Physicians receiving refresher training are fully involved in clinical work in depart-ment of obstetrics in 3A hospital. The quality of training is related with the improvement of their pro-fessional ability and medical treatment safety of the hospital. To improve the teaching quality for ob-stetrics refresher doctors, several methods were implemented including paying more attention to the humanistic quality training, taking care of their physical and mental health,strengthening their basic rationale and basic skill, upgrading their obstetric knowledge and improving their ability to deal with an emergency condition. All these efforts have achieved good results in obstetric teaching.

Objective To discuss the influence and curative effect observation of inhalation of formoterol/budesonide on matrix metalloproteinase of plasma(MMP)-2 and 9 for asthmatic patients (AAPs).Methods According to the digital table,68 cases of AAPs in acute stage of attack were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in two groups were given routine medical treatments like anti-infection,antispasmodic and relieving asthma,relieving coμgh and reducing sputum and etc.In addition,the patients in observation group were given the inhalation of formoterol/budesonide with 4.5μg/160μg,two times daily for 2 weeks.Except for formoterol/budesonide,the medical treatments given to patients in control group were the same with those in observation group.The changes of MMP-2 and 9 levels in blood serum before and after 2 weeks' medical treatment were observed and compared,and proceed with the curative and safety observation.Results After 2 weeks' medical treatment,the MMP-2 and 9 in blood serum both were declined sharply(t =2.87,2.97,2.21,2.31,P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),and the compared with control group,the decrease value(t =2.45,2.37,all P ＜ 0.05) was obviously higher.Meanwhile,the total clinical effective rate in observation group (94.12％) was obviously higher than that in control group (70.59％)(x2 =6.48,P ＜ 0.05) ; The numbers of untoward effect occurrence in the medical treatment period were 3 cases in control group and 5 cases in observation group,which both had light symptom and did not appeared serious untoward effects.The comparison result of untoward effect between two groups had no obvious statistical difference(x2 =0.14,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion formoterol/budesonide has reliable medical treatment effect and high security to asthmatic,whose mechanism of action has effect on MMP-2 and 9 level adjustment,correction of degradation of extracellular matrix and dysequilibrium,and chronic airway inhibition and remodeling.

OBJECTIVE: To optimizate the preparation process of Yuganning patch. METHODS: The preparation process of Yuganning patch was optimzied by orthogonal experiment with content of ointment, setting time, drying temperature and drying time as factors and the initial strength, peeling strength and degumming phenomenon as indexes. RESULTS: The optimum preparaition conditions were as follows: the content of ointment was (7.6?0.1) g?100 cm-2; the setting time was 24 h; the drying temperature was 60 ℃ and drying time was 3.5 h. And this optimized process met quality control method. CONCLUSION: The optimized preparation process is feasible and the quality of the Yuganning patch is stable.

Hemodialysis is a major method to treat acute and chronic renal functional failure; while, dialysis-membrane is a major component of dialyzer, determining dialysis effect by the physical and chemical characteristics. In this study, we investigated the development orientation of hemodialysis, application of common membrane materials, and biocompatibility of dialysis-membrane materials; in addition, we also summarized the improvement of dialysis-membrane materials and the effect on hemodialysis during recent years.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in patients with AECOPD. METHODS:The patho-gen distribution and antibiotics use of AECOPD patients was analyzed in respiratory department of our hospital during 2014-2015. The infection site,pathogen distribution and antibiotics use(including medication purpose,drug name,usage,dosage,medication duration,route of administration,drug combination),infection and compliance were investigated and analyzed statistically. RE-SULTS:Among 967 AECOPD patients,there were 619 cases of positive sputum culture(64.01%). A total of 774 strains were iso-lated,including 542 strains of Gram-negative bacterial (70.03%) and 232 strains of Gram-positive bacterial (29.97%);most of them were Pseudomonas aeruginosa(207 strains,26.72%). 765 patients were treated with antibiotics,and utilization ratio of an-tibiotics was 79.11%. 276 cases were treated with one kinds of antibiotics (36.08%),435 treated with 2 kinds of antibiotics (56.86%)and 54 treated with 3 kinds of antibiotics and above(7.06%). Top 3 drugs in the list of frequency were Levofloxacin injection(455 cases/times,47.05%),Moxifloxacin injection(241 cases/times,24.92%)and Cefmetazole for injection(192 cas-es/times,19.86%). Top 3 drug combination regimen were Cefmetazole for injection+Levofloxacin injection (107 cases/times, 21.88%),Cefoxitin for injection+Levofloxacin injection(96 cases/times,19.63%)and Moxalactam for injection+Levofloxacin in-jection(65 cases/times,13.29%). CONCLUSIONS:Anti-infective therapy regimen of AECOPD patients should be formulated ac-cording to relevant guideline,and pathogenic factors of infection are analyzed. Great importance should be attached to reasonable, scientific,safe and standard use of antibiotics,etiological examination;pathogenic bacteria culture and drug sensitivity test should be conducted as soon as possible. So as to obtain better therapeutic efficacy and reduce the generation of drug-resistant strain.

Methods The umbilical artery blood samples of 62 newborns were obtained immediately after delivery and then blood gas analysis and plasma lactic acid values were measured within ten minutes. Objective To determine the relationships between serum leptin levels and maternal weights in late pregnancy and cord blood leptin levels to birth weights, C peptide, insulin and insulin like growth factor (IGF II). Methods Fifty normal pregnant women at 37～38 weeks and their newborns were studied, and 29 non pregnant women were set as control. Venous blood was taken from women and from the cord at delivery. Blood leptin and cord blood C peptide, insulin, and IGF II were measured by radio immunoassay. Results The average leptin level in maternal sera was (13.62?3.68)?g/L, significantly higher than that in the control (6.60?3.04)?g/L and that in cord blood (8.05?4.61)?g/L. Maternal leptin levels were significantly correlated with maternal weights and body mass index (BMI. r =0.33, 0.35, P 0.05). Cord blood leptin levels were significantly correlated with birth weights and BMI ( r =0.54, 0.49, P 0.05). Significant difference of the cord leptin levels was not seen between the males and females. The cord blood C peptide was (0.86?0.35) ?g/L, insulin (8.49?4.76) mU/L and IGF Ⅱ(0.218?0.076) ?g/L. Cord leptin levels were correlated with C peptide levels ( r =0.37, P 0.05). Conclusions Maternal leptin levels in late pregnancy were significantly higher than those in normal non pregnant women and positively correlated with maternal weights and BMI. Cord blood leptin levels were positively correlated with birth weights and BMI of the newborns. The leptin levels of cord blood were correlated with those of C peptide but not insulin and IGF II.
