Objective:To develop the questionnaire of nurses′ neurogenic bladder knowledge, attitude and behavior and test its reliability and validity. Methods:Based on the knowledge-attitude-behavior model, literature reviewing and expert consultation, the item pool was developed.A total of 286 clinical nurses from 4 hospitals in Zhejiang Province were surveyed. The different statistical analysis methods were used to select items and its reliability and validity was tested. Results:The final questionnaire consisted of 42 items: knowledge dimension with 18 items, attitude dimension with 11 items, and practice dimension with 13 items. The Cronbach α coefficient and test-retest reliability were 0.952 and 0.818 respectively. The item level content validity index ranged from 0.857 to 1.000, and the scale level content validity index was 0.993. Seven factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis, accounting for 69.839% of the total variance. Conclusions:The questionnaires reliable and valid, which could be applied to related clinical investigation.

Objective:
To sample survey the relationship between acute mountain sickness and mental health of officers and soldiers, so as to provide theoretical direction for the psychological prevent and counsel of them.
Methods:
In May 2017, 61 officers and soldiers were selectedas subject investigated, and divided to AMS group included 35 persons and non-AMS group included 26 persons according to the finding of theAMS symptom division point table, then used symptom self-testing tableto test and evaluate the mental health of them.
Results:
The AMS group showed significantly higher scores on the psychological parameters such as omatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, phobicanxiety, parnoid ideation and so on (105.20±13.82, 1.37±0.26, 1.14±0.21, 1.16±0.19, 1.16±0.18, 1.06±0.11, 1.10±0.17, 1.22±0.19,

Objective:To translate the English version and cross-cultural adaptation of Readiness for Return-To-Work Scale (RRTW) into Chinese and tested the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of RRTW in young and middle-aged stroke patients. Methods:RRTW was translated into Chinese with standard translation-retroversion. From August to December 2020, 235 stroke patients in the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University were recruited by convenient sampling. The scale was tested by the reliability and validity. Results:The Chinese version of RRTW for stroke was composed of two parts: The first part was divided into four dimensions, with a total of 13 entries; For the unworked stroke population, the second part was divided into two dimensions, with a total of nine entries for the reworked stroke population. The content validity index (CVI) for each item was from 0.875 to 1.000. The total CVI for all items was 0.994. The Pearson correlation coefficient between dimension and scale was from 0.523 to 0.876. Four common factors were obtained from the first part and the cumulative contribution rate was 62.563%. Two common factors were obtained from the second part and the cumulative contribution rate was 49.908%. The Cronbach α coefficient in the first part was 0.760 and in the second part was 0.693.Conclusions:The Chinese version of RRTW for stroke patients has good reliability and validity, which can be used to assess the readiness level of stroke patients to return to work in Chinese society.
