1.Analysis and Countermeasures of False Determination of the Results in Urine Particles with IQ200 Automated Urinalysis Analyzer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Objective To discuss the factors that affect the examination of urine formed elements by IQ200 automated uri-nalysis analyzer causing false positive and look for the solution methods. Methods 2,319 urine samples were tested by IQ200 automated urinalysis analyzer and microscopy. The results were contrasted and the false positive reasons were ana-lyzed. Results When using IQ200 automated urinalysis analyzer, the false positive rate of red cell is 14.7%. Crystals,bac-teria,yeast like fungus sometimes are regarded as red cell by analyzer. The false positive rate of white cell is 15.75%. Small round cells, lots of bacterium can cause false positive; the false positive rate of cast is 38.58 % and viscose rayon is main agent. Conclusion Many factors can affect the examination in IQ200 automated urinalysis analyzer and cause false positive,so IQ200 can only be used for scanning, which is very important to observe sediments by microscopic examination when pathologic ingredients in urine are increased and at the same time all above interferences are positive and manifold.

In recent years, targeted drug delivery system as one of the hottest areas in pharmaceutical research has received more and more attention. However, the targeted anti-tumor drug delivery system has many shortcomings including low targeted efficiency which limit its clinical application.Elevating tumor targeting efficiency has become the bottleneck of nano-drug development and clinical application. Therefore,it is urgent to design and develop novel targeted drug delivery vehicle.Recent studies showed that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have characters of tumor tropism and migration, which make them as ideal targeted anti-tumor drug delivery carriers for the treatment of solid and metastatic tumors. This paper reviews the progress in using MSCs as targeted anti-tumor drug delivery carrier, recapitulates the problems and challenges of the system, and proposes a solution for these problems.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(3):226-229
Objective To investigate the effects of neurotrophics and rehabilitation on the neural function recovery after the hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in rats. Methods Model rats of hypoxic-ischemic brain injury were given monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium(GM1, n=8), mouse nerve growth factor (NGF, n=8), both drugs (n=8), rehabilitation (n=8), both drugs+rehabilitation (n=8) and control (nointervention, n=8). The other 7 rats was as sham group. They were assessed with hanging and inclined plane test when 30 days old. ResultsIn the factorial design, main effect of GM1 was significant (P<0.05) but NGF (P>0.05) in hanging test; while both were significant in inclinedplane test. The interaction was not significant (P>0.05) in both tests. The main effects of drugs and rehabilitation were significant (P<0.05), as well as the interaction (P<0.05) in both tests. Conclusion GM1 may significantly improve muscle strength, voluntary movement, balance and coordination functions, and NGF may improve the balance and coordination functions. No interaction is found when combinedwith the two therapies. Rehabilitation may significantly improve muscle strength, voluntary movement, coordination and balance, and synergyeffects can be gained when combined with the drugs.
