1.Analysis of electrocardiogram changes on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model in rats
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the electrocardiogram changes of myocardial ischemia(30 min) and reperfusion(120 min) in rats. Methods:We selected 16 SD rats to set up models of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, and observed the changes of P complex,QRS complex,T wave,S-T segment and the occurrence of arrhythmia in electrocardiogram of lead Ⅱ. Results: ①12 models were useful.② R waves of the 12 models rose transitorily and abnormally during the occlusion of the left coronary artery;new q waves appeared or original q waves deepened when reperfused for 15-20 min, further more, the q waves broadened and deepened gradually along with the reperfusion.③S-T segment and T wave of the 12 models rose gradually from the beginning of coronary artery occlusion to ischemia 20 min. After that they were relatively stable during the ischemia and descended rapidly after the start of reperfusion. The fall of ST segment and T wave was more than 50% before reperfused for 15 min.④Ventricular arrhythmia appeared in 13 models, which occurred mainly after 5-10 min of the coronary artery occlusion and the start of reperfusion. Conclusion: The results suggest that the gradual elevation of S-T segment and T wave to the peak within 15-20 min of myocardial ischemia can be regarded as the index of coronary artery occlusion of rats.Rapid falling of S-T segment and T wave after the start of reperfusion and over 50% drop within 15 min of reperfusion can be regarded as the index of coronary artery reflow of rats.
2.THE USE OF TOTAL PARENTERAL NUTRITON (TPN) IN SURGICAL PATIENTS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
A series of 61 patients are presented, among them 38 patients(twenty with cancer of esophagus, two with cancer of cardia, four with cancer of the upper part of st- omach, and radical resection were done in all of them)have been supported by TPN during perioperative and postoperative period, none of leakage at the anastomostic stoma occured; five paients with external fistulas of the alimentary tract supported by TPN healed spontaneously in four, operative closure of fistula was necessary in one, and all were cured. TPN was used in other 18 patients with miscellaneous disease, among them two of the patients with acute haemorrhagic pancreatitis were cured. One patient with major nutritional problem is presented in detail, for whom TPN had been continued for 225 days.
3.Distributions of purinergic P2X_3 receptor immunoreactive afferent fibers in the rat pharyngeal mucosa
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2009;40(6):1005-1007
Objective To study the distribution of purinergic P2X_3 receptor immunoreactive afferent fibers in the rat pharyngeal mucosa and provide morphological evidence for exploring the role of ATP in the signal transduction of sensory stimuli. Methods Twelve adult Wistar rats were used and immunofluorescenthistochemical double-labeling technique combined laser confocal scanning microscope was applied in the present study. Results 1.P2X_3 immunoreactive fibers were observed on sections from all parts of pharyngeal mucosa. Two types of positive fibers were found. One was free nerve fibers covered with many varicosities. Another one ramified in mucosa and showed complex arborization endings. Nerve plexus in mucosa were formed by P2X_3 immunoreactive fiber ramifications. 2.Most calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) positive fibers intermingled with P2X_3 immunoreactive fiber arborizations. A few P2X_3 immunoreactive fibers were covered with many varicosities co-localized with CGRP. 3.In petrosal ganglion, most neurons were stained with P2X_3 or CGRP immunoreactivity and small number of P2X_3 immunoreactive neurons co-stained with CGRP. Conclusion These results indicated that the different types of afferent fibers in rat pharyngeal mucosa expressed purinergic P2X_3 receptor immunoreactivity and ATP might be related to nociceptive or physiological signals transduction in rat pharyngeal mucosa.

6.Effect of Fuzheng Hunao Capsule on Protein Expression of TNF-? and HSP70 of Myocardial Tissues in Rats with Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Hunao capsule on TNF-? and HSP70 protein expression of myocardial tissues in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Seventy two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham, model,Fuzheng Hunao and Angong Niuhuang. The protein expression of TNF-? and HSP70 in rat myocardial tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistiy method, and the integrated optical density (IOD) was measured with image analysis.Result The IOD of TNF-? and HSP70 in model group was higher than that in sham group. The IOD of TNF-? in Fuzheng Hunao and Angong Niuhuang group was lower than that in model group. While the IOD of HSP70 was higher than that in model group. Conclusion Inflammatory response attend the myocardial damage.Fuzheng Hunao capsule could protect the myocardial tissues by inhibiting the protein expression of TNF-? and increasing that of HSP70.
7.Parenteral nutrition in acute severe pancreatitis-report of 27 cases
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2000;8(1):59-
Abstracts Experience in total parenteral nutrition (TPN) support for 27 patients with acute severe panereatitis is presented. Most patients were seriously ill, and the course were long and complicated with a mean duration of 64 days, and the longest one was 179 days. Metabolic disturbance and malnutrition were very conspicuous. The mean duration of TPN support for each patient was 24 days, and the longest one maintained for 72 days. TPN began from the early stage and cover the whole period of alimentary dysfunction until the patient could take food by mouth in most patients. Combined treatment was important, ineluding: early operation in 19 patients, intra-and/or postoperative lavage of pancreatic bed and and peritoneal cavity in 13 patients, and as well as appropriated conservative management. Late operative drainage for pancreatic abscess was done in 7 cases. Results Were satisfactory with 22 (81. 5% ) were cured and 5 (18. 5% ) died. In the latter, 3 were died of pancreatic sepsis complicated with infective shock, 2 died of exhaustion, together with pneumonia and multiple system organ filure. None of early died.
