Objective:To use defibrillators calibration detection method, some problems could be find out and analyzed. Moreover, the quality safety of defibrillators calibration can be guaranteed. Methods:According to WSB 64-2003 verification regulation for cardiac defibrillators and cardiac defibrillator-Monitors, and the practical experience of effective detection methods, defibrillation analyzer verification can be used to detect the performance parameters of cardiac defibrillators. Results:In accordance with the effective test method, through regular check, not only can cardiac defibrillators risk be eliminated but also quality safety of clinical use and the life safety of patients will be safeguarded. Conclusion:The quality control can prevent medical accidents that caused by facility loses, at the same time, if we are pay attention to the daily maintenance, the defibrillator can be played a role in emergency time.

Objective To investigate expression and role of protease catenin-1(PN-1), thrombin(thrombin), protease activated receptor-1(PAR-1) in rats brain edema tissue after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods Adult male SD rats 80 were randomly divided into sham group,ICH group after number, 40 in each group, ICH group autologous arterial method of making a rat model of experimental ICH in the right caudate nucleus unit injection. The degree of neurological dysfunction between 2 groups was evaluated at 12 h,24 h and 120 h after post-operation.Observed the morphology of brain cells by HE staining.Changes of PN-1,thrombin, PAR-1 index in rat brain tissue at 3,6,10,12,24,48 and 120 h were detected by Western blot. Results Neurological dysfunction score ICH rats after modeling 12,48,120 h were significantly lower than the sham group(P<0.05);ICH in rats after modeling 3,6,10,12,24,48 and 120 h of brain tissue PN-1, thrombin, PAR-1 compared with sham-operated group were significantly increased (P<0.05); ICH rat brain tissue PN-1, thrombin, PAR-1 appeared in 12 h after modeling shwed a gradual downward trend (P<0.05). Conclusion ICH hematoma surrounding brain tissue in rats PN-1 has the effect of inhibiting thrombin and PAR-1 overexpression, cause nerve damage.

Objective To seek for the best clinical nursing pathway for early limbs activity of patients with high-risk hemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery and to reduce limbs paralysis and improve their life quality. Methods Patients(112 cases)with high-risk bemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery from January to December in 2007 were set as the experimental group. They took part in limbs early activity on the first day on admission with application of clinical nursing pathway.Patients(89 cases)of the same kind who took part in limbs activity from January to December in 2006 were set as the control group. The two groups were compared with Brunnstrom scale beth on admission and discharge. Results The Brunnstrom grade of upper limbs, hands and lower limbs of the experimental group was evidently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Especially the isolated movement and coordination ability of the hands significantly increased(P<0.01). Conclusions Early limbs activity with clinical nursing pathway for patients with high-risk hemiplegia in the department of cerebral surgery could reach the aim of recovery of limbs functional activity.

Objective To approach a simple identification method for clinical Burkholderia cepacia isolates. Methods Thirty eight clinical isolates and 5 referenc strains were identified by phenotypic and genotypic methods. A simple method presented here included TSI agar, oxidase test, pigmentation test, catalase test and antibiograms. Results All but one B. cepacia isolate identified by phenotypic and genotypic methods were identified correctly by our method. One non B. Cepacia isolate identified by the genotypic method was identified as Burkholderia spp. by phenotyic and our methods.Conculsion The method we presented here was simple, practical for identification of clinical B. cepacia isolates.

AIM: To extract the effective composition from Radix Arnebiae seu Lithospermi and make it into the vagina effervescent tablet. It would be convenient and effective to treat the disease for the patients. METHODS : To sift the technology of extracting the effective composition by experiment and find out the prescription of the vagina effervescent tablet, its time of disintegration and the quantity of producing foam can accord with the principle of the vagina effervescent tablet in Chinese pharmacopoeia. RESULTS : The technology of extracting the effective composition and the prescription of the vagina effervescent tablet by experiment are practical. CONCLUSION : It is convenience for patients to take vagina effervescent tablet of Radix Arnebiae to treat their diseases

Huoxue Tongmai Lishui method, a traditional Chinese medicine treatment for eliminating water, activating and promoting blood circulation, could inhibit fundus hemorrhage on experimental retinal vein occlusion (RVO) with high obvious effective rate, and improve symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine. The action mechanism may be related to reducing plasma viscosity and non-perfusion area, and the formation of collateral circulation.

OBJECTIVE To introduce experiences of cosmetologic reparation after malignant nasal cutaneous tumor resections.METHODS Cutaneous flap was chosen to reconstruct 37 cases of defects after nasal malignant tumor resection according to their area, shape and site,in which basal cell carcinoma were 25 cases, squamous cell carcinoma were 12 cases, respectively.Nasal cutaneous defects rangeed from 0.8 cm?0.8 cm to 5.0 cm?4.0 cm.The flap came from diamond flap 9 cases, from nasolabial island flap 15 cases, from subcutaneous pedicel flap 13 cases,by which to supply directly pulling saturation of flap area. RESULTS All cutaneous flaps of 31 cases survived with primary healing;nasal appearances were good and no malignant tumor recurred after 1-18 months follow up.CONCLUSION Employ local cutaneous flap with color and texture matched to cosmetologic reconstruction of defects after nasal malignant tumor resections are capable of reach satisfied clinical effect.

Objective To observe the preventive effect of the new nursing mode on the formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in pregnant women with high risk factors. Methods 186 pregnant women who had high risk factors were selected,by using digital table method they were randomly divided into control group(93 cases)and observation group(93 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was given the new nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The postpartum 2 weeks of lower limb swelling, pain, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation of incidence, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results 2 weeks postpartum, the incidence rates of lower limb pain occurrence, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were 8.6%,2.1%,which in the control group were 20.4%,9.7%,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(χ2 =4.56,4.82,all P <0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.6%,which of the control group was 81.7%,the difference between the two groups was statistically sig-nificant(χ2 =5.27,P <0.01).Conclusion The new nursing model used in pregnant women with high risk factors can effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT,reduce the incidence of DVT,improve the satisfaction of nursing.

An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of four quinolones in soil was developed. Soil samples were extracted by a mixture of 50% magnesium nitrate and 10% ammonia(96∶ 4, V/V)with an ultrasonic-assisted extraction, then purified and concentrated by HLB cartridge, and eluted with acetonitrile and 0.067 mol/L phosphoric acid(5∶ 1, V/V). Using acetonitrile and 0.067 mol/L phosphoric acid(pH=2.5) as the mobile phase, these analytes were quantificated by HPLC(fluorimetric detector) at excitation and emission wavelength of 280 nm and 450 nm respectively. The detective limits for four quinolones in soil were from 0.58 to 0.03 g/kg. The recoveries were 60.4% to 99.3% for soil samples. The method was successfully applied to determine the quinolones in soil samples from vegetable fields. Four quinolone compounds were detected to a different extent with total amounts of quinolones ranged from 27.84 to 129.26 μg/kg.
