Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of labor induction by the double balloon device in women with preeclampsia and eclampsia.Methods Labor induction was carried out in 37 women with preeclampsia and eclampsia from July 2011 to November 2012.All the labor inductions were performed using the double balloon device.Results The cervical Bishop scores of 37 cases of patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia were significantly lower before using double balloon device [(3.38 ± 0.50) scores] compared with after using double balloon device [(6.44 ± 0.63) scores] with a statistically significant difference (t =23.54,P ＜0.01).Blood pressure had no obvious change before and after using double balloon device [SBP(158.38 ± 13.89)mmHg vs (162.48 ± 12.56)mmHg,P ＞ 0.05,and SDP(112.71± 15.53) mmHg vs (108.19 ± 8.37) mmHg,P ＞ 0.05].The rate of vaginal delivery was 89.2％ (33/37),and the total hours of labor were (5.8 ± 0.63) h.Compared with selective cesarean section,vaginal delivery after double balloon to promote cervical mature had less blood loss (t =9.19,P ＜0.01),quicker postpartum recovery,shorter hospitalization time (t =11.18,P ＜ 0.01),lower birth body mass (t =2.96,P ＜0.01) and higher scores of 1 minutes Apgar score (t =2.34,P ＜0.05).Conclusions The double balloon device appeared to be a safe and effective method to induce labor in women with preeclampsia and eclampsia.Wide scale studies and further use of the device for labor induction in women with preeclampsia and eclampsia were warranted.

Objective To evaluate the status of self-efficacy and its influencing factors in adult patients with low vision,then explore an effective approach to improve their self-efficacy levels.Methods Seventy adult patients with low vision were sampled by random number table method.General social-demographic questionnaire and self-efficacy questionnaire were used to investigate these patients' general information and self-efficacy.Seventy pieces of questionnaires were issued and returned with the valid rate of 100％.Results The total score of self-efficacy in seventy adult patients with low vision was(16.25:±:1.93) points,92％ of patients had a low level of self-efficacy.The influencing factors of self-efficacy in adult patients with low vision were the attitude toward disease,mental status and gender.Conclusions The selfefficacy in patients with low vision was affected by many factors at different levels,so we should focus on main influencing factors to adopt corresponding nursing measures in order to improve self-efficacy of adult patients with low vision.

BACKGROUND:Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) has widespread effects on dopaminergic neurons, cholinergic neurons and other neurons, which can promote more differentiation of stem cells into neuron-like cells. Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF1α) can improve tissue and cellviability in the ischemic environment and maintain the local microenvironment of hemangioblasts, which has a more far-ranging physiological role than genes. OBJECTIVE:By constructing double gene recombinant adenovirus vector with BDNF and three points mutant HIF1αto complete the transfection of adenovirus vector into rats mesenchymal stem cells and then study the promoting nerve regeneration and angiogenesis effect of these two genes to spinal cord injury in vitro in constant oxygen conditions. METHODS:(1)We finished the site-directed mutagenesis of 402, 564 and 803 amino acids in human HIF1αgene CDS region by PCR method and we finished recombination of mutation posterior HIF1αgene and BDNF into adenovirus pAdEasy-1 system. Packaging viral and titration determination were also finished. (2)Four kinds of virus fluids and blank group were selected for subsequent experiments. We observed transfection efficiency after transfection of virus into bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and detected the expressions of BDNF and HIF1αmRNA and protein in transfection cells. (3) The protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, downstream formation vascular gene of HIF1α, in cells in al groups was detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The site-directed mutagenesis of 402, 564 and 803 amino acids to alanine in coding sequence region was successful. The construction of four kinds of adenoviral recombinants was successful and identification of packaging was completed. (2)The level of BDNF gene mRNA and protein expression in experimental and positive control 1 groups was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P<0.05). The level of HIF1αmRNA and protein expression in experimental and positive control 2 groups was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The level of vascular endothelial growth factor protein was also increased in the experimental and positive control 2 groups, which was significantly different from other groups (P<0.05). These findings indicate that the BDNF and HIF1αproteins are largely and efficiently expressed in constant oxygen conditions after single vector double gene adenovirus system transfection into mesenchymal stem cells and high-efficiency expression of vascular endothelial growth factor protein is promoted so that this is a new direction for treatment of spinal cord injury by gene therapy combined with celltransplantation.

The peptidyl-prolyl imide bond cis/trans isomerization of Xaa-Pro motif in the peptide and protein plays an important role to influence their conformation and function. Here, a series of model peptides including phosphorylated and its unphosphorylated counterparts were designed and synthesized. Preliminary 1H NMR experiments and molecular dynamics (MD) simulation were used to analyze the peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans imide bond isomerization. The data indicated that the side-chain O-phosphorylation of the Xaa residues preceding proline affected evidently the isomerization and thereby regulated the peptides conformations. The charges of the phosphate moiety as well as their steric effects might be the driving force for the conformational changes of these phosphopeptides.Moreover, the obtained most stable multiple configurations and their statistic cis/trans concentration distribution in MD simulation were basically consistent with the NMR experiments, which demonstrated that phosphorylation increased the cis conformation of the peptide and the maximum cis ratio is given while the phosphate group has no negative charge.

Objective To analyze the tend of hospital infection ,to understand the hospital infection control situation and pro‐vide a scientific basis for hospital infection prevention and control .Methods Investigation by the bed in combination with case in‐vestigation form 2012 to 2014 ,and the data of three consecutive years were analyzed by statistical analysis .Results In 2012 ,2013 and 2014 ,the hospital infection rates were 4 .15% ,3 .38% and 2 .76% respectively ,there was no statistically significant difference (χ2 =3 .908 ,P=0 .142) .Hospital infection site mainly respiratory tract(61 .33% ) ,followed by the digestive tract(16 .67% ) and u‐rinary tract(6 .67% ) ,different parts of the infection rate after statistical tests ,the difference had no statistically significant (χ2 =12 .167 ,P=0 .239);Different departments category incidence of hospital infection ,infection rate of internal system presented the declining trend ,in 2012-2014 by the statistical tests ,the difference had statistically significant(χ2 =8 .347 ,P=0 .015) .Conclusion Continuous observation of hospital infection rates helps to understanding the trend of hospital infection ,finding focus of infection , improving the method of hospital infection management .

Objective To study the adsorption and separation of licorice flavonoid with macroporous resins. Methods Eight types of macroporous resin were selected to compare their performances in absorbing and desorbing licorice flavonoid. The optimal type for licorice flavonoid was decided, meanwhile, its kinetic curve and dynamic absorbing behavior were studied. Results HPD300 resin possessed higher adsorption and desorption capacity. The appropriate adsorption and desorption conditions were as follows:concentration of sample was 2.0 mg/mL, velocity of sample solution was 1.5 BV/h, volume of sample solution was 2 BV (bed volume);velocity of 80%ethanol was taken as eluant 1.5 BV/h, and the volume was 3 BV. Flavonoid content was increased more than 2 times under above conditions. Conclusion HPD300 macroporous resin showed better comprehensive adsorption property. It can be used to purify and separate licorice flavonoid.

Objective To evaluate the similarities and differences between four-dimensional radiotherapy (4D-CT ) and active breathing control techniques(ABC) in respiratory management in lung radiotherapy ,and investigate the indications and feasibility of different breathing control techniques for different patients .Methods Twenty-one patients treated with lung radiotherapy received respiratory management .4D-CT technology was used in 11 patients ,while ABC technology was adopted in the rest 10 .The ratios of planning target volume(PGTV) to gross tumor volume(GTV)[(PGTV/GTV)] were calculated .The differences between these two respiratory management technologies were compared in terms of the PGTV ,positioning time ,planning time and treatment time to investigate the indications .Results 4D-CT technology had higher PGTV/GTV ratio ,and shorter positioning time and irradiation time than ABC technology(P<0 .05) ,but there was no significant difference in the planning time(P>0 .05) .In patients with ABC and 4D-CT technology ,objective response rates were 50 .0% ,45 .5% ,respectively ,and the radiation pneumonitis rates were 30 .0% ,27 .3% ,respectively .There was no significant difference in both groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion In lung tumor radiothera-py ,ABC can reduce irradiation volume ,suitable for patients with good performance status .4D-CT is time-saving and well tolerated , suitable for patients with smaller tumors .

Objective To investigate the value of detecting plasma microRNA‐125a‐3p(miRNA‐125a‐3p) ,IGF‐2 on monitoring invasion and metastasis in NSCLC ,and to study the correlation between miR‐125a‐3p and IGF‐2 .Methods miR‐125a‐3p transcripts of 20 controls ,73 NSCLC were performed in plasma by quantitative reverse transcription‐polymerase chain reaction(qRT‐PCR) and PCR data was analyzed by the 2‐ΔΔCT method .The expression of IGF‐2 in plasma was detected by ELISA .Results The expression of miR‐125a‐3p in stage Ⅲ /Ⅳ was lower than stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ and the controls(P=0 .001 ,P=0 .005) .There was no statistical differ‐ence between the stage Ⅰ /Ⅱ patients and the controls(P=0 .776) .The expression of miR‐125a‐3p was related with lymph node metastas ,lower expression in positive lymph node metastasis (P=0 .003) .The expression of IGF‐2 in stage Ⅰ /Ⅱ 、stage Ⅲ /Ⅳ was higher than the controls(P=0 .036 ,P=0 .011) .There was no statistical difference between the stageⅠ/Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ (P=0 .451) . The expression of IGF‐2 was related with lymph node metastas ,higher expression in positive lymph node metastasis (P=0 .037) .The re‐sults showed a negative correlation between miR‐125a‐3p expression and IGF‐2 in plasma(r= -0 .280 ,P=0 .007) .Conclusion Low ex‐pression of miR‐125a‐3p and high expression of IGF‐2 in plasma may play a role in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC .miR‐125a‐3p may play a negative regulatory role on IGF‐2 .

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL),which is a common and frequently encountered disease,is considered to be a medical emergency in otolaryngology.The prevalence of SSHL is increasing in China.The pathogenesis of SSHL is not clear yet.Microcirculatory disorder of inner ear is considered as one of the most important causes of SSHL.In recent years,several reports have found the levels of serum lipids were changed in patients affected by SSHL.The relationship between SSHL and serum lipids was reviewed to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of SSHL.

Objective To compare the effect and safety of rituximab plus CHOP (R-CHOP) and CHOP regimens for the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with early-stage primary gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PG-DLBCL). Methods A total of 65 patients with PG-DLBCL were retrospectively divided into two groups: 35 patients were treated with R-CHOP regimen, the others with CHOP regimen. NHL international efficacy assessment and WHO criteria were used to assess the therapeutic and the adverse reactions respectively. Results The complete remission (CR) rate of R-CHOP group was 74.3 % (26/35), which was significantly higher than that of CHOP group [50.0 % (15/30), P< 0.05], but the adverse reactions rates of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the five-year survival rates of two groups had no significant difference (88.6%vs 75.0%, P>0.05). The PFS of R-CHOP group was better than that of CHOP group (94.4 months vs 74.9 months, P< 0.05). Conclusion Compared with CHOP regimen , R-CHOP regimen increases the therapeutic efficacy in patients with PG-DLBCL, and dose not increase the adverse reactions.
