Objective:To evaluate the protective immunity by vaccination of BALB/c mice with rLV-HA-GCN4,a recombinant lentivirus expressing the trimeric HA of swine H1N1 influenza virus. Methods:The female mice were randomly divided into rLV-HA-GCN4,rLV-HA,LV and PBS groups. Mice were primed with plasmid and boosted with lentivirus by the administration of intramuscular thigh injections at an interval of two weeks. At day 28 post-prime immunization, mice were inoculated intranasally with 100TCID50 of swine H1N1 influenza virus in a 50 μl volume. The immune levels were assessed by the T lymphocyte transformation test, flow cytometry, indirect ELISA and the indexes of spleen and lung. Results:The spleen lymphocyte transformation rate was 0. 3±0. 11 in the rLV-HA-GCN4 group at day 14 post-boost immunization, showing a statistical significance ( P<0. 01 ) compared to the PBS group. Meanwhile,rLV-HA-GCN4 could cause T lymphocyte response mainly based on the Th1-type CD4+ T cells. The IgG antibody titer reached to 1:8 000 at day 14 post-boost immunization and approximately 1:7 000 at day 14 post challenge. After challenge, the spleen and lung indexes of rLV-HA-GCN4 group were significantly lower than those of PBS group (P<0. 05). The body weight of rLV-HA-GCN4 group demonstrated a slight decrease before 3 days post challenge and then a gradual increase compared to the LV and PBS groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:rLV-HA-GCN4 can effectively induce cellular and humoral immune response in BALB/c mice against swine H1N1 influenza virus.

Objective To observe and discuss the application and clinical effect of different forms of ear cartilage in nasal tip plasty. Methods Auricular cartilage was used to prune it as "halberd" shape at first, and then the extended transplantation and the cartilage fornix reconstruction were carried out by using single or combined septum cartilage.Meanwhile, nasal tip plasty was performed by using "cap shape" or "shield shape" cartilage grafting. Results 136 patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months after operation.119 cases were satisfied, accounting for 87.5%,of which 11 cases (ear cartilage weakness) were not improved obviously, accounting for 8%.However,there were only 6 cases with the unsatisfactory feedback as the nasal tip that was decreased by 1~2 mm one year after the operation, accounting for 4.41%.Conclusions The auricular cartilage is pruned as "halberd" shape singly or combined with septal cartilage as an extended graft, reconstructing the cartilage fornix in the meantime, which is the way better than the traditional way of making nasal tip plasty to obtain the ideal nasal tip protrusion.

Objective To explore the value of radiomics in differential diagnosis of small cell lung cancer(SCLC)and non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Literature on the differential diagnosis of SCLC and NSCLC using radiomics was searched in Chinese and English databases. After literature screening and data extraction,Meta-DiSc1.4 and State16.0 SE software were used for analysis. Results A total of 910 patients were included in 8 studies.Meta-analysis results showed that the radiomics differential diag-nosis of SCLC and NSCLC had high co-sensitivity(Sen)and specificity(Spe),0.87[95%confidence interval(CI)0.83-0.91]and 0.88(95%CI 0.85-0.90),respectively.Meta-regression analysis showed that heterogeneity was not caused by feature extraction software type, joint machine learning, image pattern, brain metastasis, and sample size.Publication bias results didn't show any sig-nificant publication bias. Conclusion The radiomics method can differentiate and diagnose SCLC from NSCLC more accurately. When Matlab software is used to extract MRI image features combined with machine learning, and the sample size is large enough, the radiomics can differentiate and diagnose SCLC from NSCLC more accurately.

OBJECTIVE:To preliminarily study the antitumor mechanism of Periplaneta americana extract C Ⅱ-3 on MFC tumor-bearing mice. METHODS :Balb/c mice were randomly divided into model group (normal saline 20 mL/kg)and C Ⅱ-3 group (200 mg/kg),with 6 mice in each group. MFC cell suspension (0.2 mL)was injected under the right armpit of mice. On the next day, mice were given relevant medicine intragastrically ,once a day ,for consecutive 10 d. 24 h after the last administration ,Based on the measurement of tumor size , 1H-NMR technology combined with unsupervised PCA ,supervised PLS-DA and OPLS-DA were used to compare metabolic spectrum of liver tissue from tumor-bearing mice of 2 groups,to analyze differential metabolites and to explore the potential antitumor mechanis m of C Ⅱ -3. RESULTS :Compared with model group ,the tumor body was significantly reduced in tumor-bearing mice of C Ⅱ-3 group. There were differences in 1H-NMR spectra between the 2 No.81960712); groups. According to unsupervised PCA ,supervised PLS-DA and OPLS-DA ,totally six potential differential metabolites ,as glycogen (increased),pyruvate (decreased),arginine (de- creased),hydroxyproline (increased),inosine (increased) and niacinamide (increased),were identified in the liver tissue, which were mainly attributed to the metabolism of arginine ,energy and nucleic acid. CONCLUSIONS:The anti tumor effect of C Ⅱ-3 may be related to the regulation of arginine metabolism ,energy metabolism and nucleic acid metabolism.
