Objective To compare the curative effect, patient's satisfaction degree, and adverse reaction on seborrheic keratosis by level-cutting and frozening with liquid nitrogen. Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into liquid nitrogen frozening group(32 cases, group A)and flat-cutting group (36 cases, group B).Liquid nitrogen was spurted until freeze-thaw status in group A,and the ramnant skin lesion needed for other treatments, but no more than 3 times. The skin lesion in group A was completely resected with scalpel following its basilar part after local anesthesia, and elaeoyarn was pressurized to stop bleeding on wound, which was removed afer 5 days. The effects, satisfactory degree and adverse reaction were analyzed after 3 mouths of treatment. Results The effect and satisfactory degree in group B was significantly better than that in group A(P<0.01),but the adverse reaction in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with liquid nitrogen frozening, the therapy of flat-cutting has advantages to seborrheic keratosis, with good efficacy, high patient's satisfaction and low adverse reaction.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(24):3561-3562
Objective To explore the influence of different biological sources of thromboplastin reagent on prothrombin time (PT) detection .Methods The thromboplastin reagents sourced from the rabbit brain extract provided by the Shanghai Taiyang Bi‐ological Technology Co .,Ltd .and Shanghai Changdao Biological Technology Co .,Ltd .and recombination tissue factor were selected and used for detecting PT in the non‐Warfarin treatment group(group A ,38 cases) and the Warfarin group(group B ,43 cases) by the Sysmex CA7000 blood coagulation analyzer .The detection results from different sources of prothrombin reagents were com‐pared between the two groups and performed the statistical analysis .Results In the group A ,the detection results had no statistical differences among the reagent R1 ,R2 ,R3 and R4 (F=3 .42 ,P>0 .05 ,n=38);in the group B ,the detection results had statistical differences among the reagent R1 ,R2 ,R3 and R4 (F=57 .68 ,P<0 .05 ,n=43) ,while the detection results had no statistical differ‐ences between reagent R1 and R3(t=2 .21 ,P>0 .05) and between reagent R2 and R4(t=2 .09 ,P>0 .05) .Conclusion The detec‐tion results of PT by different sources of PT reagent in the non‐Warfarin treatment patients demonstrate no significant difference , but the detection results in the Warfarin treatment patients have highly significant difference;the recombination tissue factor throm‐boplastin reagent has higher sensitivity ,which used for monitoring PT in the warfarin treated patients should establish a new thera‐peutic standard value for avoiding to cause the misdiagnosis and mistreatment .

OBJECTIVE: The compound nucleic acid granules were prepared, observed for their therapeutic effects, and determined for their pharmacological actions METHODS: Quality control was used in their preparation The therapeutic effects were observed on 22 patients with coronary heart disease of stable angina pectoris with hyperlipemia who were chosen according to clinical diagnosis standard RESULTS: ( 1) Improvment of clinical symptoms for angina pectoris: satisfactory 22 7% , improved 68 2% , failure 9 0% ; ( 2) Blood lipid analysis: cholesterols and triglycerides were improved significantly after administration of the preparation( P0.05;P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The compound nucleic acid granules have marked effects on coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and hyperlipemia.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
The Internet -based multiple physiological parameters tele -monitoring system is composed of an information collector for multiple physiological parameters, a personal computer and a central server. A P2P structure mixed with a C/S structure is adopted in the software design. To make tele-monitoring and tele-diagnosis available, the system is applied to real-time measuring, analyzing, monitoring and tele-transmitting of multiple physiological parameters. The system is suitable to be used in community hospital and family.

OBJECTIVE To introduce experiences of cosmetologic reparation after malignant nasal cutaneous tumor resections.METHODS Cutaneous flap was chosen to reconstruct 37 cases of defects after nasal malignant tumor resection according to their area, shape and site,in which basal cell carcinoma were 25 cases, squamous cell carcinoma were 12 cases, respectively.Nasal cutaneous defects rangeed from 0.8 cm?0.8 cm to 5.0 cm?4.0 cm.The flap came from diamond flap 9 cases, from nasolabial island flap 15 cases, from subcutaneous pedicel flap 13 cases,by which to supply directly pulling saturation of flap area. RESULTS All cutaneous flaps of 31 cases survived with primary healing;nasal appearances were good and no malignant tumor recurred after 1-18 months follow up.CONCLUSION Employ local cutaneous flap with color and texture matched to cosmetologic reconstruction of defects after nasal malignant tumor resections are capable of reach satisfied clinical effect.

Objective To approach a simple identification method for clinical Burkholderia cepacia isolates. Methods Thirty eight clinical isolates and 5 referenc strains were identified by phenotypic and genotypic methods. A simple method presented here included TSI agar, oxidase test, pigmentation test, catalase test and antibiograms. Results All but one B. cepacia isolate identified by phenotypic and genotypic methods were identified correctly by our method. One non B. Cepacia isolate identified by the genotypic method was identified as Burkholderia spp. by phenotyic and our methods.Conculsion The method we presented here was simple, practical for identification of clinical B. cepacia isolates.
