Objective To investigate the clinical application of cloth in turning patients over. Meth-ods 80 emergent patients of long-term bedridden without automtic movement and with spinal cord injury and paraplegia were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The ob-servation group used cloth for turning over, while the control group used the traditional free hand turning over method, the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups were compared. Results From the aspects of patients' subjective comfort, skin integrity, the labor intensity of nurses, the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusions Turning patients over with cloth overcomes the pushing, pulling, drnging and other defects of traditional flee-hand method, keep patients feel comfortable and skin integrity and non-dam-aged, nurses feel easy because of less labor and time.

16 ?g/mL, and ≤0.03 ?g/mL , respectively. The MICs did not show significant differences among the ungerminated conidia and the germinated conidia for all the isolates tested except A.versicolor and Phialophora verrucosa. Conclusions Terbinafine is effective against the isolates of Aspergillus spp., dematiaceous fungi and dermatophytes in vitro except Pseudallescheria boydii and Scedosporium apiospermum. The MIC of terbinafine obtained with ungerminated conidia may reflect the antifungal activity of terbinafine against germinated conidia and hyphae of some filamentous fungi in vitro.

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo, characteristics and influencing factors of ADR cases in our city. METHODS:In the retrospective statistical analysis study,a total of 752 ADR cases reported in Panzhihua Municipal ADR Monitoring Center in 2008 were analyzed and evaluated in respect of patients' age and sex, route of administration, drug varieties, organs and system involved and common countermeasures for ADR,etc. RESULTS:Of the total 752 ADR cases,323 cases of patients aged more than 60 showed the highest proportion(42.95%); 401 cases(53.32%) were caused by intravenous route; 810 kinds of drugs were used,of which antibiotics caused ADR in 317 cases (39.14%); lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common presentations of the ADR,which appeared in 314 cases(36.38%). CONCLUSION:The incidence of ADR relates to the patients' age, routed of administration and frequency of clinical drug use, which should be emphasized in the clinic.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2017;42(1):81-85
Insulin resistance (IR) is a complex metabolic disorder related to several diseases including type 2 diabetes (T2DM), hypertension and dyslipidemia. These diseases are all independent risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Lipid metabolism disorder has toxic effects on cells and may cause or aggravate IR in performance of elevated plasma levels of triglyceride (TG) and free fatty acids (FFA), the last one is an independent risk factor for IR. It has been clear that FFA may induce IR by endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, oxidative stress, apoptosis and inflammation, although the specific mechanisms remained unknown. The present paper summarizes the related molecules involved in the pathogenic process of IR and its mechanism, might provide a theoretical basis for the molecular mechanism of IR caused by FFA, and therapeutic reference for clinical treatment of IR and prevention of T2DM.

Objective To study the expression and the role of interferon-gamma (IFN-?)in murine systemic infection of Scedosporum apiospermum. Methods The murine models of systemic Scedosporum apiospermum infection was established by inoculation of the pathogenic fungi. ELISA and RT-PCR were applied to detect the expression level of IFN-? protein and mRNA in spleens, respectively. Colony formingunit (cfu) of infected kidneys was determined with the plating dilution method. The mean survival time (MST) of the mice was also recorded. Results IFN-? levels in lethal infection group were lower than those of the normal controls (P 0.05 on day 7). IFN-? levels of sublethal infection group were higher than those of normal controls (P 0.05 on day 7). But the IFN-? levels were significantly lower in the immunosuppressed group than those in the sublethal infection group (P

The chemical components of mainstream smoke were trapped by the artifical salvia. A novel method) for the analysis of the trapped chemical components was established using stir bar sorptive extraction(SBSE)) followed by a thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(TD-GC-MS). The major) factors including desorption temperature, desorption time, cryofocusing temperature, extraction time and the addition of sodium chloride were studied. Under the optimized conditions, the average relative standard deviation(RSD) of peak areas of 44 components which were identified from the artifical saliva for 6 determinations was less than 10%, which showed the good repeatability of this method. The experiment result indicated that the SBSE-TD-GC-MS technique provided a powerful tool for the analysis of smoke components of some cigarette) trapped and dissolved in the saliva.

Objective To explore the influence of early system rehabilitation treatment on severe brain injury. Methods 120 inpatients with severe brain injury were divided into 4 groups according to the disease course. Group 1: <1 month; Group 2: 1~3 months, Group 3: 3~6 months; Group 4: 6~12 months. Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were assessed before and 2 months after treatment. Results All groups were with better effects after treatment than before (P<0.05), early system rehabilitation had better effects especially for Group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can facilitate the recovery of patients with severe brain injury

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2018;12(5):476-480
Health management in the new era is significantly different from previous practices in terms of connotation, denotation, content, efficiency, and organizational framework. New health management systems utilize Internet technology, Internet of things, and artificial intelligence in order to manage individuals′ health in a comprehensive way. Reviewing the development of health management domestically and abroad, this article elaborates the connotations of health management and proposes that health management under the Healthy China strategy should focus on a combination of clinical care and prevention.

Objective To analyze fungal isolates from patients with superficial fungal infections during 1960-2006.Methods Fungal strains isolated from patients with superficial (mucocutaneous and cutaneous)fungal infections and identified in the Medical Mycology Clinical Laboratory,Department of Dermatology and Venereology,Union Hospital, from 1960 to 2006 (data from September 1991 to July 1992 were unavailable),were subjected to a classification and statistical analysis.Clinical samples for mycological examination were taken from outpatients or inpatients of different departments in hospitals of Hubei province and surrounding areas.Morphological, physiological and biochemical methods were applied for species identification. Results A total of 11 989 Candida strains were isolated, which belonged to 23 species and 16 genera. They fell into 3 groups,i.e.,dermatophytes,Candida and yeasts (including Malassezia),and non-dermatophyte moulds.Since 287 strains of moulds were suspected to be contaminating fungi,11 702 residual isolates were analyzed.Of the analyzed isolates,Candida species (5642/11 702,48.2% )and dermatophytes (5279/11 702,45.1% )predominated, followed by yeasts (449/11 702,3.8%) and Malassezia species (332/11 702,2.8%).The most frequently isolated species was Trichophyton rubrum (3865/11 702,33.0%),Candida albicans (3110/11 702,26.6% ) and non-albicans Candida species (2532/11 702,21.6% ).Dermatophyte strains were mostly isolated from lesions of smooth skin with an exception of palmoplantar and interdigit regions (1787/5279,37.7%).The most common dermatophyte species was Trichophyton rubrum, followed by Trichophyton violanceum.Candida was mainly isolated from mucous membrane lesions (4099/5642,72.7%),with Candida albicans being the predominant species. Conclusions Candida species and dermatophytes predominate in patients with superficial fungal infections during 1960-2006,with Trichophyton rubrum being the most common species.
