China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety and efficacy of alanyl-glutamine dipeptide administered via peripheral vein total parenteral nutrition(TPN)in patients after gastrointestinal operation.METHODS:64cases after gastrointestinal operations were randomly divided into routine TPN group(control group)and TPN plus alanyl-glutamine dipeptide group(therapeautic group),all of which were treated with the corresponding medicines from the first day to the7th day after oper?ation.RESULTS:The levels of both seralbumin and prealbumin rebounded on the8th day after operation with those of the control group rebound more slowly, significant differences were noted between the2groups(P

3.Briefly on Applying Rules of Letting-out-therapy of Ye Tianshi
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
The key point of treating warm diseases is expelling pathogen, and of the total letting-out-therapy is particularly important.Ye Tianshi,a great master of thermy and heat diseases in the Qing dynasty had a brilliant exposition on it,and it specifically embodied on the treatments of wei,qi,ying and xue syndromes. His experience of using drugs was also full of characteristics. This article tries to explore the applying rules of letting-out-therapy of Ye Tianshi.
6.Relationship between high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and idiopathic pulmonary embolism
Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(5):491-493
Objective To investigate the relationship between high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and idiopathic pulmonary embolism. Methods Clinical data of 34 patients with idiopathic pulmonary embolism from January 2005 to March 2011 were enrolled and healthy people with gender, age and basic diseasematched at the same period were selected as control. The venous blood samples of all the subjects were taken at 7:00 am after 10 hours of fasting and analyzed for total cholesterol (TC),lower-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C).Results Compared with healthy people, patients had reduced HDL-C level with a statistical significance ( ( 1.10 ± 0.28 ) mmol/L vs ( 1.49 ± 0.35 ) mmol/L,t =- 5.427,P < 0.05 ).However,no statistically significant differences were found in the levels of TC and LDL- C (P > 0.05 ).HDL-C was correlated with idiopathic pulmonary embolism( r =0.284,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The levels of HDL-C,but not TC or LDL-C,might be associated with the idiopathic pulmonary embolism.
7.Observation on the effect of Liqidingchuan pill combined with Dexamethasone on the treatment of the patients with acute asthma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):116-118
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of LiQiDingChuan pill combined with Dexamethasone on the treatment of patients with acute asthma. Methods 93 patients with acute asthma from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases). The control group were received dexamethasone, and the observation group were given LiQiDingChuan pill combined with Dexamethasone. The main symptoms disappeared time, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, peak expiratory flow rate value, hs-CRP, TNF-α and clinical efficacy were recorded and analyzed. Results ①After treatment, wheezing cough, chest tightness and wheezing disappeared time were(4.71±0.59)d,(2.85±0.49)d,(4.93±0.70)d in the observation group, which were shorter than(7.76±1.02)d,(5.16±0.74)d,(8.67±1.12)d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).② After treatment, FEV1 and PEF levels were(65.69±3.74)V/L,(218.92±16.09)L/s, which were better than(57.45±3.62)V/L,(176.34±15.14)L/s in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).③ After treatment, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels were(6.76±0.78)mg/L,(7.99±1.87)pg/mL, which were better than(6.76±0.78)mg/L,(7.99±1.87)pg/Ml in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).④The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.49%, which was significantly higher than 71.74% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqidingchuan pills combined with dexamethasone treatment has a good therapeutic effect on acute phase of asthma, which can reduce asthma related symptoms, reduce the inflammation level in the patients, optimize the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and peak expiratory flow rate. The combination is better than the single drug.
8.Effect of Electroacupuncture on Hypothalamic and Hippocampal Expressions of Ghrelin and Ghrelin Receptor mRNA in Functional Dyspepsia Rats
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(7):673-677
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on hypothalamic and hippocampal expressions of ghrelin and ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) mRNA in functional dyspepsia (FD) rats. Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly allocated to normal control, model control, medication and electroacupuncture groups, 20 rats each. A rat model of FD was made by tail clamp modeling method. The medication group received an oral gavage of cisapride solution and the electroacupuncture group, electroacupuncture treatment. The expressions of ghrelin protein and GHS-R mRNA in the hypothalamus and hippocampus were examined by Western blot and real-time PCR, respectively, in all the four groups. Results Compared with the model control group of rats, the expression of ghrelin protein in the hypothalamus and the expression of GHS-R mRNA in the hypothalamus and hippocampus increased in the medication group (P<0.05) and the expressions of ghrelin protein and GHS-R mRNA in the hypothalamus and hippocampus were up-regulated in the electroacupuncture group (P<0.05). Compared with the medication group of rats, the expressions of ghrelin protein and GHS-R mRNA in the hippocampus were up-regulated in the electroacupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusions Electroacupuncture and medication can improve gastrointestinal functions and correct an imbalance in the brain-gut axis through the hippocampus-hypothalamic pathway by regulating hypothalamic and hippocampal ghrelin protein and GHS-R mRNA contents and activating hypothalamic neurons and hippocampal excitatory synapses.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(04):-
Objective To describe the salt consumption of residents in China, and provide basic information to develope intervention strategies. Method The data of 2002 China National Nutrition and Health Survey was used for this analysis. Results The amount of salt consumption of Chinese population was 10.7g per day. The daily salt intake was 11.1g for rural residents, which higher than that (9.7g) of their urban counterparts. 81.6% of the subjects consumed salt more than 6g per day, thereinto, 83.8% of the rural residents consumed more than 6g per day, while so did 76.8% of urban residents. The main resource of salt was from table salt (82.8%), and then followed by soybean sauce (10.0%). Conclusion The salt consumption of Chinese residents is higher than the recommendation by Chinese Nutrition Society. It is very important to strengthen the health education about diet so as to prevent and control hypertension and other chronic disease.
