Objective To establish a method for rapid diagnosis and identification of seven species human herpesviruses infection. Methods Primers and oligonucleotide probes were designed and synthesized based on the highly conserved regions of the DNA polymerase genes in human herpesviruses, namely herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1),HSV-2,varicella-zoster virus (VZV),Epstein-Barr virus (EBV),cytomegalovirus (CMV),and human herpes virus 6 (HHV-6A/6B).DNA microarrays were made by printing the oligonucleotide probes on the special glass slides.A total of 282 blood specimens from children with suspected infection were analyzed by this DNA microarray technique, and the results were compared with those of TaqMan PCR.Results The products of the seven human herpesviruses after PCR amplification could be used to identify the virus species with DNA microarrays. The detection limits were 10 copies/?l for HSV-1,HSV-2,VZV,EBV,CMV,HHV-6A,and HHV-6B,respectively.The assay did not show cross-reaction to the DNA extract of hepatitis B virus, staphylococcus aureus,E.coli,Candia albicans and human genome.Among the 282 samples,59 were positive for human herpesviruses DNA.Compared with those of TaqMan PCR,the sensitivity and specificity of the microarray assay were 96.7% and 99.5%,respectively,and the index of accurate diagnosis was 0.962.Conclusions This DNA microarray for identifying human herpesviruses species is specific and sensitive, and may serve as an efficient technique for simultaneous detection and species identification of human herpesviruses in clinical specimen.

Objective To explore the protective effect of DWK skin protectant and Sanyrene for prevention of acute radiation skin injury in radiation field among liver cancer patients with Cyberknife therapy. Methods A total of 100 liver cancer patients with Cyberknife therapy were selected by convenience sampling from March to November 2016. They were randomly divided into the group of DWK and the group of Sanyrene with 50 cases in each group. Skins in radiation field on hepatic region of patients in two groups used DWK skin protectant and Sanyrene respectively since one day before radiotherapy. The acute radiation skin injury of radiation field on hepatic region was observed from one day before treatment to two weeks the end of treatment during Cyberknife therapy. Results The scores of The Radiation Induced Skin Reaction Assessment Scale (RISRAS), an instrument for assessing the degree of acute radiation skin injury of radiation field on hepatic region, of patients in two groups increased with the increasing cumulated dose of irradiation with significant differences (F=3.780, 12.325;P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in evaluations at the fifth and beyond between two groups (t=5.213, 12.437, 16.846;P<0.05).Conclusions Intervention for local prevention can alleviate the acute radiation skin injury in radiation field on hepatic region among liver cancer patients with Cyberknife therapy. The protective effect of DWK skin protectant on skin in radiation field on hepatic region among liver cancer patients with Cyberknife therapy is better than that of Sanyrene.

The construction of "New Medicine" is the leader of the innovative development of medical education in China in the new era. Strengthening the cross-integration of medicine and science is helpful to promote the training of top-notch interdisciplinary innovative talents under the multidisciplinary background of "Medicine + X". The applied psychology major in medical colleges has unique advantages in education and teaching resources. How to combine the advantages to construct the education model of the integration of medicine and science is still in the exploration stage. This paper analyzes the current situation of talent training of the applied psychology major in medical colleges and the new requirements for discipline-major construction under the background of "New Medicine" construction, demonstrates the measures to strengthen the deep integration of medicine and science from the aspects of curriculum system setting, teacher team construction, practice teaching, and teaching method reform, and puts forward the innovative education model of the integration of medicine and science in applied psychology-medicine interdisciplinary training.

Hospital culture plays an important role in the orderly operation of large shelter hospitals as well as epidemic prevention and control. From April to May 2022, the shelter hospital of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Shanghai) had created the large shelter hospital culture co-built by doctors and patients with a greater sense of belonging by taking measures such as joint party building between doctors and patients, giving play to the vanguard force of party members, carrying out various forms of cultural, sports and science popularization activities, encouraging enthusiastic patients to participate in activity planning, focusing on key groups, formulating shelter " residents convention", and so on. These measures ultimately formed cultural adaptation, cultural synchronization and cultural shaping, which were conducive to enhancing the empathy of doctors and patients, improving the effectiveness of medical implementation, and promoting the standardization of shelter management system. This harmonious, warm and autonomous culture co-built by doctors and patients effectively ensures the safe and orderly operation of the shelter hospital, and provides reference for the construction of the cultural system of large shelter hospitals in China.
