Objective To study the clinical efficacy of thermotherapy combined chemotherapy in the treatment of the advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation (NSCLC-NED).Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with NSCLC-NED were retrospectively reviewed.To analyzed the efficacy and survival of these patients.All patients were treated by thermotherapy with the combined chemotherapy regiment of platinum agents.Results There were 7 partial responses and 4 stable disease,The overall response rate (RR) was 43.8％.The one year survival rate was 37.5％ (6/16).The improvement rate of quality of life was 62.5％ (10/16).Conclusion Neuroendocrine differentiation is an important indicator of biological behavior of NSCLC.Thermochemotherapy is an active regimen in the advanced NSCLC-NED with an acceptabe toxicity.

Objective To study the curative effect and characteristics of all -transretinoic acid (ATRA) and arsenic acid (As2 O3 )combination chemotherapy for acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).Methods ATRA (30 -60mg/d),As2 O3 (0.1%As2 O3 d1 -28),chemotherapy(anthracycline -based chemotherapy regimens and homoharringtonine -based chemotherapy regimens or high -doses of cytosine arabinoside and small -doses of metho-trexate)were used alternately 4 -5 cycles.Results 12 cases had complete response(CR),CR rate was 100%,first cases and relapse cases all got CR,the median time needed 30 days to get CR.Follow -up deadline,all cases 10 year disease -free survival (DFS )rate was 100%,all reexamination minimal residual disease (MRD)was negative. Conclusion Using this method to treat adult APL,the CR rate is high,has less adverse reaction,and did not produce resistance phenomenon.It can be used for APL consolidation and maintenance therapy.This is one of the ways that can be recommended in the treatment.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Yinzhi-huang combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 80 neonates of hyperbilirubinemia were recruited into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases).The control group was treated with the gap blue light irradiation,besides,patients with rapid increase or high level of bilirubin were additionally treated with acid-correcting agents,Liver enzyme inducer,and albumin infusion; while the treatment group was additionally treated with Yinzhi-huang and probiotics on the basis of the control group.The values of serum total bilirubin before the treatment Was determined in both groups.During treatment,the changes of daily bilirubin,were monitored with percutaneous bilirubin monitor,and the time for serum bilirubin values decreased to normal level was studied in both groups.Results The two groups showed no significant difference in examination of the serum bilirubin values before treatment(P＞0.05).The daily bilirubin decreased value of treatment group(53.07± 17.80) μmol/L showed statistically significant compared with the control group(30.56± 13.43)μmol/L(P＜0.05); the time for serum bilirubin values decreased to normal level in the treatment group (4.87± 2.06) d was significantly different compared with the control group (7.12± 2.33) d,(P＜ 0.05).The apparent effective rate in the treatment group 75％ (30/40) was higher than that in the control group 35％(14/40)with statistical significance(x2=5.89,P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group 92.5％ (37/40)was higher than the control group 75％ (30/40)with statistical significance (x2=4.50,P＜0.05).Conclusion Yinzhi-huang combined with probiotics has better effects than conventional treatment in decreasing the daily bilirubin values,restoring normal serum bilirubin time of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and it is worthy of clinical application.

OBJECTIVE: To determine GJB2 allelic mutant and estimate probability of hereditary hearing loss in newborn with GJB2 heterozygous mutation in Beijing. METHOD: We performed genetic testing for sequencing of GJB2 gene for searching GJB2 allelic mutant in 915 newborn who received newborn deafness gene screening (GJB2 c. 235delC, GJB2 c. 299_300delAT, GJB2 c. 176191del16, GJB2 c. 35delG) in Beijing Tongren hospital, and the mutation were classified to pathogenic mutation,undefined variant and polymorphism. RESULT: Four hundred (43.72%, 400/915) newborn were detected to carry at least one mutation allele in GJB2. 3 (0.33%, 3/915) newborn had pathogenic mutations (c. 94C>T, c. 380G>T, c. 344T>G); 62 (6.76%, 62/915) newborn carried 14 undefined variant, 36 newborn had c. 109G>A (58.06%, 36/62),13 newborn had c. 368C>A (20.97%,13/62), six (c. 268C>G, c. 282C>T, c. 294G>C, 456C>T, c. 501G>A, c. 587T>C) are novel; 335 (36.61%, 335/915) newborn were polymorphism. CONCLUSION The probability of hereditary hearing loss is 7.09% in newborn with GJB2 heterozygous mutation in Beijing. It is noteworthy that c. 109G>A, c. 368C>A occupy a high proportion.

Objective To analyze the distribution, survival conditions, and medical support of newly diagnosed occupational pneumoconiosis (hereinafter referred to as pneumoconiosis) patients in Zhangdian District, Zibo City. Methods A total of 1 189 newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis patients in Zhangdian District from 1956 to 2019 were selected as the study subjects using retrospective method. Data of their age of onset, years of occupational exposure, category of working industry, type of pneumoconiosis, and status of medical support was collected and analyzed. Results The median and the 25th-75th percentiles ［M (P₂₅, P₇₅)］ of the age of onset were 51.8 (45.5, 56.1) years, and the mortality was 37.0%. The majority of pneumoconiosis cases were silicosis (45.2%) and coal workers' pneumoconiosis (39.8%). The highest prevalence of pneumoconiosis was in the coal mining and washing industry (42.4%), followed by manufacturing (33.4%). Pneumoconiosis patients in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ accounted for 89.1%, 8.7%, and 2.2%, respectively. The M (P₂₅, P₇₅) of the length of work exposed to dust were 24.1 (16.5, 29.9) years.The higher stage of pneumoconiosis the shorter of the length of work exposed to dust among these pneumoconiosis patients(all P<0.05). The overall survival rate, the 5-year survival rate and the 10-year survival rate of these pneumoconiosis patients were 63.0%, 92.3% and 85.9%, respectively. Among the 749 surviving cases, 60.8% were aged 60.0 to <80.0 years. In terms of social security, 100.0% surviving cases enjoyed basic medical insurance, meanwhile, 96.1% and 81.8% patients were covered by major medical insurances and occupational injury insurances, respectively. The M (P₂₅, P₇₅) of age at death were 73.1 (64.0, 77.1) years. The main causes of death were respiratory diseases (59.3%) and malignant tumors (20.4%). Conclusion The prevalent types of pneumoconiosis in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, are coal workers' pneumoconiosis and silicosis. Medical support and assistance are relatively limited. The pneumoconiosis prevention and control focus should be on silicosis and coal workers' pneumoconiosis, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

Objective To determine the audiological characteristics in 832 deaf children with biallelic causative mutations in GJB2 ,SLC26A4 gene .Methods The 832 patients received deafness gene screening ,553 were GJB2 gene biallelic causative mutations ,279 were SLC26A4 gene biallelic causative mutations .Patients were divided into four groups according to ages of hearing loss onset :<1 ,1~3 ,3~6 ,6~12 years old ,and the audiological character-istics and prevalence of GJB2 ,SLC26A4 gene mutations at different ages of onset .Results The prevalence of GJB2 gene mutations at four groups was 37 .97% (210/553) ,38 .34% (212/553) ,16 .27% (90/553) ,7 .41% (41/553) ,re-spectively ;the prevalence of SLC26A4 gene mutations at four groups was 25 .45% (71/279) ,44 .80% (125/279) , 20 .07% (56/279) ,9 .67% (27/279) ,respectively .The difference between GJB2 and SLC26A4 gene was significant(P=0 .001) .The prevalence of profound hearing loss with GJB2 gene mutations at four groups were 66 .67% (140/210) ,61 .32% (130/212) ,47 .78% (43/90) ,41 .46% (17/41) ,respectively .The difference was significant (P=0 .004) ,while the difference in 279 patients with SLC26A4 gene mutations was not statistically significant (P= 0 . 083) .Conclusion The age of hearing loss onset in patients with biallelic causative mutations in GJB 2 or SLC26A4 gene refers to 0~3 years -old ,hearing loss in patients with GJB2 ,SLC26A4 gene mutations gives priority to pro-found .The age of hearing loss onset is smaller ,the ratio of profound hearing loss is higher .Patients with severe and profound hearing impairment should be performed the genetic testing when the age of onset under 12 .

Completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects involves various aspects, but it is an imperative task to strengthen areas of weakness.China is a developing country with relatively insufficient medical resources.Yet without health for all, there can be no well-off society for all.The incidence of cancer has been among the top three, playing an important role in the work of national health.Among them, the department of oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Technology takes care of cancer patients by holding public lectures——famous doctors' lecture hall, establishing family poverty alleviation wards, establishing " cloud medical treatment" ——WeChat group and distributing brochures during tumor publicity week. All the methods are creative, evaluable and sustainable.It will be further improved in the future to provide more help for cancer patients.

Renal interstitial fibrosis（RIF）is a common pathway for the progression of chronic kidney disease to renal failure，and its pathogenesis is mainly related to renal inflammatory damage，oxidative stress，apoptosis，and excessive extracellular matrix（ECM） deposition. Transforming growth factor-β₁（TGF-β₁） signaling pathway，mammalian target of rapamycin（mTOR） signaling pathway and other signaling pathways mediate the occurrence and development of RIF. Because of the complicated mechanism of RIF，there have been no specific prevention and treatment measures in clinical practice. Autophagy is a non-damaging response produced by eukaryotic cells. It maintains the balance of tissue homeostasis through degradation and reabsorption. At present， Chinese medicine has achieved desirable clinical effects with its unique advantages of multiple components，multiple effects，and multiple targets in the treatment of chronic kidney disease to delay the process of RIF. Scholars have found that autophagy is consistent with the Yin-Yang theory and the theory of abdominal mass in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） to a certain extent，and it is involved in many aspects of RIF. The progression of RIF is closely related to autophagy. The targeted therapy of RIF by intervention in autophagy has become the frontier of research. However，little is known about the role of autophagy in RIF and the regulation of autophagy by Chinese medicine in the treatment of RIF. Therefore，it is necessary to further elucidate the relationship between autophagy and RIF in order to clarify the mechanism of autophagy in RIF and the mechanism of Chinese medicine regulating autophagy in targeted therapy of RIF. This article focused on the correlation between autophagy and RIF based on TCM theory，and systematically summarized the role of autophagy in RIF and the intervention of Chinese medicine by combining the effects of autophagy on inflammation damage，oxidative stress，apoptosis，and excessive ECM deposition in RIF， and the regulation mechanism of autophagy in TGF-β₁ and mTOR signaling pathways in RIF. This study was expected to provide a certain reference for the clinical treatment of RIF and the development of new drugs.

Chronic renal failure （CRF）， a common outcome of various chronic kidney diseases， is characterized by retention of metabolites and toxins， water-electrolyte imbalance， acid-base disturbance， and various symptoms in diverse systems. The incidence and progression of this disease are influenced by many factors， particularly the change of intestinal flora. Previous research shows that the intestinal flora interacts with CRF. For CRF patients， the metabolic waste fails to be cleared in time due to the gradual decline of renal function and thus accumulates in vivo. Moreover， CRF changes the composition of intestinal flora， damages intestinal barrier， and accelerates the synthesis of intestinal uremic toxins and the accumulation in blood. As a result， the renal injury is aggravated. The imbalance of intestinal flora can induce acute kidney injury， increase cardiovascular complications， stimulate immune inflammatory responses， and thus aggravate the progression of CRF. Microbiota-targeted therapy for CRF has become the research focus. According to traditional Chinese medicine， kidney disease is related to the intestine and kidney disease should be treated from the intestine. Spleen and kidney are in the closest relationship with the pathogenesis of CRF and the intestinal flora. Chinese medicine， which features multiple targets， multiple effects， and multiple components， acts on the "gut-kidney axis". It is thus superior in the clinical treatment of CRF and the regulation of intestinal flora. To be specific， it intervenes in intestinal flora to delay the process of CRF. In this paper， based on the correlation of traditional Chinese medicine theory with intestinal flora and CRF， this paper reviewed the interaction between intestinal flora and CRF and traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the intestinal flora for the treatment of CRF， which is expected to serve as a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease and the drug development.
