1.Investigation and analysis about parturition related knowledge of patient-controlled epidural analgesia among pregnant women

Objective To know the awareness level of patient-controlled epidual analgesia in labor related knowledge,and to provide evidence for health education,develop a comprehensive intervention program to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods Investigation on knowledge of patient controlled epidural analgesia during labor for a total of 400 pregnant women on Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Taiyuan City,MCH Hospital of Shanxi Province by questionnaire.Compared different characteristics of the pregnant women's scores about control epidural analgesia childbirth knowledge by nonparametric test,knowledge score of multi-factor analysis by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The maximum score of pregnant women-controlled epidural analgesia delivery knowledge was 13,the minimum score was 0,the median score was 4,range interquartile was 5.Different pregnant women with different age,education level,number of weeks of gestation,pregnancy,family income,and condition of parnatal care had different scores of knowledge of patient-controlled epidural analgesia,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that:pregnant women's education,gestational age,the average monthly household income can be explained by maternal knowledge score of 61.4% of the variation.Conclusions The level of pregnant women-controlled epidural analgesia childbirth knowledge is low,we need to strengthen the natural childbirth education,and take a variety of modes of propaganda and increase their level of knowledge,enhance confidence of natural childbirth in pregnant women,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing cesarean section rate.
2.Effects of rosuvastatain on apolipoprotein A1 and B of patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Rosuvastatin on apolipoprotein A1 (Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo B) and Apo B/Apo A1 patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods One hundred and fifty hospitalized patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into three groups,A group (Rosuvastatain,5 mg/d),B group (Rosuvastatain,10 mg/d),and C group (Simvastatin,20 mg/d).Before and at 4,8 weeks after treatments tested the three groups' cholesterol (TC),glycerin(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),Apo A1,Apo B.Compare the blood lipids aforementioned before and after treatments in three groups.Results (1) After treatments for 4 weeks,TC,LDLC in three groups are significant lower than before (P < 0.05).After treatments for 8 weeks,TC,LDL-C,Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1 of three groups are lower than before and HDL-C 、Apo A1 is higher than before (P < 0.05).(2)After treatments for 8 weeks,comparing to A and C groups,TC,LDL-C,Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1 in B group were lower while HDL-C、Apo A1 were higher (P < 0.05).(3)The incidences of liver damage has no significant differences among three groups (x2 =1.25,P > 0.05).Conclusion Effects of 10 mg/d rosuvastatain were better than 5 mg/d rosuvastatain and 20 mg/d simvastatin in increasing Apo A1 and decreasing Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,and then effectively control of ACS.

The researches that stroke was treated by cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in the past 10 years were reviewed, noting that it can significantly reduce the dysfunctions in stroke patients, prompting that the cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and modern rehabilitation techniques was combined, was a new method for stroke rehabilitation treatment.
4.Effect of blood pool 18F-FDG activity on liver SUV: a calibration methodology study

Objective To identify the effect of blood pool 18F-FDG activity on liver SUV and to investigate the optimal normalization method.Methods PET/CT and common serological examination items from 1 018 subjects were retrospectively collected.Mean SUV of liver and blood were recorded as SUVmean(L) and SUVmean (B),respectively.The difference and quotient of SUVmean(L) and SUV mean (B) were calculated as SUVmean (L-B) and SUVmean (L/B),respectively.CV of SUVmean (L),SUVmean (L-B) and SUVmean(L/B) were calculated to assess their inter-individual variations.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship of SUVmean(L),SUVmean(L-B),SUVmean(L/B) with SUVmean(B).Multiple linear stepwise regression was performed to identify their vulnerability to common serological examination items.Results CV of SUVmean(L/B) (15.1%) was less than that of SUmean(L) (23.2%) and SUVmean(L-B) (40.6%).Correlation between SUVmean(L) and SUVmean(B) (r =0.820,P<0.001) was more significant than that between SUVmean(L-B) and SUVmean(B) (r =0.205,P<0.001) as well as between SUVmean (L/B) and SUVmean (B) (r=-0.376,P<0.001).Blood glucose and BMI correlated with SUVmean(L) and SUVmean(L/B),but not with SUV (B).Age and HDL correlated with SUVmean(L) and SUVmean(B),but not with SUV (L/B).Fatty liver was significantly associated with SUV mean (L/B) (β =-0.047,P <0.001),but not with SUVmean(L) and SUVmean (B).Conclusions 18 F-FDG activity of blood pool affects liver SUV.SUV mean (L/B) is a simple and reliable normalization method since its inter-individual variation and vulnerability to common serological examination items are relatively lower than liver SUV.
5.Effects of different kinds of opiate receptor on oxycodone-induced hyperlococomotor and analgesia in mice

Aim To investage the effects of ?、?、?-receptor on hyperlocomotor and analgesia in mice.Methods Locomotor activity experiment and hot-plate pain experiment were measured.Results Oxycodone dose-dependently enhanced locomotor response in mice.Naloxone,a unselective opioid receptor antagonists and naltrindole(?-selective opioid receptor antagonist)could attenuate the increase of locomotor acitivity induced by oxycodone,but naloxonazine,a ?-receptor antagonist had no such effect.?-receptor antagonist nor-Binltorphimine increased hyperlocomotion induced by oxycodone.In antinociceptive experiment,naloxonazine and naltrindole could not attenuate the that of oxycodone,but nor-Binaltorphimine could attenuate the antinociceptive effects of oxycodone.Conclusion Oxycodone-hyperlocomotor is probably mediated by ? opioid receptor,and antinocieptive effects of oxycodone is probably mediated by ? opioid receptor.

The amounts of iron and amino acids in dried pig powder were determined. It contained a large quantity of iron (230-260m/100g) and all essential amino acids. The blood fortified wheat flour biscuit containing 15mg Fe/100g was made and 30?2g of the biscuit was given to 65 primary school students (age 8-10) per capita per day during school day break for 40 days from Sep to Oct in 1984. For the control group, equal amount of the same biscuit without blood fortification was given to 34 subjects of the same age. 7.Efficacy of laryngeal mask airway proseal and laryngeal mask airway classic in gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

Sixty gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery during October 2010 to June 2011were randomly divided into 2 groups:laryngeal mask airway proseal ( PLMA group,n =30 ) and laryngeal mask airway classic (CLMA group,n =30).Laryngeal mask was inserted after induction.The heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP),airway sealing pressure,the average time of placement,the pulmonary satisfaction and complications were recorded.There was no significant difference in heart rate and MAP between the two groups(P>0.05).The airway sealing pressure [ (26 ±6) cm H2O ( 1cm H2O =0.098 kPa) vs.(16±5) cm H2O],the average time of placement [(36±5) vs.(24±6) s)] and the excellent lung ventilation(90% vs.73% ) in the PLMA group were more significantly increased than those in the CLMA group(P <0.05).PLMA can assure good airway sealing and is more suitable for gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
8.Matrine sustained release tablet, capsule and injection: comparison of pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability

Objective:To compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability between matrine sustained release tablet,matrine conventional capsule and matrine injection. Methods: Dogs were given single oral dose and multiple doses of matrine sustained release tablet, capsule or injection in a randomized crossover way. Matrine concentrations in dog plasma were determined by RP-HPLC method. Results: The results showed that the t max and c max were 300 min and (5.088?0.490) ?g/ml for matrine sustained release tablet, (85?12) min and (6.360?0.215) ?g/ml for the conventional capsule, and 10 min and (6.500?0.404) ?g/ml for the injection. The relative bioavailability of the sustained release tablet was (153.7?9.4)% compared with that of the conventional capsule; the absolute bioavailability of the sustained release tablet was (73.5?14.2)% compared with that of the injecetion. Objective To study the influence of breast-feeding on the common neonatal comorbidities of very low birth weight (ELBW) infants.Method A retrospective study was conducted in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2015.The ELBW infants with birth weight between 1 000 g and 1 500 g were enrolled into the study.The infants were assigned into three groups according to human milk intake during hospitalization:high-volume breast feeding group (the high-volume group) (human milk equal to or greater than 75%),small-volume breast feeding group (the small-volume group) (human milk less than 75%) and premature formula group (the formula group) (exclusive formula fed during hospitalization).The general status,weight gain,the incidences of gastrointestinal dysfunction,neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC),late onset sepsis,premature retinopathy (ROP),bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) during hospitalization were compared between the three groups.Logistic regression analysis was applied.Result A total of 210 cases were included in the study.32 cases in the high-volume group,73 cases in the small-volume group and 105 in the formula group.The incidence of NEC (Bell's stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ) in the high-volume group was significantly lower than the small-volume group and the formula group (6.3% vs.24.7%,26.7%) (P < 0.05).No statistical differences existed as for the incidences of gastrointestinal dysfunction,sepsis,ROP,BPD,and PVL (P >0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) of survival without NEC in the highvolume group were 0.183 compared with the formula group and 0.204 compared with the small-volume group;and the 95% confidence interval were 0.041 ~0.818,0.044 ~ 0.938 respectively.No statistically significant differences existed among the three groups in the growth rate of body weight,the time needed to regain birth weight,the time needed to reach total enteral nutrition and the length of hospital stay (P >0.05).Conclusion High-volume breast milk intake can reduce the incidence of NEC (Bell's stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ).Breast-feeding has little adverse effects on common comorbidities of ELBW infants.Enhanced breastfeeding has similar efficacy comparing with formula feeding in the catch-up growth.
10.Combined impacts of blood glucose level and glucose metabolism-related factors on liver 18F-FDG uptake

Objective To evaluate the combined impacts of blood glucose and its related metabolic factors on 18F-FDG uptake by liver.Methods A total of 544 subjects (384 males and 160 females, age range 24-73 years) undergoing 18F-FDG PET/CT were recruited in this retrospective study.SUVmean of the right lobe of liver was calculated.Two-sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were performed to compare SUVmean between patients with different genders and BMI levels.Linear correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to evaluate the relationship between age, injected 18F-FDG dose, blood glucose, serum T3, T4, FT3, FT4, BMR, BMI and liver SUVmean.Results The SUVmean of the liver in males and females were 1.89±0.42 and 1.92±0.38 (t=0.693, P>0.05), but it was significantly different among BMI groups (F=3.056, P<0.05).Age, blood glucose and FT3 were significantly associated with liver SUVmean (r′ values: 0.108, 0.140 and 0.105, all P<0.05) and were independent factors that indicated variation of liver SUVmean (β values: 0.006, 0.070 and 0.088, all P<0.05).Blood glucose was the strongest powerful predicting variable of liver SUVmean (β′=0.154, P<0.001).Conclusions Blood glucose and its related metabolic factors can affect the liver 18F-FDG uptake.Age, FT3, blood glucose are independent factors predicting variation of liver SUVmean.The impact of glucose metabolism status should be considered when assessing liver 18F-FDG uptake.
