Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
Since medicine possesses the nature of humanity, life education has remarkable significance for medical students.By interpreting teaching experience in the curriculum of interpretation of life and death, this paper explores the importance of life education in cultivating overall quality of medical graduates.Education should not only answer the questions in life, but also guide us go through the significance of life, and surpass the wonders of life.As for medical students, the curriculum of life and death is also a crucial approach to enhancing educational effect and cultivating their quality of humanistic care, thus much emphasis should be paid to the curriculum of interpretation of life and death.
3.Parenteral nutrition in acute severe pancreatitis-report of 27 cases
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2000;8(1):59-
Abstracts Experience in total parenteral nutrition (TPN) support for 27 patients with acute severe panereatitis is presented. Most patients were seriously ill, and the course were long and complicated with a mean duration of 64 days, and the longest one was 179 days. Metabolic disturbance and malnutrition were very conspicuous. The mean duration of TPN support for each patient was 24 days, and the longest one maintained for 72 days. TPN began from the early stage and cover the whole period of alimentary dysfunction until the patient could take food by mouth in most patients. Combined treatment was important, ineluding: early operation in 19 patients, intra-and/or postoperative lavage of pancreatic bed and and peritoneal cavity in 13 patients, and as well as appropriated conservative management. Late operative drainage for pancreatic abscess was done in 7 cases. Results Were satisfactory with 22 (81. 5% ) were cured and 5 (18. 5% ) died. In the latter, 3 were died of pancreatic sepsis complicated with infective shock, 2 died of exhaustion, together with pneumonia and multiple system organ filure. None of early died.
4.Exploration of the method to medical humanistic education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(9):1064-1066
Medical humanistic education becomes “remarkable leaning” because many problems arise from the development of contemporary medicine such as the meaning of life, the medical aim,the medical model and doctor-patient relationship etc.Multi-channel and multi-modal development of medical humanistic education has become a must to understand medicine and makes it develope soundly, and all-directional resultant force and the environment of medical humanistic education, striving for studies,is an exploration and even a mission and responsibility
5.Social Medicalization and the Emotional Basis of Life Education for Medical Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The development of social medicalization is mainly based on technical and capital logic.De-humanization of technology and the profits-pursing nature of capital cause unbalanced development of modern medicine in the aspects of materials and human as value subject. As a component of medical humanities education, life education should be based on human's emotion of life, strengthened in the cultivation of sympathy, respect as well as concern and control of subject's expansion by emotional strength, which is also an important element in the cultivation of medical humanities spirit.
6.Application of needle -based confocal laser endomicroscopy in diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(1):49-52
Pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs)have various pathological types, extremely different biological behaviors, and different progno-sis.Current diagnosis of PCLs mainly depends on a comprehensive analysis of the patient's medical history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, serological examinations, fine needle aspiration biopsy, and cytological examination of cyst fluid.Needle -based confocal la-ser endomicroscopy (nCLE)is a novel method of microscopic endoscopy and is compatible with 19 -gauge puncture needle.Under the guid-ance of endoscopic ultrasound,nCLE can achieve real -time in vivo imaging of the cellular and subcellular structures of diseased tissues and thus helps with the accurate diagnosis of PCLs.This article reviews the application of nCLE in the diagnosis of PCLs.
7.Values of Confucianism Mind-nature Theory for Medical Ethics Education
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):742-746
As a core element of the Confucianism,mind-nature theory is full of the essence of Confucian mor-al education and has a profound influence on the Chinese national morality education.Confucianism mind-nature theory which takes Confucius and Mencius as representatives, after the continuous development of the future genera-tions,has been formed a complete ideological system.Confucianism mind-nature theory highly affirms the values of moral and unifies the values of life and moral. This article,by exploring the moral resources of Confucianism mind-nature theory, rethinks the ideas of contemporary ethics education and expounds how to enhance the effect of medical ethics education.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effects of S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) on ethanol-induced liver injury in rats. Methods 48 female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as control, model, small and large dose SAM groups. Except control group, all rats were fed high fat-containing diet plus ethanol and fish oil gavage for 8 weeks. SAM was administered by intraperitioneal injection after 4 weeks of exposure to ethanol. Plasma total homocysteine (tHcy), serum aminotransferase activity (ALT), liver malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) contents were assayed, and expression of TNF-? was detected by immunohistochemistry, and liver histology was also examined. Results Compared with control group, model group rats developed marked liver damage, accompanied by an increase of tHcy, ALT, and MDA levels, but a decrease of GSH levels (P0.05). Conclusion SAM prevents alcohol-induced liver injury in rats by reducing liver lipid peroxidation, together with down-regalation of expression of TNF-?. SAM does not affect the plasma total homocysteine levels.
