1.Influence of bedside evaluation of deglutition function and predictive nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(9):21-23
Objective To evaluate the application effect of bedside evaluation of deglutition function and predictive nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia in neurology department. Methods 320 Patients with dysphagia were divided into the observation group and control group with 160 cases in each group. The observation group was given admission nursing evaluation and bedside evaluation of deglutition function while the control group only received admission nursing evaluation. The incidence of complications in each group were assessed. Results The incidence of complications such as aspiration, pulmonary infection, asphyxia and metabolic disturbance in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The bedside evaluation of deglutition function could accurately evaluate the degree of swallowing disorder and supply theoretical evidence for predictive nursing intervention by in structing clinical application of selective measures for patients with dysphagia. This could guarantee safe food intake and reductive incidence of complications of patients. So we advocated that bedside evaluation of deglutition function should be a routine admission nursing evaluation in neurology department.
2.Progress of perioperative hyperglycemic blood glucose monitoring
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(21):1671-1674
Perioperative hyperglycemia become more common nowadays, it will bring adverse effect to the prognosis of patients if it was poorly controlled. Proper perioperative blood glucose monitoring is very important to hyperglycemic management. This article will be reviewed from the different types, harm and monitoring status of perioperative hyperglycemia.
3.Experience of Clinical Treatment of Cough with ZhiSou Powder
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
Zhisou powder is a famous TCM prescription of Qing dynasty great physician Cheng Zhongling in treating cough caused by exogenous pathogenic factor.Author respects ancient TCM prescriptions, but don't adhere to it.Author believes that with proper modification of the prescription based on correct syndrome differentiation,Zhisou powder is effective for various kinds of cough including acute and chronic cases, and is satisfactory for good clinical result. This article mainly introduces author's experience in treating various kinds of cough which embodies the holism concept and thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM.
4.Influencing factors of job stress of clinical nursing teachers
Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(3):41-44
Objective To explore the influencing factors of job stress of clinical nursing teachers in order to provide information for nurse managers formulating targeted stress management.Method Toally 185 clinical nursing teachers were evaluated with the Chinese nurses stressors scale (CNSS).Results The scores by CNSS was 75.4 ±23.6.Age,working experience, job rank, education background, working department, marriage status and demission intention were found to be adverse impacts on CNSS's scores (all P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical nursing teachers have middle working pressure.Effective intervention should be provided by nursing managers to prevent and relieve job stress and negative psychological conditions of these teachers.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(1):63-65
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive interventions on anxiety of nursing students at internship. Methods Comprehensive educational interventions were practiced at the beginning,middle-term and end of their internship. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was adopted to assess their level of anxiety. Results There were differences in SAS scores between the three phases(F=2.680,P<0.05).The scores were decreased from the beginning to the end. Conclusion Targeted comprehensive educational interventions can reduce anxiety and stress of nursing students.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1997;0(06):-
In order to evaluate the use of transendoscopic miniature ultrasonic probe (TEMP) in the diagnosis of gastric submucosal tumor, 18 patients were investigated. The results obtained by TEMP were compared with those of gastroscopy, and endoscopical ultrasonography (EVS). The result showed that among those 18 patients, gastric submucosal leiomyomas, were common and accounted for 88.9%. Most of them were intramural. The diagnostic accuracy of TEMP for the size of tumor and gastric submucosal tumor was 88.9% and 100% respectively. Which were much higher than those of gastroscopy (33.3% and 61.1% respectively). The sonogrophic characteristics of gastric submucosal tumors in TEMP imaging were related to the nature of the tumors, hut the common manifestations were that all the tumors were hypoechoic under the hyperechoic mucosal layer with clear bell shaped origin, and usually appeared as round or nearly round intragastric eminence. It is concluded that the selective use of TEMP has great value in the diagnosis of gastric submucosal turmor, especially for those lesions which were small and difficult to be detected by EUS.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(12):48-51
Objective To explore the stress perception among acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients during acute stage. Methods Phenomenological method of qualitative study was adopted.18 AMI patients during the acute stage of 3~4 days after the onset of the disease were interviewed. Results Stress made AMI patients hard to accept the fact of illness, worry about the treatment of illness and the impact on future life,be difficult to alter living habits,be hard to relieve negative emotion. Conclusions AMI patients during acute stage will experience different levels of psychological stress.Stress management should be fabricated and effective measures should be adopted to relieve their negative emotions in terms of inducing factors.

A method using dry ashing combined with triple-phase ion-exchange chromatography was developed to enrich chlorine in the plant, which could eliminate the effect of organic impurities on the determination of chlorine isotope by thermal ionization mass spectrometry. In the procedure, the recoveries indicated that there was no loss of chlorine and no fractionation of chlorine isotopes occur. The results showed that the composition of chlorine isotope in the tissues of plants in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area and Shandong area ranged from-1 . 79‰ to ﹢4 . 77‰ with an average of 1 . 20‰. δ37Cl values of the two plant samples in Shandong area not more than 0‰indicated that 35 Cl was enriched in the organs of the two plants andδ37Cl values in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area more than 0‰ indicated the deficiency of 35 Cl. Chlorine isotope composition fractionated significantly in the plant samples or in different tissues of a plant. This may be caused by the differences of the medium where the plants grow, the transport of chlorine or the physiological effect in the uptake of chlorine by plants , which put forward a new insight for the further investigation of chlorine behavior in plant and the global cycling of chlorine in the biogeochemistry.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(08):-
[Objective]To assess the influence of three-dimensional computed tomography (3D CT) reconstruction on preoperative fracture classification of intraarticular fractures by comparing 3D CT and 2D CT in preoperative fracture classification of tibial plateau fractures and acetabular fractures.[Method]A retrospective study was performed to evaluate 28 tibial plateau fractures and 19 acetabular fractures.Four attending traumatic orthopaedic surgeons used 3D CT and 2D CT respectively to evaluate fractures and rendered fracture classification.Test of agreement was performed to evaluate interobserver and intraobserver agreement about fracture classification.[Result]With the use of 3D CT images, interobserver and intraobserver reliability for fracture classification increased to perfect agreement.[Conclusion]3D CT could improve the reliability of preoperative fracture classification for tibial plateau fractures and acetabular fractures.3D CT is helpful and worthwhile for preoperative evaluation for fracture classification of intraarticular fractures.
