The character of exposure-response relationship between particulate matter and population mortality has been one of the critical and difficult problems in air pollution epidemiological study. The character of exposure-response relationship included the shape of the exposure-response relationship and the existence of the threshold concentration. In this paper, the recent relevant researches on the character of exposure-response relationship between particulate matter and population mortality were reviewed. The threshold concentration of particulate matter for mortality was not found and the shape of the exposure-response curve need to be further studied. Now, in China, we are facing a good opportunity for researching the exposure-response relationship between particulate matter and population mortality.

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP)on acute my-ocardial infarction (AMI)complicated pump failure. Methods:Clinical data of 82 AMI patients complicated pump failure, which received emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Oct 2013,were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into IABP group (n=42,received PCI with auxiliary IABP)and routine PCI group (n=40,only received routine PCI therapy).Success rate of treatment,mortality,he-modynamic conditions [systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP)and heart rate (HR)]stable to PCI time, length of hospital stay and complications were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with routine PCI group after treatment, there were significant rise in blood pressure [SBP: (80.3± 16.2)mmHg vs. (88.4±12.5)mmHg,DBP:(55.4±10.2)mmHg vs.(60.0±10.5)mmHg]and urine volume [(30.2±8.3)ml/h vs.(40.3±9.4)ml/h],and significant reduction in HR [(92.4±26.1)times/min vs.(80.5±18.5)times/min] in IABP group,P <0.05~<0.01;there was significant increase in success rate (72.5% vs.83.3%),and signifi-cant decrease in mortality rate (27.5% vs.16.7%),time stable to PCI for hemodynamical condition [(10.1±8.1) h vs.(5.0±2.5)h]and length of hospital stay [(18.4±6.2)d vs.(13.5±4.2)d]in IABP group,P <0.05 all;incidence rate of complications was no significant difference between groups (P >0.05).Conclusion:IABP adjuvant treatment helps to raise success rate of PCI,improve hemodynamic condition and increase urine volume, shorten length of hospital stay in patients with AMI complicated pump failure.

To explore novel histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors with anti-tumor activity, twelve target compounds were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. Evaluation results in vitro showed that compound Ia exhibited potent inhibition against HDAC and is worth for further investigation. And compounds IIa, IIb, IIIa-IIIi possessed moderate HDAC inhibitory activity.
4.Expressions of Smad gene and protein in skin pathological scar
China Modern Doctor 2015;(19):8-11
Objective To observe expressions of Smad gene and protein in skin pathological scar. Methods Every ex-perimental samples were obtained from 136 patients, who underwent scar resection or were recruited healthy people, from April 2010 to April 2014,including 47 patients with keloid,44 patients with hypertrophic scar,45 healthy people. Each sample was taken by RT-PCR and flow cytometry and results were analyzed. Results The expressions of Smad3 and TGF-β1 gene showd that keloid group and hypertrophic scar group were more than normal skin group, the differ-ences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Smad3 and TGF-β1 are important characters of hyper-trophic scar and keloid.

Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine(DEX)combined with sufentanil for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)on postoperative immune function and respiratory function recovery in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Method From October 2020 to June 2022,92 ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients scheduled for thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were selected in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into sufentanil group(Group S)and DEX group(Group D)with 46 cases in each group. There was one case of postoperative bleeding in group S and one case of intraoperative bleeding in group D withdrew from the experiment.the group S postoperative PCIA with sufentanil injection 1.0 μg/kg pre day and tropisetron hydrochloride 20 mg/150 ml,Group D was treated with dexmedetomidine 1.0 μg/kg pre day and sufentanil injection 1.0 μg/kg pre day and tropisetron hydrochloride 20 mg/150 ml.At the four time points in preoperative day(T0),24 h(T1),48h(T2)and 72 h(T3)after operation.Rest and cough NRS scores and SAS scores were recorded and venous blood samples were taken to detected CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CRP and PCT,Arterial blood gas analysis was detected to calculate OI;clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),the incidence of hypoxemia and pulmonary edema and adverse reactions including nausea and vomiting, drowsiness, bradycardia, respiratory depression and shivers were recorded at T2.Results Compared with S group,NRS score of resting or cough,SAS score,CRP and PCT of group D were significantly decreased at T,to T3(P<0.05),while CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and OI value was increased,CD8+was only lower in T1(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in rest and cough NRS scores、SAS scores、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CRP,PCT and OI between the two groups at T0(P>0.05).Compared with T0,Rest and cough NRS scores、CRP and PCT were significantly increased,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、OI and SAS scores were decreased in the two groups at T1-T3,CD8+increased only at T1 and T2(P<0.05).Compared with group S[8(17.8%),(3.5±1.3)],the proportion of nausea and vomiting and CPIS score in group D[1(2.2%),(1.2±1.1)]was decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of hypoxemia, pulmonary edema, drowsiness, bradycardia, respiratory depression and shivers(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil patient-controlled analgesia has better analgesic and sedative effects, which can not only reduce the degree of immunosuppression caused by surgical trauma, but also reduce the adverse reactions of opioids, and is conducive to the recovery of postoperative respiratory function. It is a safer PCIA method after thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.
