Objective To explore the correlation between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection with infantile hepatitis syn‐drome(IHS) and hepatic function damage .Methods The real‐time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was a‐dopted to test the urine HCMV DNA in 236 infants with IHS and 236 healthy infants ,respectively .The hepatic functions in 254 in‐fants with HCMV infection were analyzed retrospectively .Results Among these 236 cases of IHS ,the positive rates of HCMV DNA in urine sample was 62 .7% (148/236) .The positive rates of HCMV DNA and HCMV IgM in the IHS group were significant‐ly higher than those in the control group with statistical difference(P< 0 .01) .The liver function indexes in 254 infants with HCMV infection showed that the serum concentrations of total bilirubin (TBIL ) ,gamma glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT ) ,total bile acid (TBA) ,aspartate aminotransferase(AST ) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT ) were higher than the normal reference ranges ,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0 .01) .Conclusion The detection rate of HCMV infection is high among the in‐fants with IHS in Guangxi area and HCMV is an important pathogen of IHS .HCMV may lead to hepatic function damage .

Objective To analyze the published papers in Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases. Methods A total of 1 646 articles published in Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases from January 2007 to December 2016 in China National Knowlege Internet (CNKI) database were retrieved, and 1 625 articles were included after checking duplicate and excluding invalid documents. The data in the CNKI Citation Database were reffered.Data processing and analysis were conducted by bibliometrics. Results The influencing factors of Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases from 2007 to 2016 were 0.503 and 0.803,showing an overall growth trend. The average core citation rate remains stable at about 0.89.There were high productive authors cooperation teams, and the number of core authors accounted for 65.8% (1069/1625) of the total number of papers. The main publishing organizations were concentrated in the three level of first-class hospital, such as Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University, accounting for 27.3% (444/1 625) of the total number of documents issued.Hot topics included intracranial aneurysms, cerebral infarction, cerebral ischemia, stent implantation, and so on.Conclusions Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases steadily increases in its influence, and the research ability of the author groups is stronger. It is one of the most important information sources in the field of cerebrovascular disease research in China.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship of cathepsin L (CatL) with coronary heart disease (CHD), severity of coronary stenosis and risk factors of CHD.
METHODS:
A total of 137 CHD patients and 48 controls were included in the study, to determined the serum levels of CatL, high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), fasting glucose (FBS), total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1(Apo-A1) and apolipoprotein B. All the subjects were invited for a coronary angiography, using the sum of the Gensini scores to assess the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
RESULTS:
Serum CatL levels were significantly higher in CHD patients (5.63 +/= 0.12 microg/L) than non-CHD subjects (3.93 +/= 0.22 microg/L, P<0.01). CatL was an independent risk factor of CHD in Logistic regression analysis [Exp(B)=2.341, 95%CI 1.567 approximately 3.496, P<0.01]. Serum CatL levels were associated positively with the Gensini scores(r=0.228, P<0.01); In fact, CatL was an independent correlator of Gensini scores (P<0.05). CatL inversely associated with HDL-C (r=-0.228, P<0.01) and ApoA1(r=-0.187, P<0.05), and positively with FBS(r=0.161, P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
CatL is involved in the pathogenesis of CHD. Serum CatL levels could reflect the severity of coronary luminal narrowings. CatL might participate in glucose and lipid metabolic disorders.

Objective:Guiding hospitals to strengthen the emphasis on clinical medical research, promote hospital discipline construction, to improve the quality of medical services and clinical innovation capacities. Methods:Starting from different user groups, combines the experience of the knowledge base of the library construction institution of Grade-A Tertiary Hospital and the cooperation experience with various functional departments, this paper analyzes the functional structure of the institutional repository according to the problems faced in the actual work to explore the difficulties during the construction process. Results:The construction of the Institutional Repository of hospitals for different users is imminent. In addition to the use of Institutional Repository to improve the utilization of intelligence and information resources, the construction of institutional repository on the evaluation of science and technology influence can also promote the development of hospital disciplines. Conclusions:A solution method is proposed, based on the background of scientific and technological influence evaluation, the future construction direction of the institutional repository.
