Objective To explore Naukan therapy and health education combined with drug treatment clinical efficacy in the treatment of alcohol dependence.Methods The 66 cases of male alcohol dependent patients were randomly divided into study group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases),and both of patients were taking generic drugs.The study group was given Naukan treatment (including centralized within concept and dispersion Vipassana),and the control group received health education (including collective health education and individual health education).Duration of treatment was 4 weeks,the total number of hours were 55.5 h,56 h.Obsessive compulsive drinking scale(OCDS),social support rating scale (SSRS),Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory (MMPI) for the two groups before and after treatment; and follow-up the rate of recovery drink three months after hospital discharge.Results ① OCDS score after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ((48.21 ± 2.05) vs.(54.15 ± 2.01),t =11.885,P＜0.01).②After treatment SSRS total score,objective support,subjective support,social utilization factor scores were higher than those in the control group,and differences were statistically significant ((49.05±5.63)vs.(40.15±6.50),t=5.946,P=0.000) ; ((14.32±3.51) vs.(8.72±6.22),t=4.504,P＜ 0.05) ; (27.02±4.26) vs.(19.45±4.92),t=6.682,P=0.000; (10.02±3.30) vs.(7.52±3.86),t=2.828,P=0.006).③MMPI with schizophrenia (Sc),paranoia (Pa),mental weakness (Pt),psychopathy (Pd) ie 8/6/7/4 model-based in two groups,and Sc,Pa,Pd,Pt dimensions of the original sub in study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,in addition to outside Pt differences were statistically significant ((25.43 ± 6.76) vs.(29.01 ± 6.72),t =2.158,P=0.035; (14.12±6.01) vs.(18.32±6.42),t=2.744,P=0.008; (18.63±6.85) vs.(23.29±6.12),t=2.342,P=0.022).④Redrinking rate in study group was 39.39％ (11/33),and 72.73％ (24/33)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =7.44,P＜0.05).Conclusion The Naukan therapy combined with general drug treatment can solve the problem of patients with alcohol dependenceof alcohol dependence in the psychological and physiological aspects,and its efficacy is superior to general health education combined drug therapy.

Baicalein-nicotinamide(BE-NCT)co-crystal was chosen as model drug to investigate the thermody-namic characteristics.Solubilities of BE in NCT solutions in ethyl acetate at different temperatures were deter-mined in order to explain the complexation behavior of BE-NCT co-crystal.Thermodynamic parameters of co-crys-tal formation progress were calculated.Ternary phase diagrams (TPDs)of the BE-NCT-ethyl acetate systems at various temperatures were established.The non-linear fitting equation according to 1 ∶1 complexation mechanism of BE-NCT co-crystal demonstrated a good correlation between calculated and experimental data (R2 >0.98). Co-crystal formation is a spontaneous process(ΔG°<0).Increase in temperature resulted in the increase of Ksp;decrease of K11 and a narrowed co-crystal zone.The degree of spontaneous reaction also decreased with increased temperature.The spontaneous reaction no longer carried out if the temperature reached T* =315 K sinceΔG°=0(ΔH°=-6.314 ×10 -2 kJ/mol;ΔS°=-0.200 5 J/mol.K).A drop in temperature favors the complexation between BE and NCT in ethyl acetate.Since NCT has higher solubility than BE in ethyl acetate;the TPDs of co-crystal was asymmetric.The DSC diagrams of products prepared via three presupposed methods confirmed that the BE-NCT co-crystal could be generated in solutions of nonstoichiometric compositions.

Objective To study the nutritional risks in elderly patients with prostate cancer and explore its related factors.Methods 346 elderly patients with prostate cancer in Wuhan area from May 2013 to May 2014 were chosen as the objects in this study.Nutritional risk screening 2002 was used to evaluate nutritional risk.The sleep quality,anxiety,lower urinary tract symptoms,differentiation and other data of patients were collected.The influencing factors for nutritional risk in the patients were analyzed.Results The ratio of nutritional risk in elderly advanced prostate cancer patients was 35.3％ (122/346).The nutritional risk was increased with age (P＜0.05).The prostate cancer patients with nutritional risk had a higher international prostate symptom score (IPSS) (P＜ 0.05).Monovariate factor analysis showed that sleep quality,operation,pathology staging,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) were the impact factors for nutritional status in elderly patients with prostate cancer (P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=0.29),sleep quality (OR=0.25) were the protective factors for the nutritional status,while surgery (OR=12.67),pathological staging (OR=1.65),radiotherapy (OR=2.65),SPSS (OR=1.55),chemotherapy (OR=1.85) were the risk factors for nutritional status (P＜ 0.05).Conclusions The incidence of nutritional risk is high in elderly prostate cancer patients.Age,sleep quality are the protective factors,and operation,pathology staging,SPSS,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy are the risk factors for nutritional status.

ObjectiveTo investigate the immunity and seroprevalence of hepatitis A and to identify the risk factors of hepatitis A infection in 0-18 year-old children and adolescents in Shanghai.MethodsSubjects were enrolled by stratifying and clustering random sampling method.Questionnaire interview was applied to investigate the socio-demographic and behavioral factors related to hepatitis A virus (HAV),and information on HAV immunization was abstracted from the immunization registration book of each subject.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to qualitatively detect HAV IgM and quantitatively measure total HAV antibody in all subjects.Risk factors associated with HAV among the subjects without HAV vaccination were analyzed.ResultsA total of 2431 subjects were enrolled in the present study with negative HAV IgM antibody and total HAV antibody in 1483 subjects were sero-positive with positivity rate of 61％.Total HAV antibody positivity rates were declined with age increasing and were significantly higher in subjects with HAV vaccination than those without HAV vaccination records.Salad food,eating together without food separation in school and endoscopy inspection were risk factors for HAV infection.ConclusionsHAV vaccination strategies remarkably improve the total HAV antibody seropositive rate in children and adolescents in Shanghai.The risk of HAV infection exists if HAV vaccination is not administrated comprehensively.Therefore,strengthening HAV vaccination and health education are important for children and adolescents to prevent and control of hepatitis A in Shanghai.

Objective To investigate the relationships between the plasma fibrinogen level before treatment and prognosis and tumor metastasis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 817 patients with non-distant metastasis nasopharyngeal carcinoma from January 2005 to October 2014 in our hospital were collected.All the patients were followed up,and the median follow-up time was 37.6 months.The critical value of plasma fibrinogen before treatment was determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.The overall survival (OS) and distant metastasis free survival (DMFS) and their relevant factors were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression model.Results The critical value of plasma fibrinogen before treatment was 3.314 g/L determined by ROC curve analysis.The plasma fibrinogen level before treatment was related to the TNM stage (x2 =6.048,P =0.014),T stage (x2 =13.764,P ＜0.001) and distant metastasis after treatment (x2 =14.637,P ＜0.001).Survival analysis showed that the 3-year OS rate and 3-year DMFS rate in patients with plasma fibrinogen level ≥3.314 g/L before treatment were significantly lower than those in patients with plasma fibrinogen level ＜ 3.314 g/L,with significant differences (87.2％ vs.95.6％,x2 =4.562,P＜0.001;71.1％ vs.82.2％,x2 =5.153,P ＜0.001).Cox multivariate analysis showed that high level of plasma fibrinogen before treatment (HR =1.961,95％ CI:1.332-2.917,P =0.001),EB virus DNA (HR =1.929,95％ CI:1.275-2.849,P =0.001) and pretreatment stage (HR =1.653,95％ CI:1.013-2.709,P =0.045) were the independent influencing factors of OS.The high level of plasma fibrinogen before treatment (HR =1.519,95％ CI:1.142-1.964,P =0.002) and EB virus DNA (HR =1.950,95％ CI:1.483-2.555,P ＜ 0.001) were the independent influencing factors of DMFS.Of the 817 patients,179 patients (21.91％) had metastasis during the follow-up period,and 159 patients (88.83％) had metastasis within 3 years after treatment.The plasma fibrinogen level before treatment in 638 patients with-out metastasis (3.197 ± 1.009) was significantly lower than that in 179 patients with metastasis (3.351 ± 1.042;t =5.089,P =0.024),and was significantly lower than that in 87 patients with bone metastasis (3.430 ± 1.004;t =6.752,P =0.009),68 patients with pulmonary metastasis (3.301 ± 1.018;t =4.281,P=0.039) and71 patients with liver metastasis (3.413±1.107;t=6.398,P=0.011).Conclusion The plasma fibrinogen level before treatment can be used as an independent index to predict the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which is related to tumor metastasis.

Objective:To explore the effects of myosteatosis and blood glucose (BG) on postoperative complications in non-diabetic gastric cancer patients receiving supplemental parenteral nutrition (SPN) after gastrectomy.Methods:Patients who underwent radical gastrectomy between March 2017 and June 2021 in the Department of Surgical Oncology, the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were included in this study. Various preoperative inflammatory and nutritional indicators, including skeletal muscle metrics at the third lumbar level on CT, were collected retrospectively. Postoperative BG within 3 days and complications within 30 days were monitored. Patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of myosteatosis (assessed via skeletal muscle density [SMD]) and the differences in postoperative BG and complication incidence were compared. Mediation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of BG in the association between SMD and postoperative complications.Results:A total of 357 patients were included in the study. Compared with the 299(83.8%) patients without myosteatosis , the incidence of hyperglycemia, mean BG, maximal BG, and BG fluctuation while on SPN in the 58(16.2%) patients with myosteatosis were higher, and the comprehensive complication index (CCI) and the incidence of complication were higher ( P<0.05). More importantly, BG showed the mediation effect of -0.0892 in the effect of SMD on CCI ( P<0.05), with the effect size of 19.3％. Conclusion:Myosteatosis and postoperative hyperglycemia are associated with higher incidence of complications, and BG plays an intermediary role in the association between myosteatosis and CCI.

Objective To investigate the effect of Jinghou Zengzhi Recipe(JHZZR)on Fas apoptosis pathway in ovarian granulosa cells of rats with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH)and to investigate the possible mechanism of the effect of JHZZR on improving oocyte quality. Methods To establish the model of COH,30 rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the positive group and the TCM group.The expression of Fas,Fasl,Caspase8,Caspase3 in ovarian was detected by qPCR andWestern Blot assay,respectively. Results The expression of Fas,Fasl,Caspase8,Caspase3 was lowered in the blank group and the TCM group. Conclusion JHZZR can inhibit Fas signalling,suggesting that Fas pathway may be one of the mechanisms under-lying that JHZZR improves oocyte quality.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy, tolerability and safety of adjunctive perampanel in focal epilepsy patients≥12 years old.Methods:One hundred and nineteen focal epilepsy patients≥12 years old accepted adjunctive perampanel in Department of Neurology, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2020 to December 2022 were chosen. At 1-3 months, 4-6 months, 7-9 months and 10-12 months after adjunctive perampanel, seizure frequency changes every 28 d, medication retention rate and adverse reactions were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy (a reduction in seizure frequency≥50% from baseline was defined as overall valid treatment), tolerability and safety of adjunctive perampanel. According to efficacy results after adjunctive perampanel of 4-6 months (short-term) and 10-12 months (long-term), these patients were divided into valid group and invalid group; and the influencing factors for short-term and long-term efficacy were analyzed.Results:At 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 months after adjunctive perampanel, reduction in seizure frequency every 28 d was 66.7% (24.3%, 97.2%), 77.5% (48.6%, 100%), 94.6% (50%, 100%), 100% (70.9%, 100%), enjoying overall valid rate of 60.2% (59/98), 75.0% (7/76), 78.9% (45/57), 86.5% (32/37). The retention rate at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after adjunctive perampanel was 85.2% (98/115), 67.9% (76/112), 54.3% (57/105), 41.1% (37/90). Adverse reactions were reported in 33 patents (27.7%), mainly with dizziness and secondly with mental symptoms. After short-term and long-term adjunctive perampanel, no significant difference was noted in gender, initial age of adjunctive perampanel, course of disease, etiology, EEG results, imaging results, number and type of combined anti-seizure drugs, or maximum dose of pirampanel between the valid group and invalid group ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Perampanel has good efficacy, tolerability and safety in adolescents and adults≥12 years old with focal epilepsy; no clear influencing factors for pirampanel valid treatment is found so far.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of miR-205-5p/E2F1 signal axis in regulating the glioma U251, U87 radiotherapy resistance.Methods:X-ray gradual ascending and intermittent induction method was used to irradiate the glioma U251 cells to establish U251/TR, U87/TR radiation-resistant cell lines. Then, the morphology, migration, invasion and proliferation abilities of cells (U251/TR, U87/TR radiation-resistant cells and U251, U87 radiation-sensitive cells) were analyzed. Luciferase gene detection system and point mutation technique were employed to analyze the mechanism of miR-205-5p and E2F1 gene activity on U251 and U87 radiation-resistant cell lines.Results:Compared with the radiation-sensitive U251 cells, the radiation-resistant cells U251/TR, U87/TR showed increased proliferation activity, enhanced migration and invasion abilities and decreased apoptosis under X-ray irradiation. miR-205-5p mimics transfection could down-regulate the expression of E2F1 factor in U251/TR cells, inhibit cell proliferation, invasion and migration and increase the radiosensitivity of U251/TR cells. miR-205-5p mimics transfection combined with with E2F1 down-regulation exerted anti-tumor effect and decreased cell tolerance by suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway activity.Conclusions:The glioma radiation-resistant cell line U251/TR, U87/TR can be established by X-ray gradual ascending and intermittent induction method. The miR-205-5p/E2F1 signal axis exerts tumor-suppressing effect through the classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which can be used as an therapeutic target to increase the radiosensitivity of glioma.

Objective To investigate the value of human papilloma virus(HPV)DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein and thin-prep cytology test(TCT)in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 190 adult women who received early cervical cancer screening in Department of Gynecology,Zhuji People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein and TCT were detected,respectively,and further colposcopic biopsy was performed.The diagnostic efficacy of HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein and TCT in patients with different lesions were compared.Results The positive rates of HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein,TCT and combined detection in CIN3 and cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than those in cervicitis patients(P<0.05).The positive rates of HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein,TCT and combined detection in cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than those in CIN1 patients(P<0.05).The positive rates of HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein,TCT and combined detection in CIN2+ patients were significantly higher than those in CIN1-patients.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein and TCT in the diagnosis of high-grade lesions were 90.80%,30.10%,52.32%and 79.48%,respectively.Conclusion HPV DNA,HPV E6/E7 protein and TCT can be used as screening methods for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,with the combination of the three being the most sensitive.
