.01).The expression of p130Cas was related with age, menopausal status, ER, PR status and histological grades, but not related with tumor size, lymph node status and pathological stages. The expression of c-erbB-2 was related with ER status, histological grades and lymph node status, but not related with age, menopausal status, PR status, tumor size and pathological stages. There were no significant correlations between p130Cas and c-erbB-2. Conclusion p130Cas and c-erbB-2 have relations with the malignant transformation and differentiation of breast carcinoma.c-erbB-2 is associated with metastasis of breast carcinoma.p130Cas and c-erbB-2 can be served as useful indicators in the prognosis of breast carcinoma.

6.Effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on BIS and oxygen metabolism in patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia

Objective To study the influence of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on BIS and oxygen metabolism in patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia. Methods 100 cases undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected in the second hospital of Shandong university and were divided into group A and group B, 50 cases in each group. Group A were received propofol and group B were received sevoflurane anesthesia . The oxygen metabolism index in the two groups were compared before and after pneumoperitoneum. Results The PETCO2 of two groups at the time points after pneumoperitoneum were significantly higher than those before pneumoperitoneum (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the SpO2 in two groups at the different time points during pneumoperitoneum, The HR and MAP of the group A were significantly lower than that of group B (P<0.05). There were no significant difference of the PETCO2、SpO2 between two groups. Bis in 2 groups maintained a stationary state before and after pneumoperitoneum. There was no significant difference in the period between the two groups. The CjvO2、Lac of two groups were significantly higher than that before pneumoperitoneum (all P<0.05).The CjvO2、Lac of two groups were significantly lower than that before pneumoperitoneum (all P<0.05). The CjvO2 of group A at 40 minutes after pneumoperitoneum were higher than that of group B (P<0.05), and the level of CERO2、Da-jvO2 were lower than that of group B (P<0.05). But there were no difference of the BIS、CaO2 and Lac between two groups. Conclusion Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum can affect the BIS and oxygen metabolism in patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy. The effect in propofol anesthesia was more significant than that in sevoflurane anesthesia.
7.DNA Damages in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes Induced by Organic Extracts From Ambient Air Particulates With Various Diameters

Objective To explore the health effects of organic extracts from ambient air particulates with various diameters on the DNA damage of human peripheral blood lymphoctys. Methods Using a 5-stage air sampler, the ambient air particulats samples were collected in a residential area of Taiyuan city and were extracted with dichloromethane, acetone and methanol. The damage of DNA in human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by organic extracts from ambient air particulates with various diameters at doses of 25, 50, 100 ,200 ?g/ml were detected by sigle cell gelelectrophoresis assay. Results The toxic efficiency of organic extraction of ambient air particulates increased with the decreases of the diameters of particulates.
