1.Simultaneous Determination of the Contents of Salicylic Acid and Nitrofural in Fu-La Pastes by UV Spectrophotometry

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of salicylic acid and nitrofural in Fu-La pastes.METHODS: A dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination of the contents of salicylic acid and nitrofural with water used as solvent.The content of salicylic acid was determined with the detective wavelength set at 296.6 nm and the reference wavelength set at 314.4 nm.The content of the nitrofural was determined directly with the detective wavelength set at 375.0 nm.RESULTS: The linear ranges of salicylic acid and nitrofural were 10.77~43.08 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 0) and 2.58~10.32 ?g?mL-1(r=1.000 0),respectively;and their average recovery rates were 99.55%(RSD=0.47%) and 100.03%(RSD=0.80%),respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Fu-La pastes.

The scale and questionnaires were used to analyze the constituent ratio of symptoms at different stages. The relationship between the main syndrome and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease at different stages was analyzed by statistical methods and the medical principles analysis Thus the successive order of main symptoms and the transforming relations were ascertained. So basic pathogenesis and evolution rule of symptoms that penetrated the whole process of the disease were expounded: the dificiency of syndrome and emotinal factors were the key to the whole process of onset of coronary heart disease.

Objective To study the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) .Methods Clinical distribution and drug resistance of 1 190 strains of AB ,isolated in 2012 and 2013 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Results Most of AB strains were isolated from sputum ,and mainly from Intensive Care Unit ,Department of Neurosurgery and Department of Re‐spiratory .Resistance rates of AB to most antimicrobial agents were 60% -80% .Resistance rate to tobramycin ,piperacillin/tazobac‐tam and imipenem was increased significantly .Resistance rate to cefoperazone/sulbactam was decreased .Conclusion Drug resist‐ance of AB might be serious ,with increasing tendency .
5.A study on collagen Ⅳ and MMP-2 expression during the period of venous intima hyperplasia (IH) in rat vein grafts

Objective To investigate collagen Ⅳ and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2)expression in intimal hyperplasia(IH) in rat vein grafts. Methods Vein graft model was constructed in rats. At day 3,week 1,2,4,8 and 12 after surgery,vein grafts were obtained and examined by HE and Verhoeff stains. The thickness and area ratio of intima/media were measured. The positive cells of 5′-Brdu were detected to indicate SMC proliferation. The positive ratio of collagen Ⅳ and MMP-2′s protein and mRNA were calculated. Results The neointima was found at 1 week post-operation. The maximal IH occurred at 2 to 4 week. The similar tendency was observed in the positive cells of 5′-Brdu. Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS)and molybdenum mammography for breast tumor.Methods 86 breast diseases which were diagnosed by the surgery and pathology,were prospectively analysed,40 in mammary carcinoma,and 46 in mammary benign disease.All the patients were examined with CDUS,CDFI and molybdenum mammography.Diagnosis was made in every case compared using two methods(CDUS and molybdenum mammagraphy)with any using only one method.Results There is significant difference between mammary carcinoma and mammary benign disease in CDUS.The mammary carcinoma patients'blood stream signal is abundant. The diagnostic veracity of using both CDUS and molybdenum mammography for breast tumor is obvious higher than that of the any only one method.Conclusion Combined CDUS with molybdenum mammography which is the optimal methods of the mammary image examination,can improve the diagnostic veracity of breast tumor.
8.Chitosan improves the crystallization of silk fibroin:a three-dimensional scaffold material with better mechanical stability

BACKGROUND:Silk fibroin as natural biological macromolecules has good biocompatibility, but it is difficult to make the three-dimensional scaffold with uniform structure because of its higher crystalization performance and bigger brittleness. OBJECTIVE:To improve the crystalization of silk fibroin through the addition of chitosan, and to get three-dimensional tissue engineering scaffolds with better mechanical strength. METHODS: CaCl2/CH3CH2OH/H2 RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The introduction of chitosan could improve the properties of scaffolds. The porosity of the composite scaffold with lower porosity was more uniform and orderly with higher content of O ternary solution was used to dissolve silkworm cocoon to extract silk fibroin and form solution. Silk fibroin solution and chitosan solution were mixed according to different mixing ratios of 2:1, 1:1, 1:2, respectively, and then porous silk protein/chitosan scaffolds were prepared by freeze-drying method and treated by methanol. Scaffold morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy, the chemical structure and crystaline state of the scaffolds were characterized through infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction test, respectively. Also, the porosity and water uptake were tested and periodic cycle compression mechanical properties under the water environment were determined. chitosan. When the mixture rate of chitosan and silk fibroin was 1:2, the water uptake rate was the highest in the composite scaffolds, and also higher than that of the silk fibroin scaffold but lower than that of the chitosan scaffold. With the increase of silk fibroin, the composite scaffolds had better elasticity and stronger ability to maintain the shape.

10.Effects of penehychdine hydrochloride on severe acute pancreatitis associated acute lung injury in rats

Objective To investigate the effect of penehychdine hydrochloride (PHCD)on acute lung injury induced by acute severe acute pancreatitis and the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)in rats.Methods Forty healthy adult male SD rats were used and randomly divided into 3 groups, group S of sham operation,group ALI of pancreatitis-associated acute lung injury (PALI)and group P of PALI with PHCD.Rats of group ALI and group P were the model established of acute lung injury associated with SAP by retrograde injection of 4% sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct.Rats of group P of acute lung injury with SAP were immediately given PHCD after SAP.Rats of group S and group ALI were injected the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.After modeling,the rats were sacri-ficed at 12 h.The wet/dry weight ratio (W/D)of lung tissue was calculated.Pathological changes of pan-creatic and lung tissues were scored.HIF-1α,IL-1β,IL-6 of lung tissues and serum amylase were detected by ELISA.The expression of TLR4,NF-κB p65 in lung tissue was detected by Western blot.Results Ex-tensive infiltration of neutrophils,alveolar hemorrhage and necrosis and fat necrosis with pancreatic tissue were observed in group PALI and group P.Pancreatic tissue injury score was significantly higher than that of group S (P <0.01).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the level of serum amylase in group P and group ALI.The W/D ratio of lung tissue in rats of group ALI and group P was sig-nificantly higher than those in group S (P <0.05).Compared with those of group ALI,the lung tissue pathological changes of group P were significantly improved,and the lung W/D value was significantly lower than that of group ALI (P <0.05).Compared with group S,the expression of TLR4,NF-κB p65,HIF-1αin lung tissue of group ALI and group P was significantly higher (P <0.01),and the expression of TLR4, NF-κB p65,HIF-1α,IL-1βand IL-6 in group P was significantly lower than that in group ALI (P <0.05).Conclusion PHCD could not alleviate the damage of pancreatic tissue of SAP.It suppressed the expression of HIF-1α,IL-1βand IL-6 and reduced the acute lung injury induced by SAP in rats,which might be depen-ded on suppressing the expression of inflammatory factors,such as HIF-1α.
