Objective To study the distribution of HBV genotypes and the relationship between HBV genotypes and the clinical characteristics in Hangzhou area. Methods The genotype, content of HBV-DNA, serological indicators and AFP were detected by RT-PCR, time resolved immunofluorescence method respectively in 146 cases of HBV-DNA positive patients. The relationship between HBV genotype and the clinical characteristics were analyzed by the statistical analysis. Results In the HBV genotyping, there were 75 cases of type B (51.4%),62 cases of type C (42.5%),9 cases of no B or no C type (6.2%);In type C, the HBV-DNA, HbsAg and HbeAg content were significantly higher than the type B.The content of AFP in type C was higher than type B, but with no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion In Hangzhou area, the priority genotype of HBV is type B. Genotype has a certain relationship with the clinical character-istics and the severity of the disease.

A high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the assay of pregabalin gastric retention sustained-release tablets was established, successfully solving the problem of low recovery of pregabalin through a special sample pretreatment method.By comparing salting-out and excipient dispersion, the pretreatment methods to overcome the viscosity of the test solution were established. Both methods can be used for the determination of the product content, but the salting-out method is easier to operate. The HPLC conditions were Inertsil ODS-3(4.6 mm×0.25 m,5 μm)column with mobile phase of 3.4 g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH adjusted to 6.3 by ammonia)and methanol(85︰15);the column temperature was 30℃;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the sample size was 50 μL;and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Through the validation of the salting-out method, the average recovery of the drug was 99.74%and the RSD was 0.43%;the precision test RSD was 0.77%;the test solution was stable within 12 h;the chromatographic system had good durability;and the excipient did not interfere with the content detection. The method is stable, reliable and suitable for the assay of pregabalin gastric retention sustained release tablets.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2020;36(3):180-184
Objective:
To study the application value of improved early warning score in the practice of theory and practice interactive infiltration training mode for neurosurgery interns.
Methods:
A total of 84 neurosurgery interns were selected as study samples and randomly divided into control group and intervention group by random double blind method, each group had 42 interns. The control group adopted the interactive infiltration model of theory and practice. The Intervention group adopted the interactive infiltration training mode of theory and practice under the improved early warning scoring system design. Statistics and comparison of the performance of the two groups of trainee nurses, the evaluation of teaching teachers and patients, the self-evaluation of trainee nurses, and the occurrence of nursing errors during the internship.
Results:
The related examination results between the two groups showed significance (

Objective:To study the risk of malnutrition and related factors of cancer patients in community of Shanghai. Methods:From October 2018 to January 2019, four communities, Pengpu New Village Street, Pengpu Town, Jiangning Road Street, and Caojiadu Street, from 14 communities in Jing ′an District, Shanghai City, were selected by using a random cluster sampling method based on the Shanghai Cancer Registration and reporting system. All cases of malignant tumors and benign tumors of the central nervous system were included. A total of 4 396 questionnaires were distributed. After the exclusion of 9 invalid questionnaires, 3 310 valid questionnaires were included with a rate of 99.73%. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data including basic demographic characteristics, history of malignant, physical and psychological pain, nutritional demands and cognitive status. Malnutrition Universal Screening Tools (MUST) was used to analyze the nutritional risk of cancer patients in the community. Multivariate logistic regression model was applied to analyze potential factors. Results:Among the 3 310 cancer patients who completed the survey, the average age of study participants was (64.05±13.02), and 1 467 cases (44.32%) were males. The incidence rate of nutritional risk was 12.84% (425/3 310). The result of logistic regression analysis showed that compared with male, other cancer patients and no physical pain, the risk factors of the occurrence of nutritional included: female ( OR=1.53,95% CI:1.23-1.92), head and neck malignant tumors ( OR=1.42,95% CI:1.07-1.90), bronchus/lung malignant tumors ( OR=1.93,95% CI:1.43-2.61), liver, biliary/pancreatic malignant tumors ( OR=2.11,95% CI:1.21-3.65) and upper gastrointestinal malignant tumors ( OR=6.04,95% CI:4.31-8.46), patients with physical pain ( OR=1.39,95% CI:1.02-1.89). Conclusion:Nutritional risk of cancer patients is higher in community of Shanghai. Gender, location of tumors and physical pain are associated with the occurrence of nutritional risk.
