LATS2-gene,as one homolog of LATS tumor suppressor family, plays an important role in the control of cell cycles and tumor development through Hippo pathway,p53 gene and Ras-ERK signal transduction.Once an aberrant expression of LATS2 in cell to happen,it may lead to the tumor occurrence.

Objective To investigate the effect of Site-Rite 5 vascular ultrasound on puncturing of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ veins. Methods Purposive sampling was used and 59 patients with grade Ⅱ and iⅢ veins to receive peripheral intravenous catheteration (PIV) were divided into observation group and control group according to the different wards:30 patients in the observation group and 29 in the control group. The control group received indwelling PIV by routine method and in the observation group, the patients' veins were assessed by Site-Rite 5 ultrasound-guided instrument and marked, followed by puncturing with PIV.The two groups were compared in terms of one-time success rate and incidence of complications. Results The one-time success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusions By the Site-Rite 5 ultrasound-guided instrument, the invisible veins become visible. It is beneficial to improve the success rate of puncturing.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of B cell prolymphocytic leukemia (B-PLL).Methods The clinical manifestation, treatment and outcome of a 33-year-old man with B-PLL were reported. Results The young patient had thrombocytopenia and systemic B-symptoms,markedly raised lymphocyte'count, bulky splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy. He refused stem cell transplant,so RFC regimen (fludarabine, cyclophosphomide and rituximab) therapy were administered. After 4 cycles of RFC therapy, the patient achieved a complete immunophenotypical and hematological remission response. Conclusion RFC therapy might be a feasible and useful treatment option for B-PLL.

Objective To develop a dental crown remover with the strength provided constantly and adjusted freely. Methods The remover was composed of a shell, a crown hook, a conduction mechanism, a strength generating mechanism and a percussion mechanism. The spring had the explosive force formed in the crown head to destruct the cohesion of the cement. Results The remover could remove the crown, with one hand freed for the protection of abutment and mucous membrane. Conclusion The remover has simple structure and easy operation, and is worth popularizing clinically.

Objective:This study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy and prognosis between rituximab plus fludarabine and cyclophosphamide (FCR) and fludarabine and cyclophosphamide (FC) regimens for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Methods:The clinical data of 58 patients with CLL treated with FCR or FC regimens from December 2002 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Therapy efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results:Among the 58 pa-tients, 27 (44.4%) experienced complete remission (CR) in the FCR group and 31 patients (19.4%) experienced CR in the FC group (P=0.039). The overall response rate (ORR) of the FCR group was higher than that of the FC group (81.5%and 51.6%, respectively, P=0.017). Fourteen patients achieved MRD-negative rating after therapy. PFS and OS in MRD-negative patients were superior compared with the MRD-positive group (P=0.000, 0.003). The proportion of MRD-negative patients in the FCR group was higher than that in the FC group (37.0%and 12.9%, respectively, P=0.032). PFS in high-risk genetic patients was lower than that in low-risk genetic patients (P=0.011, 0.027). The OS time between the two groups did not exhibit any difference. Conclusion:FCR produced a high CR and ORR in patients with CLL. Many patients in the FCR group were responsive to the treatment. Thus, FCR could be a more effective regimen than FC for patients with CLL.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(9):55-59
Objective To investigate the effect of human caring ability on job satisfaction of nurses in the oncological department. Method About 215 nurses in the department were enrolled in the study with both caring nurse-patient action scale (CNPI-23) and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ). Results CNPI-23 score on oncology nurses was 88.42±13.54 and MSQ score 44.87±11.34. Nurses' caring ability was associated with age, work experience, marital status and job title. Nurses' humanistic care ability was positively correlated with job satisfaction (r=.433;P<0.001). Job satisfaction was positively related with humanistic care ability (t=6.617, P<0.001), which explained 23.4% variable. Conclusions The oncological nurses' caring ability needs to be improved. It is possible to improve the capability of nurse humanity from the perspective of job satisfaction.

Objective:
To understand the prevalence of gynecologic diseases among married female workers.
Methods:
The data of married female workers who underwent occupational health examination in a physical examination center from January to December 2017 were collected. The relationship between the detection of common gynecological diseases, age and occupational types examined by gynecological routine, TCT, breast B-mode ultrasound, uterus and appendix B-mode ultrasound were analyzed.
Results:
Among the 1142 female workers, the total detection rate of reproductive tract infections was 67.25% (768/1142), the total detection rate of breast-related diseases was 75.22% (859/1142) ; the total detection rate of gynecological tumors and benign lesions was 14.71% (168/1142). The detection rate of breast hyperplasia was the highest 67.08% (766/1142), followed by vaginitis 51.66% (590/1142). Among the abnormalities detected in breast-related diseases, gynecological tumors and benign lesions, the highest detection rate was found in public institutions (85.66% and 27.13%), and the lowest was found in factory workers (70.24% and 7.89%). With the increase of age, the detection rate of breastrelated diseases (breast hyperplasia, breast cyst), gynecological tumors, benign lesions (uterine myoma), and Nessler's cyst abnormalities in married female workers increased (χ2trend=7.647、21.653、107.411、53.802,

Journal of Chinese Physician 2022;24(5):700-706
Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression profile of miRNAs in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and to discuss the clinical significance of differentially expressed miRNAs.Methods:MiRNA microarray was used to analyze the expression of miRNA in peripheral blood of 3 pairs of ASD patients-healthy controls; 17 pairs of ASD patients-healthy controls were used to verify the differentially expressed miRNA; Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the differential expression the value of miRNA in the diagnosis of ASD.Results:A total of 32 differentially expressed genes were screened by 3 pairs of miRNA microarray including 12 up-regulated miRNAs and 20 down-regulated miRNAs. miRNA verification of 20 differentially expressed miRNAs showed miR-15a-5p, miR-27a-3p , miR-142-3p and miR-142-5p were significantly down-regulated in children with ASD, with statistically significant difference (all P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of the above four miRNAs diagnosing ASD were all greater than 0.70, with sensitivities 94.12%, 100%, 100%, and 82.35%, respectively. Conclusions:The expression of miR-142-3p, miR-27a-3p/miR-15a-5p, and miR-142-5p is down-regulated in the peripheral blood of ASD patients, and has the potential as biomarkers for early screening of ASD.
