Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of viaminate capsule in the treatment of sebor-rheic dermatitis.Methods According to the digital table, 84 patients with seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=42) and the control group(n=42).The control group were treated with 1%pimecrolimus cream coated, 2 times/d.The observation group were treated with capsule viaminate, 50mg/times, 2 times/d,2 weeks for a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The ery thema,scaling,seborrhea,itching and other symptoms score and total score after treatment to 4 weeks,8 weeks of the two groups were compared(Erythema t=5.865,5.786;scaly t=6.112,5.886;seborrhea t=5.963,5.629;itching t=6.123,6.072.all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks of observation group were 57.14%,85.71%,95.24%.The control group were 42.86%,59.52%,80.95%,the difference was statistical-ly significant(χ2 =5.632,6.986,5.252,all P <0.05).The patients relapse rate of the observation group was 2.38%,which was lower than 19.05%of the control group(χ2 =5.986,P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.19%of the control group(χ2 =6.123,P<0.05),but the adverse effects of the two groups had no statistically significant(χ2 =0.589,P>0.05).Conclusion Viaminate cap-sule can improve in a short period of time in patients with clinical symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis,the effect is sig-nificant,the recurrence rate is low,safe and effective.

The self-renewal and multi-lineage developmental potential are the unique properties of human embryonic stem(ES) cells. The growth factors that maintain human or mouse embryonic stem cells are different. Leuckemia inhibitory factor(LIF) does not maintain self-renewal of human ES cells(hESCs). Recently, a few growth factors have been found to be biologically relevant for hESCs functions in vitro, among them the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) is one of the most significant regulators of hESCs self-renewal. The purpose of this review is to introduce the recent progress in the research on the expressions of bFGF and its receptors and their functions in hESCs.

As an important segment in the talents' cultivation of medical English major,practical education assumes a positive role in promoting the students' unity of knowing and doing,upgrading their professional kills and improving comprehensive qualities.Taking English major (medical English direction) of Chongqing medical university as an example,the present study attempts to discuss the forms and contents of the practical education,along with the fruitful achievements,in view of students'interests,community service,horizon expanding as well as job hunting and further study pursuing.In addition,some reflections and measures are presented to further boost the practical education.

Objective To explore the effect of periodic reporting system applied in clini-cal teaching.Method 62 nursing students of grade 2006 and 2007 practising in our hospital were selected and each group leaders reported their practical information to the teaching regula-tor every other month.Result If nursing students rehearsed the operational procedures and the items and communication skills that the teachers asked them to pay attention to,nursing stu-dents would be more self-confident in practice. Meanwhile,about 70% teachers didn’t introduce the working environment or clinical nursing knowledge to nursing students.Instead,they made them run errands.Conclusion Periodic reporting system was conducive to nursing students’suc-cessful completion of the internship program,and conducive to teaching regulators to understand nursing students’practical demands and the overall level of clinical teaching,which increased the overall level of clinical teaching and nursing students’satisfaction of teaching.

Objectives To explore the effect and advantages of seperatable nylon ring ligation under endoscope for esophageal varices hemorrhage.Methods 24 cases of esophageal varices hemorrhage accepted ligation treatment under endoscope guide by using Olympus separatable nylon ring ligation apparatus. The effect was recorded. Results The average ligation points on one case were 10 2. The emergency hemostatic rate hemorrhage from esophageal varices repture was 100%. The disappearance rate of esophageal varices was 73 7%. No severe complication was occurred during operation.Conclusions Seperatable nylon ring ligation treatment under endoscope is a new safe and effective method for esophageal varices hemorrhage. This method is simple and cheap.so it has valuable for spreading use in clinic.

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound detection of blood flow parameters and vascular diameter in carotid artery and vertebral artery.Methods 150 healthcases were collected as the study objects.According to the age and gender differences, making a detailed classification, color Doppler ultrasound was used to detected the internal carotid artery, vertebral artery and the carotid artery.Results As age grows,the blood flow velocity decreases,and the pulsatility index( PI) and resistance index( RI) has no obvi-ous relation with age;There were positive correlation between the diameter of the carotid artery and vertebral artery and age( P<0.05) ,and the male population the diameter of the carotid artery was significantly wider than that of the female population(P<0.05),left vertebral artery diameter was significantly wider than that of the right side(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound detection can let us get detailed carotid and vertebral artery anatomy and blood supply of information,which is good to diagnosis cerebrovascular disease.

Aging is associated with loss of muscle (sarcopneia) and bone (osteoporosis), resulting in an impaired capacity to perform daily activities, furthermore might progress to the extent that an older person loses his or her ability to live independently. Recent studies showed that exercise had remarkable beneficial effects on the musculoskeletal system, including prevention and treatment of these syndromes. Based on the recent research achievement, this paper reviewed exercise prescription in aging sarcopenia and osteoporosis, the result revealed resistance training is the most effective measure to prevent and treat sarcopenia and osteoporosis. In addition, long periods of walking or jogging for over half a year can increase leg muscle size in older adults.

Objective To explore the relationship between MR enhancement signs with MVD and VEGF expression in early breast carcer or benign lesion,improve the correct diagnosis rate of breast mass.Methods The MR enhancement signs(early enhmcement rate,eurve type of enhancement)of 31 patients with breast cancer and 19 benign lesions were analyzed retrospectively.Results Mean early enhancement rate of 31 neoplasm(20 invasive duet csncer,6 invasive lobule cancer,2 mucous cancer,3 situ lobule caner)were(68.4±14.7)%,enhancement curve type of which manifested as 18 type Ⅰ curve,11 typeⅡcurve and 2 type Ⅲ curve.Mean early enhancement rate of 19 benign mass(11 fibre adenoma,6 cystic hyperplasia,1 angioma,lobular tumor,1 infecmd cyst)were(47.6 ±15.2)%,of which 2 were typeⅠcurve,10 type Ⅱ cnrve and 7 type Ⅲ curve.In early cancer focus,mean MVD and VEGF expression index were 48.2±5.6 and 1.8 ±0.3,while in benign mass they were 30.8 ±6.1,0.9 ±0.3 respectivdy.Condusion Early enhancement rate,MVD and VEGF expression index in malignant focus were higher than those in benign mass,type Ⅰ curves were predominate in malignant lesions,by which early breast cancer could be diagnosed in time.
