The present study deals with the histochemistry of intramural plexus in stomach, duodenum, ileum, caecum, proximal colon, distal colon and rectum of normal adult guinea pig, including the reaction of Mg~(++)-ATPase, Ca~(++)-ATPase, CCO, SDH, G6PDH, carbohydrate, protein, nucleic acid and lipid in the enteric neurons. The reactions of all the enzymes mentioned above are observed under the light microscope and estimated semiquantitatively, among which, Mg~(++)-ATPase and Ca~(++)-ATPase are measured quantitatively with microphotometer (Leitz MPV II). Both results of light microscope, and microphotometer were analysed statistically. It was found that the above mentioned enzyme activities in the enteric neurons, suggesting that the neurons carry out active metabolism with these concerned enzymes. There were significant differences in some enzyme activities between myenteric plexus and submucous plexus, the former showed higher activity in SDH, while the latter in LDH, G6PDH, and two kinds of ATPase. It is suggested that there are some differences in. the major metabolic manner of carbohydrate, energy metabolism and functional activity between, two plexus. Besides, there were marked difference in enzyme activities among myenteric plexus of different part of digestive tract, the highest activity was showed in duodenum and proximal colon, the lowest was in caecum. These results indicate that enteric neurons differ greatly in functional state, but whether or not the variation of enzyme activities is related with the different types of neurons is unknown.

There are Many gaps of medical psychology on course plans, teaching methods and examination methods in Chinese medicine institutions. Therefore, the teaching of medical psychology must be reformed. By improving course plans, strengthening multiple teaching methods and examination methods used, quality of teaching on medical psychology can be enhanced, and many persons with ability of traditional Chinese medical science can be educated to be abreast of bio-psycho-social medical model.

Objective:To establish a method for the content uniformity ( CU) of fennel oil in Weitongning tablets to study the CU of fennel oil in Weitongning tablets. Methods: Methyl salicylate as the internal reference, the content of trans-anethole in fennel oil was determined by GC. The separation was performed on a DB-FFAP capillary column (30 m × 0. 32 mm, 0. 25 μm) at 145℃, the injection part temperature was 180℃ and the FID detector temperature was 230℃, nitrogen with high purity was used as the carrier gas at the flow rate of 0. 8 ml·min-1 . The air flow rate was 400 ml·min-1 and that of hydrogen was 35 ml·min-1 . The methodology validation was carried out, and the samples from different companies with different batches were determined. Results:Significant differ-ence showed in the CU of fennel oil in the samples with different batches from the same manufacturer or from different companies. The trans-anethole showed linear correlation within the range of 2. 189-35. 030 μg · ml-1 ( r =0. 999 9 ) and the average recovery was 100. 06% (RSD=0. 5%, n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple and quick. It is accurate in the CU determination of fennel oil and can be used for the quality control of Weitongning tablets.

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Tiaochong Decotion on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight out-patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=78)was treated by oral administration of Bushen Tiaochong Decoction and the control group(n=50)by oral administration of Provera. Objective To observe the anti-aging effect of Yinao capsule. Methods The rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was established, and determined the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxidation (LPO) and Evans blue in brain tissue, determined the serum SOD content of normal rats. Formed blood platelet thrombus by common carotid artery-external jugular vein blood flow bypass operation of rats, and weighed wet weight of thrombus. Results The Yinao capsule can increase SOD and Evans blue content of brain tissue from rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia, at the same time, decrease the LPO content. It can enhance serum SOD content of normal rats, and inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus. Conclusion The Yinao capsule can prevent the occurrence of senile diseases, and defer organism aging.

Objective:To discuss the performance management method for large medical equipments in hospitals.Methods:13 large medical equipments in a large hospital were selected as samples and the economic efficiency analysis method and comprehensive evaluation method were aaplied to carry out performance management of medical equipment.Results:11 sets of medical equipment had good economic returns,the remaining 2 sets of equipments had a greater degree of loss due to lack of business and lack of qualification.Conclusion:Performance management of large medical equipments would help change the efficiency management of equipment from extensive to elaborate management.

Objective:To investigate the effects of Qingxin Yangshen Chinese herbs on ?-adrenoceptor in cardiocytes of stress rats.Methods:Adopting the method of radoligand binding,the affinity of ?-adrenoceptor of experimental myocardium cells and density were analyzed.Meanwhile,RT-PCR was used to test mRNA of ?-adrenoceptor of myocardium cells.To observe the effect of Qingxin Yangshen Fang on ?-adrenoceptor of myocardium cells of stress rats,and the Zhusha Anshen Pills and Propranololas the control groups.Results:All the three groups above can increase the affinity of ?-adrenoceptor of experimental myocardium cells,promote its sensitivity and notably inhibit the decrease of density of receptors and control down-regulation of expression of ?1-ARmRNA induced by stress,and regulate up the expression of ?2-ARmRNA.Conclusion:The Chinese herbs of Qingxin Yangshen had the effect of acceptor inhibiting and can regulate the changes of ?-adrenoceptor of myocardium cells induced by stress.

Objective To study the cardiac function effect of allopurinol for hypemricemia combined with dilated cardiomyopathy patients.Methods One hundred and twenty hypemricemia combined with dilated cardiomyopathy patients were divided into allopurinol group and control group according to the treatment method with 60 cases each.All the patients were given conventional treatment,the control group was added the nitroprusside treatment,and the allopurinol group was added the allopurinol and nitroprusside treatment.The treatment period was 3 months.Results The total effective rate in allopurinol group was significantly higher than that in control group [90.0％ (54/60) vs.75.0％ (45/60)],there was statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end-systole in allopurinol group were significantly higher than those in control group [(67.85 ± 7.12)％ vs.(30.78 ±7.00)％ and (1.40 ±0.20) mm vs.(1.16 ±0.18) mm[,but the left ventricular internal diameter at end-systole,left ventricular internal diameter at end-diastole and left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end-diastole were significantly lower than those in control group [(4.72 ± 0.41) mm vs.(6.48 ± 0.47) mm,(2.93 ± 0.32) mm vs.(5.56 ± 0.62) mm and (0.77 ± 0.13) mm vs.(0.92 ± 0.18) mm],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,The uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly lower than those in control group [(45.43 ± 11.24) μ mol/L vs.(167.23 ± 19.22) μ mol/L,(10.23 ± 7.12)mmol/L vs.(40.93 ± 8.09)mmol/L and (32.01 ± 8.34) mmol/L vs.(78.09 ±9.11) mmol/L],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Allopurinol used for treating hyperuricemia combined with dilated cardiomyopathy patients can reduce uric acid,early reversal the atherosclerosis and improve heart function,it should be widely applied research.

Neurocytoma, a rare brain tumor, is characterized by a mass located mainly in cerebral ventricles. It is prone to be misdiagnosed as oligodendroglioma or ependymoma due to their similar histopathological features in clinical practice. This study aimed to examine the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of central and extraventricular neurocytoma. The clinical and histopathological data of 17 patients (male: female=7:10; age: 4-41 years; mean age: 27.4 years) with central or extraventricular neurocytoma were retrospectively analyzed. These patients showed typical radiological, histopathological and immunohistochemical features of neurocytoma. The tumor tissue was found to be composed of small uniform cells with round nuclei and clear cytoplasm resembling that of oligodendroglioma and ependymoma. Immunohistochemistry revealed the tumor tissues were positive for neuronal markers such as synaptophysin (SYN) and neuronal nuclear antigen (NeuN). It was concluded histopathological features of neurocytoma overlaps with some tumors in the central neural system. Immunopositivity for SYN and NeuN can help differentially diagnose neurocytoma.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of using clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats ( CRISPR)-mediated genome editing to downregulate the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on primary T cells by using a lentivirus delivery system. Methods Lentivirus vec-tors pLentiCRISPR A1-A6 containing different PD-1 genomic DNA sequences as single guide RNA ( sgRNA) for Cas9 targeting were constructed individually. The lentivirus vectors were tranduced into primary CD4 T cells. Flow cytometry analysis was performed to detect the expression of PD-1 for evaluating the knockout ef-ficiency. Results The lentivirus vectors pLentiCRISPR A1-A6 carrying six different target sites were con-structed and respectively tranduced into primary CD4 T cells. The expression of PD-1 accompanied with the activation of T cells. Co-expression of CD25 and PD-1 was observed on activated T cells. All of the six sites could be targeted by Cas9, of which A2 and A6 sites were more efficient in knocking out the gene encoding PD-1 with a rate of 19% and 29%, respectively. Conclusion This study suggests that it is feasible to knock out the expression of PD-1 on primary T cells by using CRISPR.
